Just left Wendy's in Moody/Leeds the very worst experience ever ordered a baconator combo and a jr. baconator get a mile down the road I better check my order I got the Jr. Baconator and a kids burger loaded with just Mayonnaise enough to cover three burgers. That was after a 15 minute wait. Total bill 24.00 dollars. I thru the crap in the garbage that would be my last trip to this establishment. read more

I have come to this location a couple of times this year. Surprisingly, I received consistently good service each visit . The drive thru staff , really friendly , always smiling and efficient. I know. I can't believe it either , since I am reviewing a fast food establishment. My food was hot and fresh BUT check out my photo showing how tiny the spicy nuggets are now !! I love the spicy nuggets but they are more like spicy mini bites! OMG!!! Maybe this is a result of Covid - blame everything on Covid .... I'm kidding but they are itty , bitty. Prime example of just how far down Wendy's has gone. I used to love Wendy's, but after the last few visits, I'm steering away. This Wendy's was filthy, disgustingly filthy. Food scraps on the counter, food scraps on the floor, overflowing kitchen garbage cans, every surface looked dirty. Chicken sandwich was woefully over cooked. Chili is not on the menu, but they do have it; however, it was extremely watered down. No iced tea. Condiment counter empty, except for pepper. Slovenly service. Just keep driving - there's no reason to subject yourself to this. read more

If I could choose zero stars, I would. The service was awful. The inside of the building is extremely dirty, and behind the counter looked even worse from what I could see. Our order was wrong twice, and because we had already waited so long, I left without it being right because we had somewhere to be. The burgers were put together sloppily with condiments spilling out all in the packaging. It was so messy, there was no way to eat it. The manager was less than friendly, and in spite of there being no one in the drive through behind us, I was told to pull forward to wait for my food. On our way out of Birmingham and wanted to stop somewhere for a quick breakfast. Most everything was closed, and I wouldn't have even thought to suggest this except for the fact that we've seen the breakfast commercials. My husband and I got two different croissants: note ... they aren't actually croissants, but mini slider buns. Both of our sandwiches were cold. Not Luke warm... cold. The potato wedges were cold as well. Not a good first impression for your breakfast items!! Probably won't stop here for breakfast, lunch, or dinner in the future. read more

So we decided to get a quick bite for breakfast, but it was a Sunday and a lot of places were closed. We decided to give Wendy's new breakfast menu a shot. I liked the croissant I chose, but the problem was that both mine and my wife's were very cold, and these were supposed to be hot sandwiches. The potato wedges which came with the sandwiches were good, or would have been if they had been warm. They had good flavor, but again, were served cold. It could have been a much better experience. I was very let down by it though. Maybe I'd give them another shot, but only if nothing else was open. read more

The food was terrible we got some cheese burgers and they have us a little of everything. When we got our drinks we had 5 meals and they tried to give 10 drinks after we repeatedly told them we don't want them. The food was cold and tasted like someone spit in it. I won't be going back. read more

Your first clue that this place is horrible is the smell that hits you in the face when you walk in the door and they have an 85 on their rating as of September 9. I can't tell you how the food was because I had to get my money back after waiting 30 minutes they gave my food to someone else they knew they gave my food to someone else and never told me how stupid can you be.. this Wendy's should close down immediately!!! read more

Extremely slow service. Literally took 30 minutes to receive our order. Cashier had an attitude. Whole place seemed like there was a layer of grease on everything. They don't offer a First Responders/Military discount like many Wendy's do. Next time I'll just pay a little more and get good service and quick food at Chick-Fil-A. Burger was cold, bun was stale. Fries were soggy. Don't waste an hour of your life that you'll never get back by stopping here. read more

Don't recommend at all. Wait time was about average but they tried to charge me $16 for 1 meal, then tried to argue with me until they realized they were wrong. Then, they tried to give me someone else's order when I got to the window. After that, they walked away from the window without giving my drink or receipt and I had to wait for them to come back. I then got home and realized they gave me the wrong drink and only put condiments on half my burger. Won't be returning. read more

My boyfriend, my two year old and myself ate here for lunch yesterday. The service was decent. We got chicken nuggets, all three of us. My two year old refused to touch his, which based on the amount of vomiting my boyfriend and I are doing was wise on my toddlers behalf. I live in Moody and have frequently visited this establishment and up till tonight had great experiences. Tonight was by far the worst fast food experience I have ever had and hopefully ever will have. My dad and I waited 45 minutes in the drive-thru for 3 sandwiches. They explained their system was down which I understand completely but the attitude we received when they messed up the order the first time then waited 20 more minutes for them to screw it up again.....I have never been treated so horribly for a restaurants screw ups. I live 5 minutes from this Wendy's and will never return. I'll drive to Trussville or Pell City before I ever return to the Moody/Leeds Wendy's. read more

I've ate at Wendy's for over 40 years. I just ate my last burger at Wendy's. The burgers are small now. Nothing like the size they used to to be. The burger is not even the size of the bun. And, the burger I just ate was over-cooked; like eating a hockey puck. Furthermore, I used to love the Baconator. Now, with the tax, a Baconator combo (large size), is $11.00 with tax. It's not worth the money. I would avoid eating at Wendy's in Moody, AL. And, for that matter all Wendy's. read more

Ordered Double Cheese combo, small chili, double stack value fries and small coke from a woman who was coughing and hacking the entire time. Received Double Cheese combo, Jr cheeseburger deluxe and small coke listed as small sweet tea on invoice. No double stack, no chili. When I informed the order taker her brilliant response was "hmm, I musta missed that", then she turned to take the next persons order. I had to walk away, felt my blood pressure jacked up to about 300/150 as I could not believe the ignorance of this employee. To top off this unfortunate decision as a lunch stop, the manager passed me in the bathroom hallway mumbling "oooh, I got to go to the bathroom". How nice! read more

If we could have rated .5 stars we would have chosen that. Bathrooms were nasty, smelled like chicken guts and hand dryers did not work. We ate lunch on Christmas Eve so I'm sure workers are not terribly excited to be there, but hey they chose this gig. It was 11:45 am and both ketchup dispensers were empty and napkins were almost empty. French fries were limp and tasted like old grease. One kitchen worker handling drive thru orders and fixing French fries had waist length extensions not tied back that kept hanging forward into the fry holder..... Saw last health score was 89. I went and ordered they had to cook some fresh chicken but for the wait they offered me a cookie and a frosty, they talked with me while I was waiting and even brought my food out to my table when it was done. I love wendys its one of my favorite places to eat but last night was not good. First i did not get a reciept so when my drink tasted like diet coke and my kids didnt get their full kids meals i couldnt tell what i was rang up for. I sent my daughter in to change out my drink and to get the rest of their kids meals. They then informed her they were out of the toys which they could have mentioned when i ordered instead of just not giving me what i paid for. They did exchange my drink and did offer to give them frosties for their kids meals since they were out of toys which was no problem. The problems started after we ate and went home. We went to bed then all of us who had the burgers our stomachs hurt and were tore upm my daughter who had the chicken wrap was fine but me, my son, and my other daughter who all had burgers werent feeling well. My son threw up last night. I am having to pick him up from school now because he is still sick. Im not sure exactly what happened but it has to be from the burgers. I usually dont have any problems eating at the one in moody but this has definitely made me say no more wendy's. read more
