Prime rib sandwich almost meatless ( pic attached ). The only part of the order that was good were the shakes. I tried to call Arbys 3 times to no avail. This is NOT an isolated incident, it has happened a few times within the last few months. Owner needs to get involved and train his personnel much better. For the price we're paying these days the food should come out right every time. This is simply a deliberate ripoff.
