Easily the worst Culver's I've ever been to. I've been here a bunch of times because we are from Wisconsin and our kids love it. A lot of times the food isn't that good from this location, and tonight was the worst experience I've ever had at this Culver's. They were very busy so it took our food a really long time to come out. That's understandable, but I ordered my burger with just onions, but it came with pickles. No big deal. I take it up to the counter and the manager says they'll remake it and she will bring it out to me. I waited another 15 minutes and still no burger so I went back up with my son to inquire and the front asked the kitchen and then did not get back to me to tell me what the plan was or what was happening so after awkwardly standing there for 3 more minutes I tried to tell them I was going to sit back down so my son could finish eating. No one replied to me. I really seem to notice so we went and sat back down. About another five minutes later my burger finally came out and the manager basically said that she thought it had come out, but it didn't and that that one was made fresh for me and sorry about that. It took about 2 hours for our whole dining experience which is just nuts for Culver's. No real apology or offer to comp our meal or give us a coupon. Really disappointed and also just annoyed because our whole evening was pretty much used up. read more

Food was surprisingly tasty!! But restaurant air conditioning was freezing cold which made me super uncomfortable the whole time I was there Spicy mcchicken had a lot of flavor. Crunchy, spicy, tasty Double butter burger was just OK. At first we thought they forgot the lettuce tomatoes and other toppings but turns out they gave a tiny piece of each that was completely squished under the patties. Very bad service. We had to get our own menus and napkins before we were noticed by the so called waitress. After 45 minutes of waiting for our food we decided to cancel our order the waitress acted as if she hadn't submitted it to the kitchen yet and had out tab ready to be paid. The chicken sandwich came without mayo or being asked if we needed any sauces. And just as I saw in another review, the cheese on the burger comes unmelted. Clearly doesn't seem fresh. After I went through the drive thu, at Culver's, I found when I got home, that they did not give me the fries I paid for.When I went back 2 days later, the manager ,David , said I didn't call the same day, so too bad. When I said that I didn't know that, he started screaming in my face, he said to get out or he would have me thrown out. I am 84 and it was embarrassing and tromatizing, the place was full of people including my wife. I guess the operater ,Tracy thought his actions were o.k. because she was there and said nothing. Maybe they should make a big sign that says, IF WE SCREW UP, AND YOU COMPLAIN, we will throw you out in the street, but have a nice day! We will never go back, their food sucks anyway! read more

The food was first of all amazing along with the service. Everyone was so kind and welcoming but I especially want to call out Tyrone! He made sure to create a connection with me and the people I was with! When we were leaving he gave us all a free custard card for whenever we come back! I got the fish and chips dinner, 3 pieces of fish, crinkle cut fries, a roll and the best coleslaw in town. I like sweet coleslaw, if you like KFC coleslaw you will like this. Fast food, for sure. But you line up a MdDonalds 1/4 pounder against a Culver's butter burger and it's no contest; the butter burger is, hands down, one of the best fast food burgers out there. Stopped into the drive through for a late night meal. I typically like their butter burgers, so I ordered a single cheeseburger with extra pickles. Also asked for catsup and salt for my onion rings. What I got was no condiments, a dry burger with 2 pickles, and hot delicious onion rings. I swung back around to the drive through to get the burger redone and pick up condiments. I got trapped! Apparently they had screwed up the order for the car ahead of me and they didn't ask him to move from the serving window to wait while his order was fixed. There was no way for me (or anyone else) to move out of the drive-up and we all just sat for 20 minutes while the crew remade the guy's order. By this time, all my food was cold and I trashed it. I discovered Culver's fine burgers in 2017 during a busy, hectic work week and wanted something new for lunch! I'm a huge sucker for their cheesy sauce but they charge .75 cents per container, which I get that; house made. I think it's over the top to upsell all the toppings and my $5.00 burger suddenly turned into a $15.00 meal! I wanted my basic tomatoes, onions, lettuces and also ketchup? They charged ridiculously much for added cheese and the only thing it included was bacon. (What's a burger with no veggie toppings and ONLY BACON) I came during the last 10 minutes of closing and it was fairly quick and I applaud the swift and straightforward customer service interaction. I ate my burger and drank my drank in a parking lot and watched some quick special on Netflix; overall a much needed burger after a long day crafting with the ladies in church!! Today is the last time I do business with Culver's. Tammy, the manager at the S. Broadway location in Littleton insisted we were told there was no ice for our drinks when ordered at the drive thru. She didn't take our order and we weren't told by the person taking our order or we wouldn't have ordered drinks. We were handed warm, flat sodas with no ice and didn't discover it until we'd left on the road. When we returned to ask for fresh sodas with ice, Tammy lashed out at us and kept repeating emphatically you were told beforehand that we were out of ice!! I said we weren't told. She insisted yes you were! Back and forth. No apologies, no offer of anything. When I attempted to hand the drinks back to her to dispose of them, she refused to let me return the drinks and unfortunately they fell to the pavement. The person taking the order also forgot to include condiments ordered. As I was driving away, Tammy said don't bother coming back!! I said don't worry we won't!! She made an inappropriate age related joke as I drove off triggering the other employees to chuckle, belittling me. This shouldn't have happened and was foolishly handled. Went through drive thru, ordered my meal with no pickles, got home and there are pickles in my buger but they remembered to add the bacon and cheese sauce that I paid extra for... On top of that when I paid, the guy Kasey came out and said that he had to recharge my card because their system messed up. I have pleasantly dined on the Atlantic Cod here for several years, and decided to try curbside today. What a DISASTER!! Each piece of fish is mushy on one side & soaked in oil, and the broccoli portion is miserably small (I have pictures of these items) - I wouldn't feed this to my pets! When I called the store, I was told to wait while the phone was merely put down so I could hear all of the background noises, and I waited for 3 minutes. I asked to speak with a manager, and a quite young sounding girl named Mariah told me she is in charge - I explained what happened and she told me I needed to bring the food back to the stire. WHAT??? I did curbside for a reason! I asked when the manager will be in and was told a vague "sometime tomorow morning, just in the morning", and her name is Tammy. This trash heap of food is NOT WORTH THE $18 I PAID FOR IT! I was told I had to drive back to the store with my receipt and the food (I offered to take a picture of it in my trash can) if I want this made right. My solution is to dispute the charge on my card and NEVER go there again - and I will happily spread the word. Shame on you for touting Mdwestern values...poor customer service at best read more

Culvers is one of those formerly only out of state or way out of the way of Denver fast food joints that was a rare treat.  While it's not still completely readily available in the immediate Denver area, their footprint is getting closer.  During this time of year my wife really enjoys their Walleye sandwich.  I typically stick to their delicious cheeseburgers.  The meat they use is quality and has a pleasant grilled flavor, just the right thickness of patties.  On this visit, I got a Culvers bacon double burger with fries, and a peanut butter shake.  My wife got the Walleye sandwich and a blackberry butter cake shake.  The butter cake shake was delicious and could swing me from my usual peanut butter selection.  The service at the Littleton location is outstanding and truly makes you feel like you're enjoying your meal in a Culvers out Midwest. read more

Went at noon today for a single cheeseburger combo. Ads on TV looked enticing. Unfortunately, the burger was no where close to the one pictured in the ad. The burger was well put together. I am giving a 1 star rating because the patty was only 1/8" thick, (truthfully), AND the patty was so cold it did not melt the cheese, which by the way, was on the BOTTOM of the patty!! How does that happen?? I think management needs to visit Freddies and see how a fresh made cheeseburger DOES actually melt the cheese. This is my greatest pet peeve of burger spots. How long has that burger been sitting there before it was ordered? Anyway, I will continue to spend my money at Freddie's or even more at Shake Shack for the double Shack burger that never disappoints. Won't return to Culver's to give it a second try. You have to be always waiting in the drive-though half-hour even though there is no car in front of you. In this half hour, you will see a lot of people coming late but getting food before you. Either this store's management has big problem, or this store means to let drive through line waiting longer time. I have been to other Culver's but this store has the worst service and experience.
