I went to this Whataburger last night and the food was amazing!!! I spoke to the Manager Mrs B and she had the BEST attitude. Loved it!!! She suggested the 3 pattie burger (I believe it's a #3) and the peach shake. I'm glad that I asked her what are the most ordered items. She did not let me down. Both were VERY delicious. Whataburger what a show lol first time here but i didn't try the Whataburger i tried the sweet and spicy burger which i guess is still a Whataburger ? Anywho they definitely did not disappoint my burger was huge and filled with flavor i could barely finish it and all I ordered was the burger. It had lots of flavor, bacon , 2 patties and cheese with tons of sweet onions oh my i would definitely be back because of that the burger did its justice. The service was fast and I even got a free Whataburger for my bf just for downloading the app thanks . He enjoyed it as well we will be back soon to try other things on the menu but be prepared they are a little bit pricey , my two sandwiches by itself was $16 bucks but thank goodness for the app providing a free burger for your first time eating there and having the app. read more

The Patty Melt is at the top of the fast-food burger list. It's filling and wonderful with two patties and two pieces of cheese, piled high with grilled onions and served on Texas toast. The quality of a chain restaurant can depend on the staff, but our meal was great and the staff efficient and friendly. At other Whataburgers, I have had double cheeseburgers and sausage/egg/cheese biscuits and can recommend both. read more

Never had Whataburger before and always heard good things about it. So I decided to take a detour to see what the fuss was all about, but the only thing fussing was me after this visit. We walked in and were next in line, the cashier was just walking back and forth from the register back to the kitchen. We had no idea what she was doing so we waited patiently for a few minutes as we assumed there just HAD to be some purpose for her doing this. This went on for 10 minutes and she just refused to take orders. Maybe she was getting her steps in. Eventually another associate came from the kitchen and started ringing us up. As soon as he took us all of a sudden she was ready to start taking orders. Honestly I was a bit preturbed by it but I carried on with placing my order. We decided to sit in and eat so I went to the restroom thinking it would be decently kept as the dining area was pretty well maintained. However there was no soap in the dispensor or paper to dry your hands. Luckily I didnt have to make a number 2 because there wasnt even a trace of toilet paper anywhere. That poor soul thats got the runs is gonna have to wipe up indian style. I guess thats the whataburger way who knows. I also noticed that the drink station was filthy there were several mountains of ice piled up in the drink drain and dark brown stains all over the area inbetween and by the lids and straws. There wasnt anyone in the place that looked like they were worried about it either. Maybe the person who does these things went home early i guess. 10 minutes goes by, then 20, and then 40. Still no food brought out to us. I honestly couldnt believe it, 40 minutes waiting for food at a fast food joint. After 45 minutes came I went up to ask about the food and there was nobody at the counter. A moment later another customer approached me saying "hey you've been waiting forever for your food too huh"? At that moment I didn't even know what to do next, I was contemplating to ask for a refund but the thought was stuck in my mind that I probrably would wind up somehow waiting another 40 minutes just to do that. Shortly after, the food finally comes. Now I ordered a number 3 the triple burger meal with the shake. The burger to my surprise wasn't bad. It wasnt worth the nearly 45 minute wait but it was a solid burger. The shake wasnt the best though, it just wasn't up to par compared to some of the other fast food joints in my opinion. The fries were struggling too. All in all I just chalk up the bad experience to the location. Pop music coming out of ceiling speakers. 1242 time stamp when order placed. 1311 when food received (29 minutes). The "fast food" experience must be at the drive thru. My Dr Pepper Malt didn't come when the food came. Had to request that at the counter. The thin, flabby patty takes me back to the days of "where's the beef?" Good tea. Good fries & good Dr Pepper shake/malt. Customer interaction is non existent. Even when the order was brought, all we heard was mumbling. They did score a 96. May you fare better. read more

Me and my fiancé were driving and we had past Whataburger. I mentioned I had never had it before and she said that I needed to try it. We turned back around and stopped in for lunch. I got the spicy chicken sandwich, my fiancé got the honey bbq chicken strip sandwich and we shared some fries. We went inside to eat and placed our order. It took quite some time for our food to come out. I want to say about 15 minutes. We got our food and began to eat. My spicy sandwich was good and it was spicy, but it wasn't anything great. It was very comparable to a Wendy's spicy chicken sandwich. Nothing special at all. I tried the chicken strip sandwich, and that wasn't anything special either. Fries were mediocre too. Honestly, all the food was very whatever. Nothing worth making a U-turn for at all. I definitely won't be coming back at all. Side note, I don't eat beef, so the burgers could be better, but I am unsure as I don't eat them. read more

This Whataburger has only been open a short time. The dining room is not open, but the orders are flowing through the drive thru. Service level still needs some work, but hopefully it improves in the weeks to come. The burgers are nice and big, but the fries were mediocre today. Granted we live about 10 minutes from this location it took too long to get my order, so the fries were hardening and a bit cold. If I'm looking for a healthy (sizewise) burger, I'll be back to give this location a try in the weeks and months to come. They also do not take mobile orders at this time. Hopefully this comes online soon because I hate waiting. read more

While Whataburger is becoming a staple is the North Metro Atlanta area, they seem to have difficulty as many businesses might with large isolated crowd volume. The food remains respectable as everything appears to be made fresh to order. This can hold up your order at times. But can you really be mad at that?! we went on a Saturday, about 2pm. ordered at the kiosk - time stamp was 1:59. We sat at the bar with our number tent easily seen. We watched 4 other groups come in after we were seated, order, and get their food, eat and ,leave before ours showed up. I got a bacon cheese, lettuce wrap onion with rings and an ice coffee, he got bacon cheeseburger,toasted, extra burger, fries, vanilla shake. our order came out at 2:17, minus the drinks. Those followed approx 6 min later, after I asked the manager for them. Overall - we decided that was our first and last visit. I will admit to liking the onion rings, but the burger was not great - and really only lukewarm, the vanilla shake had a weird taste-perhaps it's made from a powder? the iced coffee tasted like they used espresso syrup, so you got a jolt of coffee taste, followed by the chemical 'they cooked this too long' taste. The Good: Easy ordering with a menu given to me in the drive thru. Payment w/CC (just like Chic-fil). Friendly AND happy customer service at WINDOW. The Bad: No napkin for a messy burger...in my car. My cup had soda all over it AND remember, NO NAPKIN. Bun was cold, burger was maybe warm. All I could see and taste was mustard, mustard and more mustard (and I like mustard but dang!). No cheese which I paid for as she asked me to upsell. The wait was "okay" had I gotten what I asked for with a NAPKIN!! Fast food that is not fast at all... I likely won't be back. Went through the drive thru (I recommend using the inside lane, it is much faster) which I'm not sure is finished as you currently have to drive all the way around the complex to join the drive thru line. Since this location is new, I think they have a lot of logistics they need to work out and I hope they use this as feedback! If you're in the outside lane, they physically take your card and go inside to run it before bringing it back to you -- I recommend a portable POS system so employees are not disappearing with your form of payment out of the sight of the customer. After paying I was brought my drink -- this is when the bumps started. The employee running the food came to my window several times with the incorrect order (larger orders) which I thought was strange that those meals were prepared before my single meal. Once I did receive my food I was told I could pull into a parking spot to check it - I'm glad I did because it had a modification I didn't request at the window. When I told the gentleman he was unsure whether the meal did or did not even come with that ingredient on the burger and took it back inside to modify. Thinking everything was rectified, I got all the way home to find a completely different burger than what I ordered It was one of those days and I really wanted the burger I had ordered so I called up to the location and was told to come back and they would remake it. I will commend the management team (the bearded guy and Princess) for making it right by getting me the right burger and a fresh set of fries, but the entire ordeal took 2 hours in total. At that point I was hangry and wish I would have stuck with what I knew.. Once I finally got home and was actually able to consume the food, it was mid. The fries are soggy and the burger was just ok. I enjoyed the sweet & spicy sauce but the burger patty itself is quite plain though it's a good size. This is my second time coming here. The first time I came, I was not impressed AT ALL! I had some kind of burger which was luke warm and the fries were just ok. I thought maybe this place reminded folks of home because the food was not good. But bay be, this time....whew! I was heading home after a late night, stomach growling, and saw Whataburger was still open, how convenient! It's one of the few places in Snellville that is open 24 hrs. I pulled into the drive thru. It had a line but the wait wasn't too long. I ordered the patty melt combo with fries and a sweet tea. They asked for a name for the order. I kept saying "Roz" but they heard "Rob". Ok whatever. I'll be a Rob. Got my food and there were two ketchup packets in it. I normally eat my fries without ketchup but for some reason, decided to dip my fries in the ketchup and it was SOOOO GOOD!! The ketchup had a different taste to it, like I could tell it wasn't regular ketchup. I opened the second ketchup package and used that one to dip my patty melt. Yall, it did not disappoint! I got home and discovered the ketchup I used to dip my fries in is a "spicy" ketchup and the other for my patty melt is a "fancy" ketchup. Who knew they have different ketchup flavors?! So if you go here and is not sure what to order, get the patty melt meal and make sure to ask for the "spicy" and " fancy" ketchup packages to use on your fries and sandwich. read more

The first time I came here was the week after it opened. Of course due to the hype of it being brand new, a wait was expected. Our wait ended up being around 45 minutes to order and get our food. I ordered the sweet and spicy bacon burger with fries and spicy ketchup. I loved that the portion of the food is quite large. The burger was good but not great. I did not enjoy the fries at all and I never got the ketchup I requested. The next time I went back the fries actually tasted a lot better so there might be some inconsistency with the service. I'm not sure if the inside of the restaurant is open as I've only gone through the drive through. I'd say it's worth a try but not my favorite fast food. read more

Being from Texas I had to visits this location and it did not disappoint in the flavor and size of how we do it in Texas! I did not like we couldn't go in to order our food, but I was able to order curbside and use the restroom. The building was near and clean being no one , but the employees were inside at this time of the day. I ordered the sweet & spicy burger and the taste was amassing. I usually order chicken at any restaurant for personal reasons, but I'm glad to took this risk tonight. The fries were salted to perfection, but my tea wasn't as sweet as I preferred it. Our spread: Taquito with bacon ( - simple but good), Biscuit Sandwhich but replace it with the jalapeño biscuit , so good (), Breakfast burger , looks like a lot but wasn't ( )!
