This location looks fantastic, let's get that out of the way. It's still pretty new and the modern design is a welcome change from other chains. This location looks fantastic in my neighborhood. The issue is that it's still Wendy's and a painfully average location every single time I come. I don't know when it happened exactly, but the food quality at Wendy's has gone down precipitously over the last decade in my opinion. Bland beef. ultra-thin, almost burnt tasting bacon, and sandwiches that seem to shrink almost every time I come and those fries are just lame now. I usually get the chicken nuggets because they are about the most consistent thing on the menu, but I just finished my lunch and they tasted like those frozen Tyson nuggets you get at the grocery store...gross. Staff are fast. Service is decent. Dave Thomas wouldn't approve of the decline in quality though. read more

The customer service at this Wendy's location has gone downhill over the past few months. Employees barely acknowledge you, or, if they do, it's unintelligible mumbling. The order is often incorrect, and asking for condiments is often received rudely. I will still visit Wendy's, but definitely not this location. read more

Watch the people handling the food. The guy took my order was also handling the garbage. Then when my order was ready he put my fries in the bag. Never washed his hands. Went to ask for another order of fries and someone else that was handle garbage started putting them in the container. When I asked for someone that washed their hands he went back to wash his but gave it to the same guy that didn't wash hands again to give to me. So I was so pissed I just left without my fries. People need to be more conscious of what they are doing. The worst part is they didn't think they were doing anything wrong. read more

I pulled up to drive thru at the end of June and had three cars between me and the speaker. After 20 minutes and one car driving off I finally was able to place my order. Another 10 minutes before receiving my food. The food wasn't even hot. Their excuse was short staffed but from the window I could count 4 people. One was just in charge of drinks. Seems like poor management. Next time I'll be choosing a different restaurant. read more

So I've literally never written a review before cuz i don't want to be a Karen but I pulled up to the drive through with 6 mins left until breakfast ended and no one else was in the drive through but they told me to wait. Made me wait until 10:29 where I ordered a number 5 combo which what was shown was a sausage biscuit. I then got a burger and fries and when I called to ask for a refund they said I couldn't get one unless I came back. Looks like my review isn't going to be much different than anyone else's, but something has to change. I went there on Sunday night after getting off work. I'm not allowed to leave where I work so I was pretty hungry. When I got there I saw three cars waiting that had placed an order, and two waiting to place an order. I arrived at approximately 1045pm and did not even make it to the box to place my order until 1105pm, at which point I was asked to wait. I was sitting there for about 10 minutes (id already waiting this long, so may as well stick it out) when all of a sudden someone yells through the intercom at me, "WE CLOSED", and I could hear people laughing in the background before the intercom cut out. After sitting in line for 30 minutes, with only 2 cars waiting to order ahead of me, I never got my food. Never even actually got past the squawk box. I filed an actually complaint on Wendy's website and received a response 2 days later from the general manager apologizing and offering free food, but to be fair, I don't think I trust the quality of that food, and I'm pretty sure the employees will spit in my food when I try to redeem it. When I told my family members about it my wife informed me that she had also filed a complaint, and my son told me that he has also waited for over an hour waiting for his food. There just isn't a lot of options available at the hours he gets off work. Until a complete re-staffing occurs I will never go back there again. read more

Brand new, excellent addition to the Bartram park area. It's next to Zaxby's, a little off the main drag of St Augustine but still pretty easy to find. Since it's new the place is immaculate and designed to the latest modern Wendy's standards. Service so far has been excellent and my food is always hot and fresh. read more

I don't do fast food that often and my orders are not complicated. I come up to the cash register and boy taking my order had to have been high because I had to give him my simple sandwich request three times. I really don't think that someone could not understand me with out having been on something. Then after I've already left I realize it's the wrong sandwich altogether. I've visited this location multiple times, every time I visit this location they cannot get my order correct it's impossible for them. It's a very simple order I just ask to have my burger without mayo and every time the mayo is still on the burger.I don't know why. I keep having to throw away my food every time I come home. This location is close to my work and I was craving their home style chicken sandwich. When I arrived the drive thru line was wrapped around the building so I went inside. Yes, I was there right at 12:30 when everyone in the area was at lunch but the long lines didn't bother me. What did make this an non-enjoyable experience was that the Freestyle machine was out of all the Coca-Cola products like Coke, Coke Zero, Diet Coke and Gingerale. It was also out of ice. I went to the counter and asked if they could fill for me from their machine and the manager said the machines were connected and whatever was out was out in both places. They were also out of ketchup, which I informed her. She didn't seem to care. The place was a mess. I know I was there during a busy time, but if I were the manager I would have made sure all of those things were full before the rush. They open at 10:30. There is plenty of time to prepare. Oh and the fries were over cooked and I got all the scraps from the bottom of the lot. Super annoyed. Don't think I'll return to this location. read more

The first night the guy working at night annoyed me. No friendly interaction. No personality. Nothing. Got my food and went on my way. The second night the young lady that took my order was extremely nice. No issues at all with her, but I get to the window and the same rude guy from last night was there. No personality. No friendly interaction. Nothing. So I'm just waiting for my order. After a few minutes he asks what part of my order was. Kindly I told him. After still waiting, He asks what another part of my order. This time I didn't know he was even talking to me because he was no where near the window. I just happened to look inside to see him staring at me. Finally, before giving me my food he says "Anything ELSE before I give u the food". I was thinking, I didn't even ask for anything. U asked me what the freakin order was! He hands me the bag, again with no interaction or words. I was so mad, I didn't realize until I was almost home he didn't even give me my drink for my order!! I have visited this Wendy's twice. The first time I visited, I went through the drive-thru and had a simple order (two hamburgers plain with just ketchup) messed up. This second time I went through the drive-thru - my order was correct but the wait in line was awful. When I received my order, the employee read the order back but said it so fast that I asked him to repeat himself. He was rude in repeating things. The Wendy's off Bartram Park Blvd is extremely slow. I ordered a double hamburger no cheese, it appeared correctly on the screen and receipt. When I finally got my meal, there was cheese on the burger. They apologized, remade the burger & told me to give the wrong burger to someone else. read more

I've frequented this Wendy's often because its the closest to work. Every single time I go the wait is ridiculous in the drive thru you are there at least 10 minutes! The staff is rude and unprofessional always throwing your stuff at you from the window without acknowledging you. I've had them give me the wrong order AND I've had them charge me for someone else order because they failed to tell me my total before she snatched my card from my hand and charged me for someones $20 meal vs. my $6 meal! The line also took about 34 minutes because they were taking cars orders one at a time and completing that whole order before taking the next car's order. THE WORST WENDYS IVE EVER BEEN TO!!!!! I ordered a number 8 with no tomatoes and ranch on the side with a medium combo . I received a number 6 with only tomatoes and a small combo . I also ordered a number three with a large combo. The meat was not done , it looked good on the outside but the inside was terrible. I go back up there the next day to get it redone. The new cashier never gave me a receipt at all, I called before and the manager on the duty said that they would remake the whole meal and took my name down. I get up there and she remade half my order wrong 4 TIMES , and I waited for her to see me for 20 minutes. NEVER AGAIN. The employee on the fryer wiped her nose so many times and her manager watched and never washed her hands !!And I had to pay for the other half of my food. read more

Terrible and GROSS experience. Already called corporate and discussed our issues and they will be addressing the issue with this location. Ordered chicken nuggets for my kids and upon taking one out, there was lent and dust on the corner of the nugget! My husband immediately flipped a u-turn and went inside to give the nuggets back. The "manager" wasn't in a uniform, no name tag, wouldn't give us her name. And all she could do was apologize, which was very insincere by the way, and said that the Fryers are left out over night and sometimes aren't cleaned and collect dust on them. WHAT!!!?? Did she seriously just admit this to a customer - yeah, corporate called, health inspector called. Be prepared to get fired. read more
