I went to this Wendy's and ordered a baked potato with cheese and bacon, a 10 piece chicken nuggets, a large chili and a large choc frosty! I pulled up to the window and this girl didn't even acknowledge me, instead waved to the girl in the parking lot in a white suv and said " I can't see her, idk what she's saying, let me call her" all while I'm trying to hand her my card to pay for my food. She calls the girl in the white truck all before acknowledging me and idk what was said but the girl ended up behind me in the drive through. They handed me the large frosty and I waited for my food. When she handed it to me...... I got a baked potato, chicken nuggets and a large French fries. I asked about the large chili! She said he didn't charge me for that. So again I handed her my card. Paid for the chili and I said how unprofessional they were and they didn't give a crap. When I got home, I opened my potatoe but no bacon on it to top it all off. I will NEVER go there again. I love Wendy's burgers! I think they are the bomb! I don't like french fries at all so I always get a baked potato! They are just perfect. Top it with a chocolate frosty and it's just heaven. I absolutely love the Asiago Chicken ranch sandwich. But the last 2 DoorDash orders have been wrong. Today I got a Asiago Chicken combo, a Dave's Double which was Delicious, a chicken Caesar Salad. Well the Baked Potato had no butter or sour cream. It was right in the combo instructions. At first I thought it might be my error but it wasn't. A delicious but dry baked potato. I had to put the salad dressing on it to make it palatable. I love a good baked potato. I wish there was a way to change the DoorDash Dash to Wendy's on Jog and Lake Worth Rd. Maybe they know how to read and fill an order. I did have a ONE fork for both the baked potato and salad. What are we supposed to share it? No straw or spoon for the frostie, which has shrunk in size. A plus there were napkins. The last 2 DoorDash orders have been a problem. Let's choke down a dry baked potato together. Come on Wendy's you can do better for your DoorDash customers! read more

manager is rude. came for an interview she scheduled , found the job from indeed. went in on time and looked for manager, everyone was busy as i was standing in front of the desk where people go to order. no one helped. I ask people that was there if they seen Lou, the person didn't speak english. I asked agian 30 minutes later , fourth time i stood inform of the cashier. Finally someone answers and she turned out to be the manager. she said it's my fault for not asking although i saw they were busy so i didn't want to disturb and asked people who weren't. She saw me the time the interview was supposed to start as well. didn't know she was the manager. wasted 30 minutes for nothing, and the preparation before that. wouldn't wish this terrible experience on anyone. didn't even take 5 minutes for her to tell me we are not hiring AFTER she scheduled the interview and wasted my time. read more

The lady that was at the counter was the most rude and unhelpful person I've encountered at any Windy restaurant. The app was not working and she said too bad and walked away. This was Monday 9/18/23 National Cheeseburger day. I went to the one on 10th Ave and the manager was overwhelmingly helpful. I'll never go back to the restaurant on 6th and Congress for anything. Had a burger combo and a frosty because my body hates itself and was craving a few thousand calories. The burger was remarkably delicious and everything else was tasty too. I had a coupon on the Wendy's app and usually the cashiers take 10 to 20 minutes trying to figure out how to enter it - the lady here took maybe 5 seconds! I asked her how she does it so I could teach the other locations and she looked at me dumbfounded - "there is a button on the register screen - a person just hits it and puts in the coupon number". The location can get busy (especially with drive-though), but it is worth the wait. My only other complaint during this visit was the blood soaked rag in the bathroom sink. read more

Warning: This one Wendy's location is ALWAYS packed. Palm Beach State College is right next door so that means students will be heading here for lunch or even when they get out of class. So if you plan on heading to this Wendy's location, have patience and time. The employees are very rude & disrespectful, especially the night shift . Everyday I ask for no salt on my fries & they continue to put salt on my fries and when I ask to trade in my fries for no salt ones, they continuously argue with me about salt being on my fries even after I tell them I'm allergic to the salt and I could see the salt on my finger tips after picking a fry up. The crew just all over rude and they don't even try to fix your order they like to argue with you about something you paid for ! read more

I always go to this Wendy's because of the fact that it is close by my school. I'm going to be honest, I had a Wendy's 4 for 4 and literally, I kid you not, had to run out of my classroom and vomit because of this food. Immediately after eating it it made me feel awful but I wasn't expecting for it to make my stomach turn like that. I don't really care for this Wendy's to begin with because of the environment and it's location, but this was just too much. I wouldn't recommend not ever eaten there again. Awful. read more
