The service here is good. It's been consistent the last 3 times I've been here. I really like the Italian and all the toppings you can add on. I love to get the peppers but sometimes it can be spicy so I'm going to try getting them on the side next time. When the weather is nice, they have a small outdoor seating area. We went for the first time today. Walked in, no welcome, walked up to the counter, young man waved us over to the order board after asking if we had pre ordered. Gave our orders , husband pointed out that the topping list was up on the front wall. A young lady came out and asked about my sandwich. She then said that she had another one before mine, was that okay. We got our sandwiches, Mac and cheese and two cookies. I can't tell you that this is an inexpensive place to eat. I will on the other hand tell you that the sandwiches were excellent. The Mac and cheese was good. Cookies not so good. If you are going to go there, use the drive thru because at least you won't have to be disappointed with the service. You just read the board and speak into the speaker. Having a craving for a tuna melt, I thought I'd try Potbelly. Extremely frustrated with the website,I decided to go inside and order. The staff was very friendly and quickly said after checking all the refrigerators, we're out of tunafish. Finding another option but disappointed, the staff continued to apologize. The sandwich was ok, but did not fill the craving. While disappointed, the staff were wonderful. They apologized over and over. A rarity these days, the staff went out of their way to make me feel heard. I want the staff to know I very much appreciate their friendliness and personal approach to customer service. read more

Delicious! Service was fast, friendly, and efficient. The menu is pretty large, giving you a wide variety to choose from. If your expectation is even "ok" or "normal" customer service, skip this Holland location. I had issues in the past with inaccurate orders, but thought I would try again. So, i ordered online so it would be ready when I arrived. I walked into the location and there were three employees that looked at me, did not say a word, and just continued to ignore me. I coughed, said hello, but still no reply or acknowledgement by the team. TERRIBLE Customer Service. It is like the three did not have a pulse or personality. The sad thing was that my bag was sitting right on the counter, but they continued to not acknowledge me. After several minutes, i reached for the bag, saw my name, and thanked them for their great customer service. There are too many choices to visit and I will be sure to skip this mediocre quality and crappy service for another restaurant in the area. The food is excellent and the ambience is perfection because it has all old Holland pictures in the shop. That is ONE GOOD CHILI. The sandwiches can have lots on them, and you can still eat it in the car without it totally falling apart. The sweet homemade shakes are a must have after to finish the experience! Yes, it costs more than Subway, yet, you get what you pay for! read more

The sandwich was pretty good. Service was fast and simple. I had the Pizza Melt minus mushrooms because I think mushrooms feel like chewing on a rubber band. The only thing that I could say was disappointing was the shake. Not because it tasted bad or mediocre, it tasted great. It was just so pathetically small for the more than $4 I paid for it. Our family frequently eats at potbelly for lunch and always have a great experience with the staff and always, always a great sandwich & great salads. This weekend we decided to use their catering for a baby shower- we had a great experience. Was ready on time for pick up, provided more than enough extra toppings, and everyone raves about how great the sandwiches were.
