We had a 5:30 reservation and didn't leave until around 7:00. Thankfully, we had allowed plenty of time before our concert. I still left a 15% tip because I know serving is a difficult job. For perspective, I normally tip 30-40%, and I honestly can't remember the last time I left only 15%. But after being virtually ignored for that long, watching several tables that arrived after us get served first, and then receiving cold, mediocre food, I couldn't justify more.
