Sandwich was cold and when I went in to correct it... I waited patiently. For 5 minutes I was the only one inside and I say 5 different workers who literally made eye contact. I was ignored by everyone until I asked, why I was being ignored? I wasn't able to get a replacement because they said breakfast was over so I got a refund. Horrible customer service. Must be the color of my skin, didn't get a single welcome or come back again but the other folks did. If I could give it a zero I would. Went through drive thru, ordered two meals plus large frosty. When I got to the window I got the two meals but the frosty wasn't ready. When the cashier poured it it came out liquid and told me I would have to wait a few minutes. I told him no because my food would get cold and soggy. The manager tried it and when it came out liquid again but this time she poured it back in. I told them I didnt want it after that and when the cashier asked the manager if they could offer something else the manager said no that I had to wait. The service here is hit or miss. Sometimes they r super friendly, othertimes its like dealing with hoodrats with no home training. Either way the nuggets are ALWAYS cold. On my last visit I asked for them well done. After waiting about 5 mins at the window, I got cold nuggets and fries in my meal. The burgers are always on point though.
