A simple concept of tasty cooked to order chicken fingers and fries. Clean restaurant with patient staff especially for first time guest.

The good- restaurant is very clean as it is very new. The service was great . Counter person was very friendly and processed my order quickly and correctly. Thanked me for my business, which was unusual, so kudos for that. The portion of food was fine. The box is sold with about 5 0z. Of chicken which translated to 5 fingers. There is an ample amount of fries which are crinkle cut. The box has a serving of coleslaw and a piece of buttered Texas toast. The bad-- The chicken was over cooked and tough. The batter was dark as you can see in the photo and the chicken was dried out from over frying. The fingers were also very salty. I hate to think how high the sodium was because the taste was extremely salty. The fries were not overly salty. The coleslaw was good , not too sweet and was made with a mayo base. The toast was bleh. It was toast but not very buttery and was slightly over done. Overall , your fried chicken dollars are better spent elsewhere. In a race with Huey Magoos, Raising Canes, and Zaxby's , GUTHRIES is solidly in 4th place. The saltiness compares to Zaxby's Z 2. Nobody touches the toast from Canes and GUTHRIES is solid 4th place on that item. It may be a case of being new and training deficient. Only time will tell but unfortunately, some of you will have to test it. I won't be driving by the above mentioned chicken establishments to try this again. This is not your daddy's GUTHRIES.

Definitely a new true asset to the Grayson community! I was wondering, how can this business survive with just one menu item? Well, I found out. High quality chicken tenders are the name of their game. The tenders are juicy, well seasoned and crispy (not too many can claim all 3). I have a few reservations about their fries. I'm not sure if the fry meat sustainability factor is high (if the fries stay hot long). While there are others, at this moment Guthrie's takes the cake as the best fast food chicken tenders around.

I have had Guthrie's before and it use to be so good when it was in the Perimeter area of Atlanta. This new Guthries needs to be ashamed of the size of the tenders. I am paying good money and this is what I get!!! The service at the Grayson location is horrible. I was told that I can't order a family meal it would have to be through Uber eats only. I knew the workers just didn't want to do a big order. I came back the next day and asked for another family meal and it was made. So that really made me mad for the lie that the young lady said to me. The ambiance is any type of fast food restaurant. The location of this Guthries is not good. It's hidden and it is not lit up at night for people to see it. It's next to an apartment complex and you have to u turn if you're coming from the opposite side of the road. Guthries please work on the size of your tenders or we will continue to go to Zaxbys and Huey Magoos

They might still be working out the kinks, but the chicken was overcooked and dry. Huey Magoo's is a superior option.

There are various fruits and vegetables for sale, soaps, candles, treats, etc. as well! I ordered the vegetarian wrap which was surprisingly way better than I expected! It was also on the cheaper side and came with a side of pickles which I was a fan of. My girlfriend ordered the soup of the day and a sandwich which she also enjoyed. She also ordered a London Fog and we both noted it was delicious and creamy. The staff are so accommodating and kind. They constantly asked us how we were doing and if we needed anything and were happy to tell us more about the place, its history, and their recommendations on the food. Parking is fairly easy, there's plenty of spots in the area you can find. Highly recommend this place for a brunch spot - we'll 100% be back soon.

The staff was nice and the establishment was clean. At the time we went it was not a lot of people there but they slowly started coming in. Ordered some wings and fries and a 5 pc tender dinner. They both were good. I did like the fact that they sell whole wings. Even though they were small they were enjoyable. There was a lot of talk about the restaurant across the street (JJ's) I believe that is Fingez new competition. The talk was mostly from an employee, I think he was not happy with them moving over to their location. Maybe at some point I will visit them only because the employee was not happy with them. Based on what he was saying it was like they did not care about the customers and Fingerz does care about their customers. So I guess in time we will see. I think the pricing was the normal charge for meals like that. The chicken tenders were good, not to crunchy, not too much seasonings just right actually. The dipping sauce was ok too. They have lots of choices for the dipping sauces so I did like the choices. Generally speaking the food and service was ok but it is not a place I would run to for a meal. If I am in the area and in the mood for some chicken I might stop by.

Not good. I have been here before a few years back and had some very good burgers. My wife and I…read moresaw they were running a Sunday meal deal where you could get 3 courses for $20. The options looked good salads and deserts and a decent seeming selection of mains. It was a mistake. I had my eyes on the mac bites so I ordered an extra appetizer and they were the best thing about the meal. They are the only reason for the 2nd star. The salads were salads nothing special or bad. The main dishes were where the bad began. My wife got the chop steak (a favorite of hers at home) with mash and broccoli. I got the Shrimp and Grits. The whole theme of the meal was "overcooked." The chop steak was dry and crumbling the sauce was almost sour. The broccoli was covered in clumpy seasoned butter (not bad tasting just poorly prepared) the mash was under seasoned. The Shrimp and Grits was a disaster from the beginning. The dish was served so hot, that the shrimp, no matter how they were cooked before, were over cooked and rubbery by the time the dish was cooled enough to eat. The sauce on top was scalding hot with chunks of undercooked plbell peppers (how they managed that I am nor sure). The grits were way too wet and were flavored only by the sauce. Desert was no exception to the disappointment. My wifes brownie was meh at best, but the creme brulee was a travesty. The sugar crust was way too thick and unevenly torched. I (a guy who loves hard candy and jaw breakers) could not eat the torched sugar because it was harder than rock and again, way too thick. The creme was nice but after having to excavate it from under the polar ice caps of sugar it was not worth it. Service was also not amazing. After a good start ordering and appetizers, the waiter disappeared for a long time. I needed to ask another waiter for some extra napkins and a spoon (grits were too watery) after over 10 minutes with no sign of our original waiter. This would have been somewhat acceptable if they had been busy, but there were less than 5 occupied tables in the building. Over all not a place I'd go back to any time soon. Maybe in a few years more time we'll try again and stick to the burgers.
