Absolutely, the worst experience i've ever had, at a fast food restaurant. I waited for 6 minutes to place my order. After placing my order and paying, I was asked to pull around the corner. Which is not a problem. When I asked approximately how long it would take for my food to come out, i was told she had no idea. I asked if it was going to be more than ten minutes, and she told me she had no idea. She was very rude!! After almost 20 minutes i finally walked in to check on my food it was sitting on the counter!, I would suggest not eating at this establishment. I completely understand being understaffed. Went through the drive through today. Was in line for nesrly 20 minutes 4 cars ahead of me. Not so fast food. Ordered the JBC special which was sdvertised as $8. Im told my total is $8.90. I ask at the window how $8 became $8.90 when michigan sales tax is 6% (.48 cents). She tells me its tax. Then "we are a corporation". So what? I would also give this Wendy's zero stars if I could. It was the worst fast food experience I have ever had. The soda machine was out of almost everything, the fries were cold, the junior baconator was two burned and very small buns that weren't close to covering the bun, the bathroom was filthy and the apathetic teenagers were rude. Hmmm where do I start, walked in was greeted by a blonde woman and she was not friendly. You could tell she ABSOLUTELY HATED her job. Trying to get through that you couldn't help but notice flies where just swarming the place and not one but all the workers were high. After thinking twice about eating here me and my husband decided to sit down, he had to use the bathroom. The last time we were here was about 2 weeks ago and he comes back and says "they have not cleaned the bathroom since the last time I was here" after deciding to still sit here through this shit show all of there walls are dirty and and top of that they just watched us eat and started moaning. This Wendy's takes a long time to serve the food. I've waited over 20 minutes inside just to get my food. They only take one order at a time that way their serving time stays low but it keeps the ordering line really long. Made an online order which was paid for. Pulled up to the drive through which had a sign that read "closed for breakfast MAY open for lunch". When I pull to the window to get my money back I'm met with a trashy little woman that shrugged and wasn't sure what to do. She then got the manager who wasn't sure how to refund me the money I had already paid. And proceeded to tell me that half the crew called off. I counted five people in there standing around. Small town fast food joints are allowed to be a little slow, but having a massive puddle at the fountain drink machine all over the floor and doing literally nothing to clean it up for the 20 minutes or so I was there is truly just silly. read more

The service was terrible. Our simple order of a 4 for $4 and a small burger and large fry took 8mins and 36seconds to receive. They used the register next to the wall so after people placed their order there was this awkward queuing of people that over flowed the available space. Clerk wasn't friendly.
