The taste is very good, but I had to pay for 3 VERY thinly sliced pieces of provolone (you could see through them) on a wrap with 3 pieces of very thinly slices roast beef. I tasted good, bit it cost $14 for the medium size (they ask you to pay an extra 20% for the employees to do their jobs!). I would leave 0 stars if I could. The "Owner", or so he says he is, is extremely rude and condescending. Don't bother walking in to try and order food an hour before close because you will get treated with utter disdain. Ive had several poor experiences here, but today I walked in there and got nothing but rude attitude and treated with total disrespect. It would be one thing if they had real, great fresh food, but the food is mediocre at best. You're way better off going to any of the other 100's of sub shops in the area. For the second time In a row, our order (placed through Jersey Mike's app and delivered by DoorDash) was incomplete. So, after delivery fees and tips and paying for food we didn't get we basically paid over $40.00 for 2 small subs that we did get. Didn't have an opportunity to check because it was delivered contactless. Called the delivery driver but she couldn't understand English. Called the store and they said they couldn't refund an online order. She said we could drive to the store (5 miles away) at rush hour and she'd 'see what she could do'. DoorDash says the problem is with Jersey Mike's, JM says the problem is with the online app. The online app doesn't have a way to refund. Only says "Leave a comment". Well we did that and nothing. Numerous opportunities for this Jersey Mike's location to perform, and each of my last 4 visits have been more disappointing than the last. There will not be a visit number 5. They are constantly underestimating to go order timing (by 15-20 min!), in-person orders are written down and not made in front of you, and as a result, the sandwiches have always been made without care to the order specs (ie, wrong toppings, wrong cuts of meat, etc). I'm a huge Jersey Mike's fan, but I'm sad to say this location does not live up to the brand standard. read more

We have tried this place twice now. The first time we ordered the bacon ranch chicken cheese steak regular and a chipotle cheese steak regular. Both were great but smaller than expected since it was described to be enough for 2 people, in which it wasn't. The second time we ordered the same sandwiches but were disappointed when we saw the bacon ranch chicken cheese steak sub didn't have the lettuce and tomatoes it was supposed to have. I order from this restaurant a lot and 99% of the time the food is great. And that's the foolish you can send today was an exception and I'm not pleased. The issue today shows that they have very little training and very little common sense. I ordered a tuna salad sub. Normally when you order a tuna salad sub you get tuna mixed with some mayonnaise on a sub roll. For some reason they didn't do that today. Today, they gave me tuna mixed with some mayo and then slathered mayonnaise all over the sub roll and then put the tuna salad onto the mayonnaise laden sub roll. It was disgusting. The roll was cut in half and the turkey slices were razor thin but generous in amount. I added fixings and spicy mustard and was happy with the results. Just tried Jersey Mike's for the first time at lunch yesterday. The location is clean, service was very prompt and the servers are friendly. The regular size size Italian sub is $8.95, so it is more expensive than some other shops, but I think it is worth it. The sub tasted great. The meat and cheese are sliced to order. This chain is slightly more expensive than subway and tastes slightly more fresh. The biggest comparison is in the bread. While Subway has Italian herb bread, JMS has rosemary parmesan bread that is more fresh and flavorful. The cashiers at this location were charismatic, knowledgeable and overall gave me a pleasant experience. Okay, glad this is here. The good... They cut the meats to order, paper thin, which makes for an outstanding sandwich. Also, the role is exceptional. I tried JERSEY MIKES SUBS in Swampscott MA because I had a buy-one-get-one coupon. I ordered a #26 Chicken and Bacon sub for my wife and a #56 Big Kahuna Philly Steak and Cheese sub for moi. The staff was friendly and the place was clean. Service was fast and I was on my way in about ten minutes. My wife reported her sandwich was very tasty but "a little too salty". Mine was fine but I would expect no less from a restaurant that has its' origins in South Jersey. My comments are: 1: These sandwiches ae definitely not for anyone in a low sodium/low fat diet. 2: The way they name the sandwiches is very misleading for a first time customer; a "Regular" is in fact half a full sub roll and a "Giant" is the whole bun. Mine with tax would have been $19.00 but since I had a coupon it was only $$4.75 each which was reasonable. Summary: Pleasant clean atmosphere, friendly staff. The best freshest cold cut subs around. They cut the meat right in front of you, then add fresh vegetables of your choice. If you're just kind of hungry they have a mini sub. The large is very large. They also make hot subs which are ok, not great. read more
