I don't go to Wendy's a ton but whenever I'm with some friends and we all are in the mood to go, we've never had any problems with this one at all. The service is extremely fast for us, the food's pretty great with a vast drink selection and it's very clean when you walk in. The Dave's Double Meal has always left me full and satisfied no questions asked. Only complaint is that the people actually taking the order always seem to have a little bit of an attitude if you ask them about anything besides saying what you want. But besides that tho, this Wendy's is a pretty great place to eat! read more

I like to play a little game when I go through the drive-thru here. I order my food in a cheerful tone, I am sure to say please and thank you with said order, and when I proceed to the pick-up window I try really hard to make eye contact and say thank you and have a nice day. I keep losing, because I haven't been able to make eye contact once! No but seriously, the guy who works the pick-up window tends to shove the food through the window while looking away and continuing with the next order - never acknowledging the human in front of him. It's a shame really. Also inside they do a terrible job keeping on top of wiping down the tables and such, so often you're unable to sit and eat. They likely spent a lot of money on that renovation a couple years back, but I doubt they've seen a return on it! read more

Hey, I realize this is not a five-star restaurant or anything but on the rudeness scale, this Wendy's surely breaks the ticker on the scale. I needed a quick bite so I swung through the drive through. As I paid, the man at window # 1 dropped my change outside the window and proceeded to say "it's only five cents." What?! Second window I was not greeted with a hello or even a smile. I am disgusted by the lack of customer service here. When going through the drive thru always stop and check what is in your bag! Countless times they have gotten my order wrong and when you go inside to let them know, the kids working there are rude and snotty. They are a bit too ghetto there for me. My wife and I stopped in here for a quick bite to eat tonight. First let me start off with the positive. The line went quick and they got our order right. That is about where all the positives ended. The staff was not really that personable and were quick to hand me our drink and food while in mid conversation with one another. They didn't acknowledge us at all. While normally this wouldn't bother me that much, it did here. When I go into a store and spend money is it too much to ask for a simple greeting and acknowledgment? As for the food, our fries were severely under cooked and just north of raw. The chicken sandwich was a little dry for my taste as well. Definitely suggest trying out a different location. read more

They make you wait 15 minutes for no reason, they have workers around the front and do not acknowledge you. The bathrooms are horrid and this place does not even have the cheese melted or bacon good and one whole piece of lettuce. do not recommend this location. read more

Super friendly employees and overall very well made food. This establishment is very clean both inside And out, the manager is very nice, I am a regular there at least 4x a week. Filthy place. Came here for lunch Sat. April 14th at 2pm with kids. The toilet was clogged, tables covered in the last customer's crumbs, dead flies on the floor, and cushions had stab marks in it. I'll go to East Rockaway Wendy's next time. read more

I went to drive through today and received the wrong stuff but I didn't realize it until I got home so I had to go back when I got there I went inside and it took 15 minutes for someone to take and order from the people that were in front of me while people kept on walking by the register and no one to take an order witch is really terrible customer service on top of that the people by the grill were cursing like a bunch of animals for that service that I got today you don't even deserve 1 star read more

I love the food (for fast food) there but this is consistently the worst drive thru staff ever. Out of every three orders, you can count on one being screwed up. The fact that it is NEVER screwed up in your favor almost makes me believe it has to be deliberate to save money. They've pushed me to send complaints to the parent company's website three times. I had complained about the dine in so i decided to try drive thru instead and with my kids we are always coming here. During the week after work we decided to go and the cook was being extremely rude as I was asking for extra sauce. He came out from cooking the food to whisper if i was serious. Only giving this a 4 star because i went by on a Saturday and it was a different cook he was extremely friendly having a laugh and made sure everything was ok for me. Please do not eat here. Beware. They need to close. Went there on Saturday 3/21/2020 at about 8:45 pm. I was in drive-thru. As I waiting to move up in line. I saw through the window one of the workers was holding French Fries in her hand and was leaning on something. As she was leaning she was holding the fries without any gloves and they were a few inches away from her face. She was practically breathing on them. Disgusting. After seeing that, I asked for my money back. In the age of coronavirus why on earth would the workers not be wearing gloves. When I spoke to the person in charge, she had an attitude and acted as if I was wrong for asking for my money back. It was nothing but a bunch of teenagers and 20 something year olds working there. This place needs better management, supervision of their employees and better food handling practices. I don't know what has happened to this location. The fries are always brown and taste as if they are cooked in old cooking oil. I'm done with this location. The food sucks anyway. read more

I've never in my life seen more incompetent and stoned workers(just one stoned) than I did in the Wendy's in lynbrook for the dinner shift on a Saturday night. The manager should be humiliated. I waited on line for 40 minutes and the worker barely took 5 orders. One young girl had no clue what she was doing and was horrible, another came in stoned out of his mind and couldn't even open his eyes and just laughed. The incompetency was insane read more

Just went thru the drive thru and again, they got the order wrong with 3 home style chicken sandwiches. Unfortunately it wasn't discovered till I got home and there is a Nor'easter going on. Literally every time I come here I ask myself why do I continue to waste money at this establishment when there is a perfectly great Taco Bell across the street! First off, I'm the nicest person ever when it comes to dealing with people who work in customer service because I work in customer service and I now the trials and tribulations we face. However , it wouldn't matter if you offered these people $100 each to be courteous I think it might literally kill them. First off, The salad that I purchased was placed in the bag side ways although it was in a perfectly fine bag that the lady at the window could have just handed to me. I spent $50 here this evening just to come home and find out that several items were missing, the chocolate frostys were foamy and gross to look at. i wish i could give ZERO star but wont let me,first of all i just want to say i like wendys food taste better than mcdonalds i always go to this location. i always order the same thing sometimes i may change anyways i went there today ordered my usual jr bacon cheeseburger , nuggets and a drink . jr bacon is 1.79 this employee decided to charge me for baconator for 5.99 twice so when my bill came up to 16 dollars and change i said no that's not what i ordered the cashier said what you want me to do get the manager i said yes. the manager came to window with a attitude didn't look at me at all punching on the computer screen all angry stating that's what you ordered with a nasty attitude i said no that's not what i ordered she repeated the order she have on the screen and said that is exactly what you ordered. i repeated MY ORDER and then she said all fast well i don't have that so you get baconator so i'm like i don't work there with you to know you don't have something if you don't have an item you tell the customer and let them chose what they want . You don't put whatever and expect them to pay that's crazy . this is not the first time its happen i went to a location in westbury and they tried to do the same thing to me i made a complaint and manager never called me back i called today about this location and they said they will email the bigger bosses directly i will continue to follow up i want this employee fired you cannot come to the window with a attitude and try to over charge customers i reported them to the better business bureau i am waiting for them to investigate this business i did some digging these same locations is own by the same people so now i see why this keep happening . they don't even follow up with complains i guess customers are not their priority. read more

I live real close to Wendy's. I like their many soda selections. I like their value meal prices. I like their chili I like their fast window service but I think I'm done going to the nearby ynbrook Wendy's. Let me tell you why...... filthy disgusting restaurant. ! They are simply tooooo busy to clean and the board of health should pay them a visit soon, I mean today. Windows,counter, tables and floor are gross......sticky,greasy,finger prints on ordering counter,windows haven't been clean since who knows when. the metal poles were disgusting. If you don't mind sticky floors, filthy sit down tables and who knows what the bathrooms look like nor the kitchen food prep areas then, this is the place for you. Perhaps you may enjoy taking your first date here or treat your visiting family to a gourmet burger and no taste fries dinner, but don't touch anything. Place needs a store shutdown and major c l e a n ,clean, cleannnnn. Like I said they are too busy to take the time and wipe down the tables and mop the floors and clean the windows and clean the bathrooms and clean the food prep area and clean what the customers touch like door handles soda machine buttons, etc. Go there see for yourselves .
