Wendy's is and has always been my fave franchise fast food place. Not saying that I do prefer a good burger from other locations. But when on a budget, Wendy's doesn't disappoint. My go to when $ is low is the 4 for $4. Burgers are always juicy and fresh and fries are not bad at all. Especially at this location. Every time we have to make a stop at Petco from The Loop, we grab a few burgers, nuggets, fries and always a strawberry lemonade and enjoy in the car while we wait for the pups to be either groomed or done with their vet. I've never been inside so I cannot say much about that however, they are always quick and friendly so that counts for a lot. read more

Every person in our group wants something different and I'm here at Wendy's. Counter ordering and order fulfillment was smooth and friendly. Self-ordering stations are available. My Dave's $7.69 double burger combo with small fries and small drink was good. The dining area consisted of tables and booths. Lots of free parking and there's a drive-thru service as well. read more

If I could give 0 stars I would gladly give them to this fast food. Terrible customer service, cold and bad food. They never have anything and this time I come they don't have anything to drink and they serve you any drink without asking. Afterwards, they get upset if you tell them to change it for something you like. read more

I was not aware that Wendy's chili was now a vegetarian chili. I went to Wendy's in the North loop shopping center in Kissimmee, Fl. I ordered several items including a large chili. My order was taken out. I got home, anticipating a meal that included chili and a baked potato. In my opinion, Wendys had the best chili in the industry. I was shocked to find my chili had no meat, plenty of beans and sauce, but no meat. Customers need to know ahead of time that the chili no long has meat in it. read more

I don't usually go to Wendy's, not that I have anything against it, it's just that they are very scarce in my home country. So, one of these days, after half a day shopping at several stores in The Loop, by the time I reached the end of it, I was super hungry and I realized I was right next to this Wendy's. Although I only have been here once, this restaurant seemed clean and spacious. Interaction with the staff was brief but they seemed nice. Food was ready in a timely fashion. I had a Baconator for the first time. It was good and I would probably have another one next time I get to go to a Wendy's. read more

Yuck. I've never had Wendy's breakfast before. Now that I have, I wish it had stayed that way. Ordered a maple bacon chicken burger with potato wedges for a quick bite before heading onto the road. The wedges were probably the best part to be honest. Oversalted, hard to bite into, with maybe a hint of potato? The burger was awful though. Would not recommend at all. Lukewarm, oddly moist and dense bun with two sad pieces of "maple" bacon that would offend even the most complacent Canadian. And what the heck is up with the chicken?? It tasted like a gigantic, overcooked chicken nugget, and not in a good way. Even worse was the smell - it smelled like it had been flung around in the wet sock of a teenager who just got off Splash Mountain. Was it chemicals? Bleach? God I hope it was sanitary. Ugh, even writing this review is making my mouth do the opposite of salivate. read more

This store was recently remodeled and looks fantastic- very modern and beautiful! This store receives 2 stars though based on service. It took forevvveeerr to get my order. I ordered a side salad and French fries only, which are typically products that are readily available but somehow people who ordered after me received their food first! I'm pretty sure the expeditors lost track of my order. I was standing right by the counter, which I think should have raised a red flag to the counter staff. It wasn't until a manager intervened that the employees even chose to address me and see what I was waiting on. I did appreciate the manager's stepping in though. She was very active throughout the store and clearly trying to run her operation as successfully as possible. read more

I let the first screw up slide and didn't leave a review. The manager sent me an email apologizing and I let it go. I gave them a chance for redemption when a friend wanted to get Wendy's. I usually love Wendy's. It's one of only two fast food places where I'll eat. The other being Chick-fil-A. Sometimes, I want a burger and Wendy's has been my go-to for as long as I can remember. So when a friend, who is a McDonald's person and knows that I refuse to eat there, said they wanted to try Wendy's I was thrilled. Unfortunately, with an opportunity for redemption with me and to impress and convert a McDonald's regular, this location blew it again. I ordered through the app for curbside. I notified them of arrival and it took forever despite them saying "within 5 minutes." The fries were stone cold, my double cheeseburger was missing the tomato, had one pathetic piece of limp lettuce and was swimming in so much mustard that I took a few bites and threw it away, along with the cold limp fries. My friend's burger was missing lettuce and was stone cold. We compared problems and he needled me for my Wendy's preference with "Looks like your Wendy's is struggling, lol". Maybe I need to just stick with Chick-fil-A and forget my nostalgia for the place I grew up with. This location is 0-2 and only getting worse with quality and service. Sad. In the works it seems. Located in the Southeast side of The Loop is a new Wendy's. Went in expecting fast service what I got was new employees and a long wait. It must have been everyone's first day except the managers who seemed to be doing everybodys job for them. 5 stars for her alone. Its clean but not very functional like Mcdonalds or Burger King. Drive-thru seemed to be a breeze though so I suggest you take that route. Food was pretty good and they got my order right if you want something quick stop by but take the drive-thru. read more

Horrible costumer service. Went at around 12:45am The guy at the drive through spoke to me as if I was a special needs person because I kept asking him for a quick second since I had my boyfriend on the line since he was at work and I was getting him food. Didn't ask if I wanted a meal or not so I got to the window and asked him if it was a meal, he said no but put it in as a medium and I was charged $10 he turns and tells the other person there and then says "I can't wait to get my ass home!" And the other person brings me my food but forgot the drink so I asked about it and she said "Oh, he forgot to set it out." When I checked the meal, there were barely any fries in the bag. This place is disgusting I have never been in a Wendy's that was so dirty! 3 tables of people sitting down and every other table was dirty! Got a towel and cleaned off our own table. No straws, ketchup at the soda area! The floors have trash and food all over them. If we didn't already pay I would have went somewhere else! They better hire a manager to get this place under control if corporate walked in right now they would shut it down it's that dirty!! read more
