This location usually provides me with a pleasurable visit. Employees are courteous and polite. The food has always been prepared fresh and hot. I have been here a few time in the middle of lunch and have received fast service inside. The line in the drive-thru can get pretty long. Nothing amazingly great about their menu, it's the same as all Wendy's locations. My favorite meal is a Jr. Bacon Cheeseburger, fries and a drink. On cold days, I like to chow down on their chili. I ordered and paid via Wendy's app. The app states to pull up to the drive-thru and provide my name but in the app it states Order Name: "my initials.mobile." I tell the drive-thru speaker that I have a mobile order and provide my first name. The employee states that he "we do not have your mobile order." I tell him my Order Name in the app and he states "Sir, we do not have a mobile order for you!" I try to confirm the Wendy's address with him of this location but he decides to go mute on me and leaves me sitting at the drive-thru. Finally he tells me "just pull around!" I am now frustrated by his perceived attitude and lack of professional communication. I then wait several minutes for the 2 cars in front of me and finally reach his window. I show the screen of my phone with my mobile order details. He states "I found your order as an inside order pickup." I tell him I did not select an inside pickup on the app and I showed him my phone again with instructions to pull up to the drive-thru. He continues to disagree with me. I told him that I was right twice and he was wrong twice. He tells me "I'm not trying to be right!" He does not look for a solution but instead wants to argue and have an attitude with a paying customer. His lack of professionalism and inability to make it right was astonishing. The female manager(?) in a different uniform came by the window and I asked her "why does he have an attitude." She shrugged her shoulders and said "I don't know, what's your order?" Again, no one wants to properly communicate or make the customer feel valued. I finally received my order after an extended wait without a thank you or any appreciation from the staff. Service is not Okay! Nor is it by any means professional! Multiple times have been there to simply get dinner after work. And have had childish attitudes thrown at me for simply asking for utensils. Something that is PART of their job. And tonight is the deal breaker. Been working a 12 hour shift since 1 pm . I get home order food and at 12:45 my door dasher is there waiting to pick up. Employee inside ignores my doordasher as if she was not there waiting. I decide to call the telephone once again before 1 am closing. Of course unprofessional as always . No answer after 4 calls. My doordasher said this happened to her the other day At this rate the place seems to be "getting by" due to people simply being hungry and wanting food . Not for good customer service or mannerism. Is there even management at that location?. Of all the Wendy's I've been to, this might be the worst. I've had my bad experiences with too many for me to ever eat at one again in the state of LA. This one by far the absolute worst. I've been here twice and both times the service was absolutely terrible. I have ordered very simple orders both times. Baconator plain just bacon meat and cheese. I could've killed a cow and pig faster and made my own faster than these people could realize they still haven't made mine. It took 15 minutes when the store was empty BOTH TIMES to get my food. And just to make matters even better as soon I get my food the order is wrong. First time was NO BACON on my baconator smothered in mayo and ketchup. Second time it was just smothered in ketchup. Next time you think "hey Wendy's sounds good", No it doesn't. You can start a family before you get your order that probably won't even be what you want. Almost forgot if you have any requests they make sure to not do it . I pull up 30 min before lunch starts and Im told "sorry we are starting lunch at this time" I said "thats fine but i just have to pick up an online order" and she says "we don't have breakfast." If I could give this Wendy's 0 stars I would. I have been to this Wendy's twice now. They in fact do not understand the term "fast food". The first time I went was on an hour lunch break. It took them literally 35 minutes from the time I ordered until the time I received my food. I am not counting the 10 minutes I waited to order. There were hardly any people in the restaurant or in the drive thru and it seemed the manager could've cared less. I admit, once I did receive my food it was fresh which was nice. This 2nd time is the last straw for me. I walked in and there were only 2 people waiting for food. I stood there for 20 minutes......literally 20 minutes!!! No acknowledgement whatsoever. Not even a "we'll be right with you" or a "hi, how are you". Literally nothing was said to me. Again, the manager standing up front gave the impression that she could care less. After 20 minutes I walked up to the counter and sarcastically thanked the guy behind the counter for acknowledging that I was there and left. His response "Yeah". Nothing else, just "yeah". If you have an hour for lunch I would highly advise you to keep driving past this Wendy's. If you're just looking for something to eat because you don't feel like cooking, which was my case in the 2nd trip, I would highly advise you to keep driving past this Wendy's. I have banned this Wendy's. Tonight was the third chance I have given them. I sat in the drive thru for 23 minutes before finally getting my food. I ordered a deluxe cheeseburger and a chicken sandwich. They do not toast their buns here which I hadn't really noticed until tonight. Both sandwiches where soggy, doughy messes. The burger was cold. I mean, you have a cold bun, cold lettuce, cold tomato and a cold slice of cheese thrown on. How could you possibly have a hot burger when the meat wasn't even hot? Just gross. Two stars because at one time, this Wendy's had such awesome customer service that we called into their corporate office to relay what a great job was consistently being done. Fast forward two(ish) years... Downward spiral. We have gone twice this weekend and a bad experience each time. Breakfast on Saturday: we usually get the honey butter chicken biscuits, and noticed the biscuits were dry and border line burned. To top that off there was a GIANT hair fried to one of the breakfast potato wedges. Of course you're thinking at this point, what kind of goofball goes back within a 48 hour time span of finding fried hair in their food. It's fast food, I try to be fair in the thought that three years into this Wendy's, it's the first time I've seen something nasty like that. Still very gross, but mistakes happen. So tonight, we made it a fast food night. Our order was fairly easy, one child chicken nugget meal, one ten piece nugget meal large, two four for fours. So if you do the math, that's a LOT of nuggets. So to give me order, I'm first cut off during the large ckn nugget order with "we're out of large". I was a bit confused and didn't understand so they specified and said they were out of large cups. This meal alone came up to $9.74 (it's under $6 on the menu usually). I questioned was it entered twice and they responded with "no, you wanted large didn't you?" (Even though they were "our of large"). We proceed on, to the remainder of our order and that goes decent looking past the rushed order. There was a little guidance needed since no one asked what drinks or sauce was needed, so I took it upon myself to tell them. We pay and move along, and when I pick up the food I start to check the bag, no sauce. Ask for BBQ, in consistent fashion, they're out of BBQ. So I ask what do you have, honey mustard and ranch, so I say that's fine give me that. They take the bag back and place their sauces in it and hand it back to me. So realistically this is like... 25? Nuggets in an order? And four sauces. This is not even mentioning the girl in the background yelling at a co-worker. May have to stop going here like we did McDonalds a few years back . read more
