I am a fan of Wendy's. When it is time for something fast and easy, and I don't have time for a proper meal, Wendy's is one of the first options that comes to mind. But this location........... I've only seen it operate well at off-peak times. If you go during a normal lunch or dinner span, it's like half the team left for the day. Even drive through operates at half pace of anyone else. I don't like to leave negative reviews... I will say that I worked here a million years ago back in the eighties.. The place looks much better now.And when I came in the past few times very clean. The problem I have is that when you do order through drive through? They don't understand what you're saying, and it's not because i'm not speaking clearly, it's because they're not understanding english. I had to ask for something with no bun. Due to somebody in my family having celiac disease and when I pulled up to the window, they said, did you say no butter? I said, what do you mean no butter? I said I want the burger without the bun.. No bread. Then they gave me my order. And they gave my driver his order, but they got it wrong with him too. It's nice people, it's just, they don't understand English. Some of them just don't. And this is not an insult on that per se, because I am also the daughter of immigrants. But my folks learned the language in order to survive. The food is good. The place is clean. They just need to train their people to speak and I understand the english language. I know the lowell is predominantly Hispanic Dominican? Guatemalan, whatever you want to say, but they're nice people.They just don't speak the language. I experienced the same thing at McDonald's and Dunkin Donuts. When I go to pickup orders for other people. I hope this doesn't seem like a very rude opposed, but you just gotta understand food.Allergies are serious celiac.Diseases is an autoimmune disease... I come here a lot, because its close to my house when I got out from work late night. One night, I got out from work and decided to drop by. I ordered 2 Large fries, and a chicken sandwich. I got my order and left. When I got home, I open my food, and I only saw one small fry and a chicken sandwich with only one bun. I played $30.oo and they got my order wrong. Very disappointed with this Wendy's on rogers st. I placed an order online for mobile pick up it was supposed to be ready in 8 minutes. When I got there I tried to check in online so they knew I was there to pick up my order but for some reason it would not work!So I try to go in and all doors are locked! A customer came out and let me in. I tell the guy at the counter my situation and gets upset and says go through the drive thru the dining room is closed. I said no! He got more upset and said fine I'll take care of it now. I'm 5 minutes away from the place and when I got home and started to eat the fries we're stale and burgers were cold! You can not find a cleaner Wendy's. And they were very accommodating. Bathrooms were excellent.

Where's the girl with the red hair? Oh yeah Wendy's! Where to begin? I normally get a Jr. Bacon cheese burger or one of the combos. But my ultimate favorite is the Chili! I have a pretty good result when stopping by this Wendy's and that's a good thing when talking about fast food. As for why the 3 star rating. I'm a frosty guy and I love my frosty's especially late at night. My biggest problem with this location is that you cannot get a late night frosty and that just seems unfair to this frosty fan. The staff is usually quiet but get your order right so I'm more than happy to bypass personality to eat the correct order all in all I would give this place a chance if you're looking for fast food they do a nice job and the food is usually warm and tasty. read more
