I ordered a chocolate swirl frosty as a large, and a spicy chicken sandwich meal. No pickles, no tomatoes. First off they rang it in as a small and gave me a small for my frosty. I wanted the large. And I had to go back in because my sandwich was wrong that had pickles and no lettuce. read more

The store closes at 12 you have 4 to five employees in there and they say the store is closed because they kind of short. Well we decided to get some Wendy's before checking it n to hotel. We went through drive through and ordered the #2 no cheese, large drink with a cup of chili. I ordered the spicy chicken sandwich with NO mayo, med Diet Coke and a side of sriracha sauce and small fries When we got the window, they had two small cokes (should have known it was gonna be all bad). Had them fix drinks before we left. When we got to our room. The fries were cold and hard, my chicken sandwich had tons of mayo and my husband had a double cheese burger and chili with no spoon. Listen, don't get me wrong, the staff was super friendly and as attentive as they could be but they were ridiculously short-staffed! Having said that, yes, it took forever to get our order in but we got our food in like 10 minutes. The order line was so long that people were waiting outside the doors. A lot of people left the line and went to neighboring fast food restaurants next to it. Our food was missing items and our fries were super salty, which I assume was because they had to hurry to serve orders. The dine-in area was so gross. The floors and tables were littered with garbage, all the doors, seating areas, windows and even glass behind order line were covered in greasy fingerprints. The soda machines were low on soda, there was no catsup, no napkins, no catsup cups to even try to serve into, there was garbage on the utensils and catsup area & there were customers in there demanding the staff accept expired 2 year old coupons! Definitely picked the wrong Wendy's to stop at on my way back from a road trip. First, the toilet in the men's room was out of order. Then, they had a handwritten sign at the register saying cash only. Then, they had multiple sodas sold out on their self serve soda machine. This resulted in a backup; so I took mine up to the counter to have them fill for me. Then, their ketchup dispensers were totally empty out in the lobby area. Not as in they were used through during the lunch rush. As in, they had never been filled that day. I don't use ketchup usually; so this didn't bother me. But there was a family in front of me with small kids trying to use them. And this was all at like 1:30 in the afternoon on a Monday. Terribly run location. read more

So I pull up and of course there's a bit of a line. A customer at the intercom taking their order. 10 MINUTES later it took for them to FINALLY pull up and I pull up the intercom goes silent. Their menu is already at the lunch. I wanted to at least know if they were still serving breakfast. But at that point I just pulled away. A waste of my time when I could've been somewhere else. If I could give them 0 stars I would. I placed an order through the app and at the order window. I told them I had an order to pick up at the window, but they never gave me my order. I cancelled the order through the app and they still charged me for an order I never received. They never gave me a refund when I called and complained. This location is always having issues. Pretty sure there's a bit of racism going on at the window at this location. The past two times I've gone here I placed my order at the speaker and seemed to be friendly until I pull up. Gave my card and was given a death stare, grabbed my card without a word and nearly threw it back to me. Then stick her arm out the window with my food and wouldn't even look at me or say a single word back. 10:20am...I waited in line at the drive-thru for nearly 18 mins to begin with! Finally get to place an order & I'm told by the employee (extremely rudely) that they are no longer taking orders! At 10:20am? So I say to him there's a line of cars out here waiting to order & you can't take an order? Why not put a sign up or something to tell us in line that we're wasting our time? He laughs at me & says "sorry" very sarcastically. I ask for a manager...he is just as rude, and tells me that it's not his fault...well if it isn't the managers fault, whose is it? Was in the area for work today and made the mistake of having lunch here. Really, really bad experience. 1- The floor was very weirdly sticky. 2- There were no paper towels in the ladies room. 3- I waited 15 minutes for a burger & salad, and it there were not many people there at all. 4- The three parties who ordered ahead of me ALL came back to the counter because their orders were wrong! (Mine was wrong too, but they gave me an extra patty, so I didn't complain.) 5- One of the soda machines was out of service, and the other was out of almost all of the "normal" sodas. When I was waiting, two elderly couples struggled with this and weren't able to find anything to drink. 6- The ketchup was out at both dispensers. I honestly can't believe this place is open because clearly they were very short staffed. I imagine if a manager or Wendy's representative saw this situation, they'd be shocked at how bad it was. It reminded me of a bad reality TV episode where someone was given an hour and two people to figure out how to open a fast food joint (spoiler alert: it didn't go well). The customers were so upset, and everyone was waiting so long that it was super awkward - I couldn't wait to get out of there. This Wendy's is a lot quicker than the one on Jefferson. The employees actually seem to know something. Plus they are nice. On this particular day, I really wanted to try their new pretzel bun. Sadly, it's only offered on some new sandwich with bacon and other junk. I asked if I could upgrade my spicy chicken sando to have a pretzel bun. Yes!! It cost an extra 75 cents but it was worth it.
