This is really the worst wendy's ever. I don't even know where to start, with waiting in line for almost 15 or more minutes to finally getting my food and the chicken tenders being dry and over cooked and fries looking like it just came out of the microwave. The food really seems like it's just been sitting out for hours then re-heated in the microwave, it's actually gross the way the food looks, also everytime i've been there my soda came out flat. this has happened more than once which is why i've decided to leave this review. This wendy's needs help because this is truly dissatisfying for the wendy's brand. read more

I've been sitting in the drive-thru lane for 25 minutes waiting for a simple order. As a former fast-food manager myself, I completely understand that things can get busy or go wrong in the kitchen, but 25 minutes with almost no movement in the line is inexcusable for any quick-service restaurant. If the kitchen is this far behind, either staffing is critically short, equipment is down, or basic processes have completely broken down. There's simply no justification for making customers wait this long. I sincerely hope the delay is because the crew is taking the time to deep-clean or fix something--because the only other explanation is that the kitchen is an absolute disaster right now. Whoever owns or manages this location needs to get in here immediately. This isn't just bad service; it's embarrassing for the Wendy's brand. If you can't operate at even a basic fast-food speed, you should close the doors until you can. Extremely disappointed. read more

Every time we go here there always seems to be an issue. My husband just came home from there and was happy that he was able to get me the grilled chicken wrap. I open the bag and no wrap. His fries are overly salted and they ran out of change. You can't use your credit card, so cash is your only option. Never again! read more

Pulled up to the drive thru at 10:15 and was told that they were not taking any more orders until lunch at 10:30. Then when I drove around, there was a car at the window I guess that was the last order before lunch. read more

When my boyfriend and I were greeted with a smile, I was genuinely surprised because it's hard to find good customer service in fast food anymore. We went inside because the drive thru line was wrapped around the building. With that in mind, the food was delivered pretty quickly. Both of our orders were actually correct! And the fries, fresh. I lost my free frosty coupon but my boyfriend had his so they instead of giving us just the one frosty made sure we both got one. We dined outside, but the indoor dining looked decently cleaned. Outdoors was just as nice. Just a little windy but they can't control the weather Jackie. Anyway, Im definitely going to be finding myself coming here more often now. read more

If I could give zero stars I would. That's the second time going there and trying to go through the drive thru. Nobody came on the intercom and asked us to wait or recognized we were there. Cars behind us left. We waited 10 minutes and ended up leaving. Meanwhile and employee is standing outside doing nothing. That place is the worst. read more

This has to be the worst managed Wendy's in North America. They only offer a drive through option, and good luck if it is close to a meal time. Once you pull up to order, there will be a wait. Then after you order, another wait. I ordered 10 piece nuggets, spicy and Grilled Chicken Sandwich. There was no hot honey mustard sauce. Got my food at window, then drove home. There was no Grilled Chicken Sandwich in the bag, ( which I paid for) and no other sauce. Never going back to this store. read more

this Wendy's truly has their act together. from management to staff they are all very personable. I stop there every morning and get my sweet tea no ice. they are not perfect by any means but they still show their smiling faces every day. I thought maybe it was just the opening crew that was great at their jobs but it appears that the late evening (about 9 pm) crew are just as good as my husband and I went there for dinner tonight. we were greeted with smiles and my order was correct!! I believe in giving credit where credit is due so kudos to the management and staff at this Wendy's! you are by far the best fast food restaurant I've been to in wilmington, Kansas City Missouri or even Chicago areas! keep up the great work!! :) read more

This Wendy's has been so bad from the time it opened. The new manager is trying to fix things, but the issues are clearly systemic with the franchise ownership. Not going to rehash what all the other reviews have said, but it's all true. The last two times I tried to get food here, I waited (a long time) to get up to the drive through speaker and was told they weren't accepting debit/credit cards. So it's a cash-only fast food place. Hopefully the franchise owner will sell it, there's no chance this place is making any money. read more

Impressively poor service. The dining room is open at random times (if you are lucky) and there is never any communication as to what is open or closed. The best part is that you get to walk up to the door, try it, and their employees just sit at the tables inside looking at you like you are an idiot. A waste of a good franchise spot. read more

So the food is OK when they get it right. But they never get it right. It's always something wrong with whatever you order even if you order just straight off the menu with no adjustment. They are always out of something. Sometimes it's out of ice, sometimes it's no chili until 4 or 5 o'clock in the afternoon, sometimes it's out of frosty mix or I'm out of lemonade mix or I have no sodas. It's a bit ridiculous to be truthful. The people are not friendly. They do not say hello Hi or how are you. It's mostly just here's your food give me your money. This Wendy's has been open for 4 months or more. Very slow service. I was served cold fries and totally not close to the sandwich I ordered. The dining room was still closed and the drive through was so long I could not return the food. Won't go back anytime soon. They can't seem to get their act together. Tried mobile order to see if this was any quicker. The app says to go in to pick it up but the doors were locked so I had to wait in the drive through line after it said it was ready. Then when I finally made it to the pick up window they told me to pull forward and I waited for an additional 10 minutes. first time here - hadn't been to a Wendy's since the kids were younger. but they sent out a bunch of coupons, I was in a hurry, etc. got the breakfast biscuit, and it is undoubtably the worst biscuit I've ever had --terribly greasy (and I mean grease dripping onto the wrapper as I attempted to eat it). bad flavor, burnt sausage patty, and an overall horrific experience for a sandwich that arguably cannot be screwed up that much -- but they managed to do it. so, the Wendy's visit was telling, and I am glad I hadn't been there in awhile. and I will never go back. read more

The staff at this Wendy's is lethargic and distracted. There is zero concern for the customer experience. You have to ask twice for everything ( straws, condiments etc.) There's always a help wanted sign in the window. Maybe that's why the lobby is always closed. This is about the worst Wendy's I have ever seen. Prepare to wait for eternity in the Drive Thru. I have tried a couple of times to give them a break. Each time is new level of disappointment. Either the drive thru doesn't move and we do not know the reason. Or you get through the drive thru only to be told their ice machine is broken and the drinks reflect that condition. My wife and I were there last evening in the drive-thru at 8:55 PM and we did not leave with our meal until exactly 9:20 PM! There's no way that it should take 25 minutes to go through drive-through! Granted, the employees were friendly, but I think it's absolutely ridiculous to wait that long. There were a number of cars that became more impatient than we us, and left!
