A quick stop off the highway, which turned out to be a decent meal. We stopped in for specific things: pulled pork fries and sandwich, and a salad. And we left satisfied. Now, I am suspicious of barbecue anywhere, even places that claim to do it right. You just never know. But I am especially leery of 'cue from non-'cue places. And fast food 'cue? Yuck. But, Sweetie tried the fries last week and said the pulled pork wasn't bad, so I figured I'd give it a shot. And it was pretty darn good, for what it was. Blows the McRib out of the water, though that's not saying much. But even a more upscale place like Bob Evans, et al, sometimes gives barbecue a shot and falls short of this. It was on a good bun, and there was plenty of meat. Tasty meat. Not oversauced meat, as happens far too often even at BBQ places. It had a mild smoke flavor, and some seasoning, and you could pick from three sauces. I tried them all, and while I figured smoky would be the safe bet I ended up preferring the spicy, with sweet a close second. Sweetie's fries had the same meat, and some cheese, and she went with sweet sauce. They were good, but Wendy's was more stingy with the meat on them. Her Caesar salad was fine, with fresh greens, but the croutons were meh and the ginger citrus dressing packed a wallop of garlic- good, but overwhelmed any other flavors. Now, I won't be going out of my way for pulled pork or anything else here. But if a Wendy's is your only option, or you come with a group, there is at least something decent to be had here. The place itself is clean, the service is good, orders came up fast, and we left happy. What more do you want from fast food? read more

I finally left returned 1min later ( I was going to go to Taco Bell they were closed unfortunately) she put me on another 3 minute hold. I said are y'all open?? Went thru the drive thru and they didn't ask if we wanted onion/ cheese in the chili. Had us pull around, we get to the window and ask for onion/cheese on the chili and Heidi at the window was very annoyed and rude. Wasn't even busy we were one of the two cars in line. This will be the last time going to Wendy's. I understand with little to no staffing there would be a wait I can understand, I can understand management being apologetic about the longer than respectable wait time. My experience was bad though I went to order three items one was a drink a six piece nugget and a cheese fry. I waited over an hour while watching them take care of order after order at the drive through window without trying to make sure those on the inside got there food. I began to worry when their menu said my order was done after I paid and they didn't even start it. I asked for a refund and was yelled at saying no you can call 1800 Wendy's. I'm a manager myself and anyone who's ever worked at customer service knows it's never alright to yell at a customer. I ended up having to leave because it was not a good environment for my kid to be in she ended up getting scared and we had to go elsewhere without getting our food or drink. My family stopped here on a road trip to use the bathroom and get something to eat. First impression was the outside looked nice. Walked in and quickly changed my viewpoint. Doors the the restroom had greasy fingerprints all over them and all of the stainless inside was smeared like someone had wiped it with dirty rags. First went in the handicapped stall because I thought someone was in the other stall and realized it had no lock and the door opened strange. On leaving the bathroom and glancing around, I realized the whole restaurant looked greasy and smeared, including the glass. My wife and I went to this location for dinner over the weekend. My wife actually picjed up food from drive thru. The order was a baconator and a single plain. She made double sure they knew NO cheese as she is allergic to the enzymes in cheese. Even confirmed at pick up window that it was made without cheese. So after driving home she opened sandwich and it had not only one but 2 pieces of cheese. So she drives back and no one was in line so she went straight to pick up window. She told them there was cheese on her sandwich afer her giving instructions to have no cheese. She also asjed what she needs to do to make sure she can get a sandwich without cheese. At this point there are 3 employees at the window. My with then sees a female employee bent over laughing at her. This is inexcusable. All drive thrus screw your order up but to be laughed at for giving wrong food is something that I would have went inside and smacked her across the room. I will never return to this location. To bad as we ate there at least once a week. Sent them a complaint and still have not been contacted. read more

Wow! Wendy's are usually pretty quick. We had to wait for some one to take our order. We waited about 10 min for 2 burgers and fries. Fries were cold. Managers were not wearing hats. Counters and most tables were greasy and /or dirty. Several crew members were here but on break or leaving. The fancy Coke machine had very few choices as in you could get regular Coke and practically nothing else. One manager had been outside with a checklist but I'm not sure he washed his hands when he was around the food area. read more

Beyond disappointed in this place! I went tonight to grab dinner on my way in to work. Went through the drive thru and sat for several minutes before anyone greeted me. And when I was finally greeted they told me that someone else would be taking my order and to take a minute to look at the menu. I sat there for another several minutes and someone finally took my order. I repeated my order THREE TIMES because they kept asking me to repeat it. I ordered a half size spicy chicken Cesar salad and requested raspberry vinaigrette as a sub to the Caesar dressing. THREE times I asked. I got to work and they gave me two Caesar dressings and no vinaigrette. This is not the first time this has happened. read more

I went in to use the bathroom and everything went smoothly until I washed my hands and went to dry them. The hand dryer is total duty. The button was WET and sticky and the air pressure was sooooooo little it was like a baby blowing on your hands! It took about 10 minutes to dry my hands and other customers were wiping their hands on their pants! It was a stinky ghost town; no one was there! I should have just peed at the gas station because at least they have paper towels! read more

This is seriously the worst Wendy's I've ever been to in my entire life. I try it over probably once every 6 months and they never seem to fail me. They always over charge me and always forget at least one of my items. I would not recommend anyone come here just drive a couple minutes down the street to McDonald's. I got a number one and got a Jr bacon cheese burger and they charged me 12 dollars.. Kinda high for one meal and one thing off the dollar menu don't you think? Also never received a recipe. Called the manager she was very rude and wouldn't give me her name.. Such bad experience time after time. Employees rush you to order and everything is just so messy when you get it you wonder if they just through it together. Such a disappointment even spreading time out every 6 months to try to eat there they never surprise me with disappointment. So sad you can trust McDonald's more with not stealing your money and actually giving you what you ordered.
