I was headed to the hotel from the airport, starving. So I pulled into this Wendy's. I'm not a fan of the corporation, but I have to say, the girl that helped me was amazing. She was so kind, making it feel like a very friendly place. She listened and got my order right. I ask for all my drinks to be with no ice. A good 80% of the time I get a drink order with ice still in it. Not here. My burger, no mayo please, she did it. My bag wasn't stuffed with napkins, and there were napkins placed in the bag. The manager Dora was so absolutely awful. she was the nastiest person I've ever met and had to deal with. I'm a not confrontational person and my nuggets were cold and soggy so I went in and nicely asked for some new nuggets and she looks at me and says "well we just made a new batch so there going to be the same!" pretty loud too. she walks over and grabs one singular nugget and asked me if that was okay. I went to my pregnant girlfriend in the car and she said they were okay I went in without the nuggets and she asked with a nasty attitude and look on her face if I wanted them to make a new batch. I said it was fine the same batch is okay and she yelled that she needed the other nuggets Back. so I grabbed them walked inside handed them to her she snatched them out of my hand and handed me the new ones. then my girlfriend wanted some fries so I ordered fries and a chocolate frosty. I was waiting for it and another lady asked if I needed my nuggets still. the manager walked over and yelled if I had gotten my nuggets and I told her yes that I just ordered a frosty and fries and she couldn't hear me so she told her coworker to "deal with me cause she couldn't hear me" and like waved me off. she was also just being nasty to her coworkers or employees. Wow... One can order two things here and they'll get at least one of them wrong. I pulled in the other day and ordered burgers for my wife and I, deluxe cheeseburgers to be precise. I asked them to keep onions OFF all of them. They had me pull to the side and brought me out bacon cheeseburgers. They apologized though they insisted I had ordered them (why would I ask for no onions on a burger that had none to begin with) and brought out the correct ones... with onions on them. I can always get a good hot burger at Wendy's. This location is always clean, they seem to have enough people working so they actually can take your order at the counter and they have the nicest man name Chad walking around cleaning tables. Chad likes to introduce himself to all the people in the restaurant, which I think is so awesome. Every time I'm there he is sweet and helpful, I hope everyone feels this way. This location is poorly run. They up charge you constantly without telling you and the fries are almost always cold, even in the middle of dinner times. Just today, they charged for a triple burger when I specifically ordered a single. They didn't put bacon on it as it comes with. I have come here a few times because I work nearby. I'd had never been a good experience. Today everyone was super rude, they doubled my order. I paid with a credit card but they gave me cash back for the extra order rather than putting it back on my card, and did not refund the amount for tax, but at that point I was already too frustrated to care. So in the area for dinner wanted a burger was at Freddys and had a terrible experience but knew the Wendys was always a good spot, and should of ended up just sticking to my gut instinct absolutely fantastic, great customer service, was fast and hot not to mention delicious. SERVICE IS THE WORST!!! Avoid this Wendy's at all cost. Dirty, poor service and staff has no clue what is going on, including manager.

First I will say Wendy's has the best Chili within a 30 min bike ride from my house. The problem I have with this location is they have the dining room closed so it is only drive up window service. I was on my bike so I patiently waited behind another car in the drive up line. When I got to the window the employee said he could not serve me on my bike. Cars only was what he was told by his boss. I wish his boss would be more interested in the health of his employees who are all breathing car exhaust with the drive-up window open for their whole work shift and also how bad that is for the health of everyone in and around his store. While waiting in line at the drive through I saw 2 other families walk up to the "dining in" door and then drive away. Maybe closing the dining room and keeping the drive through open makes sense to some computer cost/profit program, but it is bad for your employees and bad for the environment. In the summer time many people are looking for an opportunity to get out of their hot cars and stretch their legs. Please open the dining room so I can get some of your great chili. read more

This Wendy's is absolutely great and absolutely on top of their stuff. Because the surrounding fast foods close at midnight and Wendy's stays open until 1, it gets busy in that hour. That is why they are in place, for the consumer to feel safe that the establishment is clean and the employees follow the rules. Do you think that i appreciate seeing the young male employee putting food in his mouth standing near the fries as i walk in? He then put his food down on the metal counter, where the fries are all sitting, and approaches me still chewing. Do you really think that made me feel happy and wanting to eat there? There is a time and place for your breaks to consume food. On duty, and eating while standing near customer food is not one of them. I dont care if you have no customers and are bored, there are rules for reasons. Chewing as you approach me is not one of them either. You are young and i'm sure your attitude of I don't care is obvious. But it just is poor customer service and i am going to guess, the Health department will agree, this will not make them happy to hear this either. The friendliest, most timely, and professional Wendy's I've been to in the area. They were keen listeners and understood what two large plain chili's meant and one small loaded chili. They vandalize patrons cars regarding parking, when there are no private parking signs posted as well as they do this to paying customers.
