Very clean location. Food is always fresh and the location isn't far from me. It's actually walking distance.

If I could give this place a 0 it would be too high of a score. I see why their score is so low, mostly because the IQ of the employees seem to be....how are you confused if you have the doublestack or bacon doublestack??? Duh, you're obviously out of bacon and its not even what I asked for. I went to this Wendy's on Tara Blvd today and I encountered this super amazing guy with a very welcoming spirit at the front counter he said his name was Indion H. He was very professional and polite! HORRIBLE customer service. Two of them were going back and forth about who was going to ring people up while several customers stood there. They didn't greet us at all, and almost 10 min later I asked them if they planned to say hello, let us know you'll be with us or anything and they just looked at me as if I said something wrong. Man what can I say the only reason this is getting two stars is because this is Wendy's. Was really going to get an amazing meal you get what you pay for. The only two nice things about this location what there workers and my hot fries ( for the first time EVER at any location). When I say hands down the best southern hospitality ever and they going to make it do what it do. This location was out of everything and when I say everything I mean it the only thing they had was hot fries and sauces but no ketchup. The work had to put it in a cup from the back for me. They were out of the drink I wanted, they had to give me a different crispy chicken sandwich because they were out of the ones for the 4 for 4. No lettuce or I think it was onions. But yeah you get what you pay for. Ohhh yeah they frosty Machine was down and they were out of the small cup so they had to upsize my drinks. Which was nice. read more

Came for a Uber eats picking up for Stella G. For one the girl told me she could only see initials of the order and never asked for my order number. Very unprofessional telling guest to stop before arriving to the first window. I guess I see why you guy barely have two stars. Poor customer service. No lights on to show that they're open almost missed my stop. Overall bad experience as an Uber driver. Will never pick up or order from here. Why is the dining room doors aren't open until closing time if you put on the app that you want us to pick up inside the store. Wouldn't recommend. read more

You want the "SLOW-FOOD" service after sitting in Drive thru for over 10 minutes then you should definitely visit this Wendys location. If it wasn't for my children loving Wendy's frostys I would've left this line a long time ago.... Yeah I know you're asking why I don't go inside... because their Even slower inside and they prioritize DT orders over the lobby orders and I don't have time to wait an extra hour just to ask for my order. I would hope this location gets better considering when I first moved to this area they had much better service then they do now. Manager is rude and the customer service sucks. Was waiting in the drive with one person ahead of me. Nobody answered the speaker for almost 30 mins. The person ahead of me pulled up to the window and got there order. Once I pulled up they apparently couldn't take orders from the window and told me I had to pull back around to order. Considering the inconvenience of leaving people waiting to order and not wanting to compromise for there mistake was rude. If they can slide my card for payment then I'm sure they could've worked something out to take my order. Completely lazy and rude. The employees at this restaurant don't care about the customer. Obviously they are there to just get a check I've been to different Wendy's of course, but this one I've been to three times and I'm very unhappy if it's not the supervisor's with the workers allowing them to be rude and everyone laugh it's the nasty food that they push out after I asked several times for fresh meat then my fries with the combo was really cold and I didn't know due to checking my sandwich I also bought a small fry and the girl said we're waiting to give you fresh we'll why didn't they do there job and give me fresh fries all together I will not play anymore games with them . Wendy's was terrible. The food wasn't hot and the service is super slow. My order was missing the fries and two of the sandwiches. If you go to the drive thru expect them to get your order wrong. To make it even worse the young man who was supposed to be the manager was a poor excuse for a manager. He walked up to the window squeezing in the space between my car and the window and put his narrow behind in my car window. When he bent into the drive thru window his behind was in my car window and I was looking at his underwear because his pants were below his behind. I ordered food not the manager's A__. I was quite offended. The guy never said excuse me or I apologize. When I asked to see the manager and they said he was the manager I was dumbstruck. SHOULD BE TORN DOWN!!! Very dirty everywhere from bathrooms to tables. One register wasn't working so they wrote my order down for 6 people instead of using the working register. Our order was about 25% wrong. Employees appeared to be coming in late and disorganized. No trash can in the trash bin but I didn't realize it until I had already threw my trash in and saw it hit the floor. Urinal in men's bathroom overflowed when my son used it. I have called multiple times letting it ring and ring and ring and they are so unprofessional, rude and lazy that they won't answer the phone! I'm not driving that far at night if they are out of chilli, so I wanted to find out since the one that was closer had run out. But it doesn't matter what the question may be; they need to be reprimanded for losing the corporation business. Instead of attracting customers they repel them. OMG! this is awful. When I walked in, I was not greeted with a smile, or at all....but instead stared at until I said Hello. Then and only then did the Hostess, Keiana address me. She then continued to stand and stare until I asked if she was ready. She said Yeah and I proceeded with my order. Very dry, very unprofessional...that alone will keep me away! The customer after me asked her if she was going to say "Welcome or something". she said no, I don't front. I guess meaning, she's not interested in customers coming in or not and does not mean to make them welcomed. What an awful attitude to have when working with the public. The food was also horrible, I ordered a baconator, and it did have 1 strip of bacon on it! Very disappointing, when I got home and found out.
