Just stoped for an Italian sub. Place is very clean, bathrooms immaculate and all staff very friendly. Fresh bread and they cut the cold cuts as I watched. Sub was excellent! read more

Don care for their steak subs but like their other more tasty sandwiches. Chocolate cookies are delicious. Customer service goes a long way here. If you show me you care for my business I will overlook any shortcomings and keep going to your store. I am updating my recent review of Jersey Mike's in Seabrook. Both the owner and the new manager Jake contacted me, to make it right. Jake is from New Jersey he gets it. Spoke to him on the phone he is the perfect person to be the manager of that store. They were so disappointed in the sub that I had received. It was just getting a Mike's Sub is Nostalgia for me it brings me home, and I felt like home had been left behind with that recent purchase. I've had many good Italians from JM. Several from the Seabrook location, although I can just as easily go to the Newburyport location. But tonight ... I got the skimpiest, thinnest, 'where's the meat' disaster of a sub. How disappointing. Can't imagine going back to this Seabrook one. read more

When you order from there, it has to be delivered by Uber eats or DoorDash whatever and then charges as much as the it's crazy but I like the sandwiches sometimes I just don't like to go out to pick it up. If I wanted to go out, I would just go to the grocery store and purchase the items and make my own sandwich but I guess that's not a Jersey Mike's problem. It's a business decision for them not to do in-house delivery you find less and less of that these days . read more

Both times I got a hot sub from here it falls apart and has way too much sauce on it. The kids who make it just throw the food around like it wont fall apart and I have to eat my SUB with a FORK. When I called to ask if they could remake it and did but the replacement sub was the same way. Everyone seemed too rushed and not paying attention to the people in line. Along with my poorly put together subs the cookies have been raw both times. The only good is the brownies they don't cook. read more

Wow, were we glad we stopped. Jersey Mike's is a preferred sandwich shop for us. The crew here were fabulous (09Jun2022 1513) and were extra-attentive in making our sandwiches just the way we wanted. A HUGE plus for me was that they had Cherry Pepsi as an option. These are RARE to find, so I bought several and was glad I did, as we didn't find them anywhere else on our trip. Decent quality sub, but I will never buy from them again. $17+ for a 13" long sub?!? No drink/chips included or anything. Biggest ripoff around. I'd rather go to Moe's, Subway, or even Market Basket and get the same serving for half the price. read more

Twice we drove home with wrong items put in our bag. Complained to Jersey Mike's and recieved a canned reply, with no answer to the issue. Last night went in and proceeded to check order thoroughly before leaving and kid working there made a loud scene in front of customers in store because I would question/ check what was in the bag. Unnecessary. I think this was the last straw for me. Not going to be verbally abused by some kid in a sub shop. There are plenty of alternatives in the area, I think others will discover this over time as well. read more

Conflicting excuses, my mom and I decided to stop by at 8:50 tonight. After being at the hospital with ailing family, the door was locked and the young girl sweeping nearby simply pointed to the sign that said 9:00 and ignored us. When we called to inquire about why they closed early they claimed they ran out of bread. I mean, it's a freaking sub shop, how do you not have bread. At least come up with the same excuse. read more

Excellent subs at this place, also very great and helpful staff members. My wife had accidentally placed a wrong order once and they were kind enough to cancel it even though the subs had already been made. Absolutely love their chipotle chicken sub, its delicious! Also, the subs are huge, usually gets me through both lunch and dinner. read more
