First I get there 1 car in the dt I sat behind them a good 10 minutes then I they tell me to wait at the order screen for maybe a few minutes I ordered a large watermelon lemonade she tells me to pull around I sit at the window for 5 minutes and she takes my card and hands me my drink at the same time and there was no ice in it I said well can I have a cup of ice then she tells me they have none so I told her to just keep the drink cause by then I'm just sick of it then she says she can go get ice from the lobby I just handed it to her and left over all awful experience. read more

Fire all of the employee here. They are all rude and act like their job is hard. Every order is wrong and cold by the time you get it. One small order with no one else at the restaurant takes 30mns. Odd to me that most of the same employees work both morning and evening shift every day. It's always the same rude drugged out customer service, if you can call it customer service. I normally don't write reviews for fast food joints unless I've had either a really bad or really good experience. Unfortunately this Wendy's fits into the bad category. Both of my recent visits have been for free Frosty Jr coupons my kids received as a Halloween gift. My first visit was a solid twenty minute wait during lunch hour. My second visit on a late Thursday around 4pm was fifteen minute wait in the drive-thru. During the first visit we had terrible customer service. The person taking our order clearly hated her job and wasn't afraid to show it. During our second visit the person taking our order was friendly, but instead of handing the Jr Frosty's to me individually or in a drink holder they just dropped them all into a bag and just gave it to me. I'm happy I took them out of the bag right away or they would have leaked all over my car. I didn't expect both of my visits to be this bad. If I visit Wendy's again I plan on visiting another location. So frustrating! read more

Sometimes you get good hot food here and sometimes it's cold. I usually get nuggets because that's my thing; however, I do pick my Dad up something from there too and when mine is cold his is too. The last meal we got here was warm and good, but will it be next time we go back? read more

The person who was waiting on me dropped the lid she was about to put on my drink and actually picked it up off the floor and was about to put it on my drink when I said No. I won't be going back any time soon. read more

This Wendy's is eh... D on't expect them to get your order correct, you ask for no ketchup on the burger and only mayonnaise then end up some how still getting ketchup. I wanted baked potato's and believe it or not they didn't have any... Never get your hopes up like I did for some baked potato's! read more

My husband and I went to this location yesterday for lunch. He got the Big Double Bacon and I got the Bourbon Bacon Cheeseburger. My experience started as soon as I drove up to the speaker. We were asking the lady what all came on the Big Double Bacon because my husband doesn't eat a lot of different stuff. He's normally just cheese and meat. She was very nice and answered all of our questions and was very patient. When we got our food as we were pulling off, we were checking our food and realized the creamy cheese on my husbands burger is a pimento cheese spread. We thought it would be like what they put on the potatoes. I pulled back around and they were more than happy to fix it for us. And they also explained to us what the cheese sauce was. There were two ladies at the drive thru window and both of them were very nice! Food was great, hot and fresh! And I'm glad to see the "old" fries making a comeback!!! read more

Can I do zero stars? This is the worst Wendy's I've been to. They get my order wrong about 85% of the time and act like jerks at the drive thru. It's so bad I finally stopped going. I've been waiting over two weeks for management to contact me regarding my last visit because I finally got so fed up with the place. It's ridiculous.
