Absolutely love Chick-Fil-A! Their standards are impressive, really an example of business model. Every one I go the staff is nice and fast and this particular one is no different. The lobby is always clean and well decorated. I would like to point out though one particular thing I haven't seen before, there's a basket in the corner where people are asked to put their unused sauces back, which I thought it was really clever... The drive thru line is very efficient at this Chick-fil-A and others in the area. Maybe a bit too quick as the last two times to this location has yielded the wrong food. Chicken strips has been chicken nuggets the last two times here. It might not seem like a big deal but strips are (1) more expensive and (2) harder to eat in the car with dipping into sauce. During the current times it is hard to fix a mistake because you can't walk inside to right a wrong. So I reached out to the company from the mobile app And have yet to get a reply. read more

I visited this location on Jan 4th with a group of over 10 people around closing time and the manager that night was amazing. We ordered our food and waited while chatting and we were not kicked out even when the store closed. Although it was close to closing, the manager brought fries and gave it to us for FREE while regularly checking up on us. Then he also gave us cards for a free meal for the next time we visit. I gave this place two tries to be fair and it failed both times. The waffle fries were soggy and lukewarm.....they were like little fat sponges. The chicken sandwich, though hot, seemed undercooked. Undercooked chicken is not safe to eat...I had two mouthfuls and threw it away along with the waffle fries. Second trip, same story. The prices are ridiculous, too. Made the trek for some Chick-fil-a. Drove an hour plus, and was happy with the food. Tastes just like it should. The service at this location was the worst service I've ever encountered at any Chick-fil-a. Two sandwiches, nuggets, strips, fries and weren't worth a single ketchup or more than one bbq sauce. Also, was denied a refill. Bummer. Typical service from any place with millennial work force. More typical for what I expect in Mass. It's good, just don't expect the service you'd get a little further south. read more

Nice new spot to Southern Baptist it with the kids. As it their usual, this CFA delivers with service with a smile and a nice clean dining experience. Went here with a friend when we needed to meet up someplace central that had something for her little kid to do and this fit the bill. The play place is meticulously clean, nobody got any plagues after letting the kids play on it last week, and in the morning even during school vacation it wasn't so crowded, so maybe it's yet to be discovered by the local mom crowd. We've gone to the Nashua location which is also nice and clean but was a literal zoo of children running around. Everything here was nicely stocked as far as the condiments bar and it's a pretty spacious dining room. No complaints. A+ fast food. read more

The food is delicious and so is the service. If you want to get something I recommend the spicy chicken deluxe sandwich it is so good. Their sauce is a whole new level of good as well so if you are going to get anything from chicken nuggets to fries you need to have their sauce. FINALLY!! My family loves Chick Fil A and are so happy to have one close by. The best thing is that it's a stand alone store, not one in a mall. The staff is so helpful and friendly and the facility is clean and cozy. I was able to bring the kids to play in the awesome play area while I ordered my food from my phone and just grabbed it when the kids were ready. I downloaded the app because we will be here often. :) This is one of the only fast food places that brings food to your table, checks on you and even brings a printout of ingredients if you need. read more

Even when there aren't a lot of people in the drive-thru lane it can take a long time for orders to come out.
