Had a few coupons for a buy one get one free frosty. This was the first time in a decade I've actually gone inside this Wendy's. I've been going through the drive thru for as long as I can remember. I was rather impressed by the interior of this restaurant. The decor is new, the dining room was clean, bright and open. One can choose to order at very simple kiosks or at the counter. I simply ordered at the counter and my experience was simple, fast and easy. Ten minutes from the time I walked through the door before I was walking out with dinner for five. The order was accurate and complete and this simple fact is becoming less and less common at fast food places these days. The burgers were great, fries were fresh and frostys were yummy. I might have to just go inside more often. I rather enjoyed it. It didn't hurt the woman that took my order was strikingly pretty. Giggle. read more

In spite of having a literal human being at the front counter to assist, the store demands most who can pay using the kiosk to do exactly that. So unless you're of a particular age, they simply don't wanna talk to you or assist in any real way. Don't come here. They never have ketchup in the ketchup dispenser and they lost my boyfriends food. He paid $15 and showed them the statement on his bank app & they said "We can't give you free food, we'd have to charge you again" without offering anything as he waited and waited for an order that they had no idea where it was or had any proof of. He asked to speak with a manager and that was the manager that told him he couldn't offer him anything & to just order again. Very displeased with the poor service... I have had problems with this particular Wendy's all the time. They must hire people that can't read or speak English. The orders are constantly wrong and when you try to call and complain they don't even answer the phone. If you just absolutely have to eat Wendy's and you live in Lakewood. Do yourself a favor and drive across town to a professional Wendy's restaurant. Or you will just get food that is incorrect and undercooked. This is the very last time I will eat at this establishment. It needs to be closed down. I eat here a couple of times a month. Every time I visit this restaurant the food and service is great. The other evening my son and I stop for dinner. The cashier failed to enter the reduced kids meal price and neither one of us caught it. As we were leaving the manager followed us out and refunded the entire meal price. Even as I was saying it wasn't necessary. The manager gave my son a five dollar gift card. No one would have known what had happened but the manager did and went out of her way to make it right. Slowest fast food drive-through ever! Not just one time, not even a particular time of day, habitually slow. Minimum 20 minute wait whether there's two cars or five cars in the drive-through. I might be able to overlook this fact if the food was really good or the service was exceptional. I've found neither to be true of this Wendy's. If 0 stars was an option that's what this location deserves. The Wendy's lines inside and the drive through are always long. They routinely shut down the dining room around dinner time due to being short staffed. Today the dining room was open, from the time I ordered to the time I received my food was 22 minutes. There were only 4 dine in orders in front of me. I'd like to place the blame on being short staffed, but these wait times have become the status quo at this location for at least the past 4 months. read more

OMG they were super slow! Totally defies the concept of "fast food". This place is complete trash. I have lived by this Wendy's for three years and nothing has changed. The manager at this location should be fired immediately. Everyone loves Wendy's so people still go but on any given night it can take you 20-30 minutes to get your food, especially if you go through the drive through. Went to go to the drive they at 10:15 pm. Two wet floor signs blocked the drive thru even though it was open till 1 am. When driving past I saw employees sitting in the dining area. This isn't the first time the drive thru has been closed after the lobby closed even though employees were sitting inside not working. Clearly ignoring their jobs and probably stealing time. I tried to give the gm mr. Holden 24 hours to give me a call to acknowledge the situation and he and the district manager chose not to give me a call. I ordered $26 worth of food on 10/20/20 just to get home and see my children biting into red meat burgers... I called location multiple times and they did not answer. So I drove all the way back to the location to show them the redness of the burger. The manager and gm on the phone, mr Holden, his response was that sometimes the burgers are red in the middle when they are hot off the stove?! Mind u the burger is still red 35 min after the fact. I was at location for almost 40 minutes trying to resolve and have the team take ownership and I never felt it happened... I was just told to get my name and number and a district manager would "call me" which never happened. So here we are! I try to give them the benefit of the doubt "it's lunch/dinner time" "maybe they're under staffed" but I've lived nearby for a year now and it is at all times of the day no matter what. This is the worst Wendy's I've ever been to. Every single time I have been they mess up my order. Last time I was here they gave me a knife instead of a spoon for my frosty. They also have a tiny drive through line that only has room for 2 cars and all the rest get stuck holding up traffic on the road. Also, if you want to go inside instead of wait in the terrible line, they shut down their dinning room and never open it so you can't go inside. What?! That's crazy. Also this place is NOT fast food.
