My friend and I had a hankering for some Wendy's. We came by here around 8 pm on a Friday and found there to not be a single car in the drive-thru. We were in and out in 5 minutes top. I got a jr bacon 4 for 4 and my friend got their double stacked 4 for 4 both with coco colas as drinks. I also got a side of chili and tried to ask for some sweet chili sauces in which they have hot chili oil. I couldn't remember they call it sweet and sour sauce instead so that was a fault of my own. By the time we got home, because we had to stop by somewhere first, the food had significantly cooled down and shorten the timeframe of it being edible. Even though we finished most of the meal, it certainly would have tasted better fresh from their fryers. read more

Terrible service, the drive thru employees a bunch of punks. Couldn't wait to eat.. I was literally starving.. I pulled into the drive thru and the first thing that caught my eye was something called a double stack.. Yup you know I ordered a double stack and a small fry with a small iced tea and ended up with free nuggets. Yes you heard me.. Free nuggets, granted it was only 4 nuggets but apparently they have something called a 4 for 4??? so you get a doublestack, small fry, 4 nuggets and a drink for $4. Very nice buy.. Went to drive thru received an attitude at 7:50pm 2/20/22, Asked for an extra patty on my GRILLED CHICKEN HOT N ' HONEY sandwich and lazy bum said they didn't do that even though I ask for it all the time at other wendys stores or even at different time frames! I had the same dude taking my order through the drive thru on three separate occasions; he seriously needs to provide better customer service because he sounds lazy with a bad attitude. "If you don't like your job, why bother staying." It's just a bad representation of Wendy's. I even got cold fries with cheese not even melted. This place is hot garbage lol. There's nothing worse than trying to order at a fast food place and before you can even finish saying one word they're already yelling " ANYTHING ELSE"? Like I get it bro you hate your job no need to be rude and a jerk about it. Every time I come to this specific location there's a problem. Half the time I order when I come up to the window they ask what I ordered and ask me if I'm sure I ordered like come on are you guys serious? My girl refuses to go to this location because all the male workers just gawk at her that is just pathetic lololol. The strangest thing happened to me at this Wendy's, and now it's happened more than once. First, I pull up to the drive-through ordering area and place my order. Second, as I begin driving up toward the window, the window opens. Out comes a metal pail, lowered to the ground by an employee leaning out the drive-up window. Clang! the metal pail hits the pavement, is lifted back up and brought back inside. I arrive at the window, pay, and receive my food. So what the hell is up with that bucket? I tried asking once, but the window person didn't speak English well enough to give me a satisfactory answer. That's the main problem with this location - folks who don't speak the English too well. However, they probably get my order right as often as at any other location. Hey, it has Frosties, it's near work and often the only thing open when I get out. It's no In-N-Out, but I'm glad it's there. read more

If only I could give less than one star. Fast food place with drive-in through. The person on the speaker is talking so fast that I need him to repeat *4 times* what head asking. When I get to the window, my food is handed to me without even a look from the employee handing it. Then, the order for the new " 'S Awesome Bacon" burger that I ordered apparently comes without bacon! There was *nothing* good about this transaction. Never, ever coming back here. read more

A quick lunch stop for a cup of chili and small salad. The chili tasted OK but was so thin and watery I was in disbelief that it would be served. The salad was basically a bowl of lettuce with a package of croutons on the side. Not a good option. read more

I've decided to update my opinion of this place on 12/10/17. Terrible and degraded over the years. Most likely a management issue. I have the right to say this because I've ate here at this chain for well over 20 years, this location is by far the worst of all visited. Many times I have come onto this place to eat they have screwed up drive through orders. I think during the day, like around noon is the prime time to visit this location if you have to eat here, and is the only time I would recommend it. Their late night crew is where this location suffers the most , TERRIBLE POINT BLANK. Many times the food is cold or taste like it's been sitting out too long. Sometimes I will wait till I get home just to warm it up, just to be safe that I do not recieve food poisioning, which is rediculous. Lots of times they are out of condiments which is rediculous for a place of established bussiness. One time I pulled up to the drive through window and waited there 20 minutes until they took my order and it was never taken. Not sure if they were asleep or having sex in there. There was no one in line and it was about 2:50 am in the morning. NOTE: THEY ADVERTISE THEY CLOSE T 4AM definitely not the case. Another time I visited, I recieved my order and looked into my drink their was particles floating around in my beverage that is gross and unacceptable in my book. I have tried to contact them through corporate and through their social media about the issues here. They refuse or ignore my complaints all together. Outside/inside of the place is generally kept clean. AS EXPECTED. The staff has stable attitudes, that can always be better ... but does not bother me. The pricing of the food is high. Seems like it's doubled over recent years. Take for example if you order a premium sandwich alone that by it self is about $5.00 where in past days that was $3.50 which was resonable then and still is today. Especially for a fast food chain where their recieving high volumes of bussiness. You can walk out of there spending $15-20 dollars easily for a few items for yourself if your not careful. Otherwise unless eating here for nostalgic reasons only, like myself for the flavor, you really have no reason to eat here. You can get better quality food, freshly made, and HOTTER food AT THE SAME PRICE from anyone one of the OTHER, local ITALIAN/GREEK food spots in the area. A light-green plastic piece was in my salad. It blended with the color of the lettuce, so I didn't notice it and put it my mouth. I complained in writing to the corporate office and never received a response. Even the "healthy food" is tainted. read more
