They profusely apologized for the poor attitude of the young lady at the window, stating that she is no longer with the company as that is not the type of behavior that should represent the Wendy's franchise. Apparently, she's been causing issues for quite sometime and I was the "tipping point"/last straw for her employment. I am extremely pleased with the professional attitude from both the DM and the GM, as well as their ability to assess my situation in a positive, customer-centric way. They have invited me back to this Wendy's location for a free meal as a token of their appreciation for my continued patronage. But, of course, I'm leaving out one star due to the high price of the Spicy Chicken Sandwich (at this franchise.) Thank you for being professionals! :)
