4 corners sandwich is so good!!!
    Kristie W.

Loved visiting this little local restaurant! Very nicely decorated and I love the scripture painted on the wall. The staff was so friendly and our take out service was fast. I had heard from others about how good the food was. It did not disappoint! They have a nice selection of yummy desserts too! It is important to support local businesses and this one is a must!! We will definitely be back and will tell others to make a visit!

Great Local Hidden Gem with a Nice atmosphere with touch of Nostalgia throughout the restaurant. Tried the pick two - Soup was Boiling hot and tasted delicious with just right size chunks of potatoes and pieces of bacon and just right amount of cheese on top. It was definitely homemade - as good as what my mother would make. The sandwich was also tasty - with fresh Boar's Head meats - Smoked turkey, smoked Black Forest ham, Swiss, cheddar, bacon, lettuce, tomato, tangy mustard, and Mayo on three slices whole wheat which was toasted to right level. While I was eating I noticed they had Broccoli Salad on menu so I decided to order a side and wasn't disappointed - broccoli, bacon, red onions, raisins, cranberries with vinegar and sugar and pecans mixed in - excellent tasting - best I have had anywhere in Alabama. Another positive is they carry Coke products that doesn't come out one of those terrible tasting (Cornucopia Flavor) touch screen machines.

The Three Earred Rabbit in Leeds, Alabama is a restaurant on the corner of Parkway and 8th Avenue in Leeds, Alabama. It is a relatively new restaurant; open since the beginning of '19. This restaurant is located 5 minutes, 2.4 miles from I-20. Walk in, find a table, user friendly menus are on each table in professionally done pamphlet form. Soon there's a very pleasant staff member at your table taking your drink order. The restaurant is on a corner with plenty of windows providing a nice view of this sleepy little town. Parking is easy and plentiful. I'm from Dothan, Alabama but I've been in the Leeds/Moody area for several weeks doing some work. From April 5 to April 28, 2019 I have gone to this restaurant for lunch 14 times! It is my favorite restaurant for lunch from Oahu to Seattle to St. John's, Newfoundland to New Orleans. I have ordered many things off the menu and tasted all their soup choices. The soup of the day is displayed on a sign as you walk through the front door. My favorite soup is the soup placed in front of me. They are all very tasty. I really enjoy their Chicken Salad and generally have a scoop on my bed of greens. If you want additional fruit or a different type than on the menu, the staff is happily ready to accommodate if the choice is available. The fruit has been fresh each and every time I have had it. I asked a waitress once before I ordered the strawberry salad if the strawberries were fresh. She said, "Oh yes, or we wouldn't serve them". I believe her. Instead of chicken salad, chicken strips are available. The deserts: Pastries are mouth wateringly displayed beautifully in their desert display. I really enjoy a great cupcake. Their cupcakes are wonderful, deliciously comparing well to a nationally famous cupcake store in Birmingham, Alabama. My favorite desert, however, are their Cannoli's. I grew up in Mondello, Sicily. I have tried Cannoli's wherever they are offered...that includes restaurants in Little Italy in New York. The ones at The Three Earred are, to me, the best I have ever had. My partner's favorite desert is the Marshmallow Brownie. Susan loves it. Metal utensils and napkins are bought to you. Drinks are brought to you and refilled in a timely manner. When you are done with your meal, leave the table as is, no need to bus the plates etc., in fact there are no purpose trash cans suggesting that you do. This I not a fast food restaurant although food is brought to you quickly. It is a very nice casual eatery serving nicely prepared and very tasty food with a smile. Bottled Water: Is not available WiFi: Is available, ask the staff for the password Samsung Pay is readily accepted along with most credit cards.

Special of the day: strawberry pimento cheese sandwich with broccoli salad

Everything we got here was amazing! We tried the California club and chicken Alfredo melt along with their special of the day, the strawberry pimento cheese sandwich! They were all so filling and delicious!

It's a very nice diner-like restaurant. They have all that you would expect, and I still recommend it, but it's a little overpriced.

I notice they were posting that they were going to be open on certain days for breakfast and decided to stop by on my way to work. So being that is winter season she had some warm tamales, burritos, variety of fresh bread, cake slices, cupcakes and champurrado- It is a traditional Mexican chocolate drink that is thickened with pinole (ground maize flour), Cinnamon, whole clove, and star anise (keep in mind that there are a variety of versions). On my stop I bought some tamales and champurrado. I really enjoyed the champurrado, it was just perfect not to sweet and not to bland and enough consistency on the thick side. As for the tamales, I order their chicken with red salsa, cheese with jalapeno salsa and chicken with Mole (traditional Mexican thick sauce). I have to say that I have had better, but I have to keep in mind that there are a variety of tamales and all are done differently. So to me they were decent and it will all depend on each person palette if they like. I was disappointed in not getting some of their fresh bread but did not want it sitting at my desk all day, but will update the review once I try it and their cakes (which I already placed an order and will post pictures). There menu may change either by season or new added bread, pastries or delicious sweets, so keep that in mind and would suggest to go in and look. P.S...They also have homemade ice cream, but because of the cold weather, I did not even bother getting tempted.

As we walked through the farmers market looking at all the cool things we came across Velvet Kake LLC. It's a black owned business but that's not why we were drawn to it. I mean look at all the delicious baked good treats she had nearly everything you could think of and I was so surprised Auntie (not my real Auntie) said all these items were baked that morning. Yall we didn't get there till a little after 8am. Think about that for a second. Impressive right?! Anyways this post is getting long so real quick this is what I personally bought. Peanut Butter Cake: yall this was so freaking good it was hands down probably one of the softest moistest piece of cake I have ever had and I give it a good 9.8/10 I also got the chocolate chip cookies. For the size of these things they were good and soft. Not much to say. I love a good cookie and it was made exactly how I like them and for that 9.5/10. I plan to go back and purchase more goods that's for sure. Please if you can go support this lady and her business however you can. You can find Velvet Kake LLC on Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok, YouTube, and X (Twitter). They have a website link but the website no longer works. But I believe there may be an email somewhere. It has quickly become one my favorites for fresh baked pastries! My choices are any of the cream cheese tarts, the blueberry tart is likely the best I've ever had, the sticky buns, croissants and the cinnamon rolls. These are more along the lines of French-style pastries, so don't expect to be overwhelmed with sweetness, just buttery flaky goodness. They are both visually appealing and simply delicious! They seem to bake in smaller batches so everything is super fresh! The owner/baker is nice and you can often see him working in the back and he might even pop up to say HELLO!
