The food is amazing and has a wide variety of kids food. They have a good supply of alcohol and non-alcoholic beverages. The staff are very kind, but management is not able to keep them for often. The kitchen is often understaffed which causes delays, sometimes even up to 45 minute delays. The atmosphere is very good, they have a bar and seating area. They have plenty of sports going all the time on the multiple screens. If it's not too busy, the staff are kind enough to change. I came in for my free 6 wings for my birthday along with ordering a lot of other food and they refused giving me cauliflower wings since I don't eat meat. Came here for a birthday dinner, we had a pretty large table at 12 people however we called and warned them ahead of time. they told us they didn't take any reservations but appreciated the heads up. when we got here they said they had a shift change and knew nothing about our table. the manager was very accommodating and got us a table very fast. we waited 30 minutes until we finally got up and asked the manager for someone to come take care of us. they then came over to take our orders and told us we weren't in anyones 'jurisdiction'. we tried to order our food and drinks at once to hopefully help speed the process up but they wouldn't let us. when our food was finally ready they sat our food down and left. never came and checked on us, never refilled drinks, didn't even have enough silverware and we were missing sauces for our wings and ALSO the vegetables that come with our wings. not to mention our food was obviously cold and had been sitting out for awhile. read more

We stopped here for a quick lunch before going to Great Wolf. We were seated right away and noticed the restaurant didn't look particularly full at all. Ordered two 10-piece boneless wings w/fries, and a salad - waited almost 40 minutes. My wings came out ice cold, wrong sauce, and 3 of them that were the smallest nuggets I've ever seen yet were counted as part of my order. I complained to the waitress and she said she'd get me a replacement order and went to correct the issue - the replacement wings came out quick, accurate, and tasted good - no complaints there. That's how they should have came out. The bill finally came and good thing I double checked because they charged me for the replacement wings. I frequently go to Buffalo Wild Wings to watch various sports games. The quality of service and food is excellent and a fun place to hang out with friends. Lacie, one of the managers, is always so helpful to put on whatever game is available to be viewed and checks back with you on quality of service and food. Very upbeat and friendly. The staff that work behind the bar are also extremely helpful, efficient and prompt in providing service to everyone. I have invited many friends to join me and they too were happy with their experience. I would highly recommend this place to enjoy a sports game and some good eats! read more

Well I chose to give them a chance regardless of all the bad reviews. Tho because of the bad reviews I chose to order take out. I did see bad reviews for customers that ordered take out as well but my food was perfectly hot. Food was great. The only reason why they didn't get a 5 was because they had forgot to put celery and blue cheese in the bag and they didn't put no napkins in the bags either. Disappointing experience. The service was slow, perhaps they were understaffed. But nobody wants to see the table next to them being served before you, especially when they arrive 15 minutes after you do. I think our problem was that our server was also a bartender, so she had her hands full. When I finally asked her to check on our meal, it was sitting there all along. My daughter said her Mac & cheese was undercooked. I liked my burger, but it was missing at least a couple of the condiments that were in the menu description. I have been to this location 100+ times. Favorite restaurant. first, the wings. They come in bone-in and boneless. There is a very wide range of sauce available, from bbq sauce that someone who hates spice would enjoy, to a literal challenge that many people fail to eat. The wing quality is the best i've ever seen. There are an assortment of burgers, that are all amazing. This is one of the only restaurants, that's bacon, I actually enjoy and is quality. The fries can come with a free dry ride. When they put the dry rub on, they don't just sprinkle it, they put half the bottle on them. The dry rubs that i have gotten, are the salt and vinegar, and the lemon pepper. Both are amazing. The restaurant is always very busy, which means wait time isn't great. But all the servers are very nice. If you go here, expect to be there for around an hour to an hour and a half if you half a party of 5. They have quality beers and other alcohol, and many sodas. Huge assortment of food, for even picky eaters. 10/10, would go again (many times). Definitely recommend. read more

Our waitress was very good however, not enough time for the amount of people and food was good, however, not sure if there was only one cook because the time it took for the food was extremely slow and not acceptable. I have heard of this chain before but had never been in until recently when we stopped in for lunch. I don't eat chicken but there were several items on the menu I could have ordered. I ordered the Roasted Garlic Mushrooms (served with a southwest sauce) and the Fish Tacos (you pick your sauce from the chicken wing sauce options) and enjoyed both. If you are trying to avoid fried foods, don't come here, because everything was fried. I'm not sure I'd order the mushrooms again because they were a little too heavily fried for my taste. My fish tacos were good but I made a rookie mistake by selecting the 3rd hottest sauce they have, MANGO HABANERO. Here's how that happened: Waitress: Fish Tacos ok, and what kind of sauce do you want on the tacos? Me: oh, umm, let me look at the list (reads all of the hot sauce options) well, I guess the mango sauce would go well with fish tacos, so I'll do that. ++++++PRO TIP: The sauces are listed from top (mild) to bottom (Burning fire hot). Mango Habanero is third from the bottom. So basically I ordered one of the hottest sauces by accident. I like spicy stuff, so it worked out, but it definitely was intense, so don't mess around with the bottom sauces unless you came to party. * 70% of the waitstaff was pregnant. I ordered delivery on there website and I knew it was going threw doordash, they said it would be around 30 minutes until it was delivered considering the roads are bad but then I got a message from doordash saying my order was canceled! I spent 60 dollars plus the 15 dollar tip and then on top of that the delivering fee. I called the place to see if I was going to get my food and they told me the order didn't exist! at this point I was so angry I was going to cancel the order and get my money back. Not surprised to see the low rating for this place. Ordered about $100 in a take-out order. My daughter was up from school and went to pick it up. I will just say we have been here several times and always have issues. I forgot to tell her check the bag because they ALWAYS forget food. Anyway she gets back and they left out about $20 in fries. Admittedly, I'm a wimp when it come to spicy food. But I love wings and tenders too! We usually stop at a famous dave's when we feel the need. But the sauces at buffalo wild wings are enough to burn out my taste buds for a week! Being a wimp, i ordered the honey bbq dipping sauce. It was spicy, so much so that my hot sauce loving wife even thought so too! I think we will stick to famous Daves!! Also some confusion with the bill, regarding an extra $2 charge added into the price of an entre. The server fixed the bill, but i really hate to have to watch my bill that closely since i believe everyone is basically honest and do their jobs correctly. I must be just an old fool.
