Don't get me wrong, my burger was tasty, even if it was cold. They left out my kids meal (which I got for my dog) so my dog ended up with some of my burger and a leftover pork chop that I had at home. The food is usually good but not this time, I'm blaming a bit of panic because franchise owner was there and blocking drive through in his gray Kia telluride. You can own the shit but don't be a dick. Also, you have obviously gone to cotton seed oil (without disclosing allergens) obvious because the food blew through me quicker than soybean. If I ever returned, would they believe me? Would they want to make things right? I doubt it. Besides, if I were to return, is it worth the diarrhea for a cold burger and pasty onion rings? I've been here before once previously it's been to long ago. First time visiting I got a fish sandwich combo. This time upon entering the restaurant I was greeted by the employee working. That is definitely a plus. I can see that they have a actual system setup to get the orders out. The customer service here is A 1 top tier to me. The restaurant looks nice and clean also. I placed my order and I was able to switch or swap from a soda and substitute for the malt shake my favorite shake different from a regular shake with no problem or upcharge Compliments to the chef who made my delicious double butter burger and fries also I was given ketchup condiments from the cashier and the person who made my malt shake thanks a million. I finished my malt shake by the time I got home.This restaurant is quite a distance from me. It would be cool if there was a location closer to me. Definitely worth the trip not a disappointment! I love their Double Deluxe cheesburgers with fries and onion rings, but frequently swithch it out for their fish sandwich. Walleye is available for short time - big delicious fish sandwich with tarter sauce and lettuce. On the weekends, my wife and I go and she always gets their deluxe fried chicken sandwich. But they didn't ask if I wanted a drink with the condiments or napkins. I am 73 years old. I am not a dog that only answers when spoken to. The food is good. The manager has a huge anger management problem and the corporation has a greed problem. More forced sales, more profits. Finally one day I stopped here because I wanted something sweet. I looked at their menu and they had EVERYTHING! I made a mental note, got my cup of icee cream, and left. So the next time I drove by this place, I decided to get the burger with the mushrooms...I think it's called the mushroom burger with fries. I feel that a lot of establishments in the area are lacking in customer service--service with a smile, or with polite courtesy, is a rarity these days. I am so happy to have found Culver's, where they genuinely want to give you a quality meal and a pleasant dining experience. From the time we walked in the store, we were greeted by the cashiers and everyone else working in the store. It was my first time eating at Culver's and they helped me understand the menu and helped me choose a basket. I really enjoyed the butterburger (excuse the finger marks, I picked it up before taking a picture!) It tasted like a homemade burger, in the best way. The fries were hot and crispy, and the custard was the best part of the meal. Love the basic vanilla and that they rotate flavors regularly. The restaurant was clean and welcoming to kids, and I have to say, most of the patrons in there were friendly and welcoming. One of the employees went from table to table and let us know how to use the coupons on the kids meal (to get another scoop for free), and asked us how our meal was. What a pleasant surprise! If you are like me, you think this is your typical trashy fast food joint, but think again! It has 5 star quality service - friendly plus locally sourced fresh made to order food. It's tasty and above average. After ordering, we seated ourselves and instead of standing around waiting for our order to be ready, it was delivered to our table. This made lives a little easier for us as we situated our kids. The tables and overall establishment were well kept and clean. The chicken sandwich is worth coming back for! I added the special culver sauce and loved it! The French fries were perfectly crisp. I absolutely love Culver's, especially this location. I was introduced to it by my dad. Soon after, my local Kroger printed Culver's coupons on the back of their receipts for a while. I would dig the receipts out of the trash at home just for the Culver's coupons! I am a sucker for their frozen custard concrete mixers and have the "Flavor of the Day" as a permanent tab on my phone's Safari. I also love their burgers, and the fries are nice. The interior is nice with booths and tables, and it's usually a calm, relaxing atmosphere. Staff are very kind, those that work for dine-in and drive-thru alike. Most everything about this place is great, when I walk in the employees greet us. It's not very busy. We order our food but, we ordered our food at 5:16 PM, then you go and sit down with your number and they'll bring your order out to you when it is ready. We waited, we waited, we waited, finally, 22 minutes later they bring us our food. I just can't understand why it takes that long when it's not busy, to drop something in a fryer that only fries for about two minutes. I also watched the customers that came in after us. They probably didn't even have to wait 10 minutes to get their food. I'm just wondering why it took so long for us to get our we didn't order anything out of the ordinary. I tend not to revisit a place if I can't get really good customer service I don't care how good the food is. Oh and a sidenote, I have visited this place before and I love mashed potatoes and gravy, but they're mashed potatoes and gravy kinda tastes like an old lady's closet smells, it's really weird. read more

For the first time yesterday went to Culver's restaurant in Savannah, GA located on 333W Montgomery Cross Road with my family and I had my wort experience in my life. I ordered the Culver's Bacon Burger Deluxe with Coleslaw and French fries. When our food came to the table and grabbed my burger I observed the bottom bun had mildew on it. I went to see the manager Elijah and he was kind of neutral with the situation but he offered to replace my burger. Wile i was waiting for my new burger I start to ear the coleslaw with French fries. to my surprise the coleslaw was worm not old and had a fumy sourly taste to it. I smelled the coleslaw and smelled spoiled. My family they consume what they ordered but me left the restaurant without eating. I did not go back to se the manager because I saw he did not care to much. I called the Savannah health department today and waiting to call me back. My first time ordering from here. I had my food delivered to about 3.7 miles away. The onion rings were cooked just like I liked them without asking to fry them hard. The burger was tasty. Also, the sauce was good. The delivery bag was nice and secure. The reason why I didn't give it a 5 star is because of the temperature of the food. The delivery was only 3.7 miles away. The food didn't have any hotness or any sort of warmth to my food. My suggestion is if you have a delivery of one of the apps, please cook the food fresh so that by the time the food reaches its destination it will not give I have been sitting under the hot light waiting to be sold. You can get your own drinks so while we waited for the food to be prepared we drank our soft drinks. The food is made to Oder so it come out fresh. Instead of fried we opted to get theses cheese curls. They we delicious. The cheese curls are little mozzarella pieces. It has marinara sauce for dipping. The burgers were very flavorful. Had to add my own mayo and ketchup. Not sure if you have to tell them you want it or if that's how the sandwich came but it was still good nonetheless. The combo is a little over $11 but even though it was a little pricey I will be returning to try other items on the menu. read more

Good frozen custard! I like this location, a bunch of friendly people. We stoppes to get a hotdog.... but guess what??? They dont sale them-lol so we got a waffle cone instead, unfortunately a new person fixed it and gave us a scoop so small that we couldn't see it past the cone, luckily a manger stepped in and apologized, she must have known I was ready to ask for my money back-LOL! But the last 3 or 4 times I've come here something has been missing from my order, that we have to go back to get it. So here we go... Location: Located right off Hwy 124 across from AMC. My biggest challenge is as I mentioned earlier. They have been missing items on the order. In the past when I tell them, there has been no problem with getting the items...but having to go thru that repeatedly is a bit much. I will has it is alot of college aged kids there and they are working hard...and still seem overall pleasant. This is one of those businesses that its just part of it. I still will go again..lol Price: Soooo. You will spend some coins. For 3 ppl getting 2 combos (side and drink) and 2 regular size concretes for about 38 bucks. So this is definitely a little pricey...but they offer coupons regularly. So overall...I keep going because I like the concretes.
