What can I say? It's Wendy's! It's fast food. It isn't fancy. It isn't healthy. The burgers are greasy, but oh so good. It's just as you would expect from a fast food burger joint. If you really need to read a review of this place, it probably isn't for you. One of my favorites is the Spicy Chicken Sandwich, but I also love the greasy, nasty Baconator from time to time. The line for the drive through is always long at lunch, but this place gets you in and out with minimal waiting - always a plus for people in a rush. read more

Wendy's has reopened and way ahead of scheduled. They did a great job with the decor and reconfigured the parking lot and while it added parking spaces, this location has a high volume of drive thru use and imo causes bigger back ups on to Copeland Dr. With all new hires they are not as fast as they used to be. Also look out for peak times such as 9:30-10:30pm. It seems all the local high school sports teams stop here after their games. Food is just as good as it used to be. Granted it was a 12 am rush after a popular concert, but I am utterly disappointed in the service and treatment I received at this Wendy's. They were out of essentially everything that we wanted-frostys, chicken tenders, almost all nugget sauces, iced tea, chocolate chip cookies, and I'm sure the list goes on. When we finally arrived at the window, the two workers were incredibly rude when we asked which nugget sauces were in stock by snapping at us and showing us the tiny sauces that we couldn't even read. Just awful. Obviously the staff does not care in the restaurant would rather make as much quick money as they can before the place closes, which after seeing this meal is not too far in the future. I got a taco salad which was just a handful of lettuce with some old tomatoes on it and a small handful of processed cheese. The pre-packaged "salsa" was nasty end it came with a small cup of watery chili. I also got a classic chicken sandwich which they charge over five dollars for a piece of chicken on a bun. In a world of the ever shrinking candy bar Wendy's restaurants seems to be setting the bar for the candy companies. I think that was my last trip to a Wendy's. Worst fast food staff ever. I've had Taco salad's without chili, Avocado Southwest Chicken salads without chicken, missing fries, screwed up orders galore. The only reason we ever go there is because they're the only drive thru in town. The food is ok if they get it right, however, they get it wrong more than they get it right. Doesn't matter how often the staff changes, the only consistent thing is that they're guaranteed to screw it up. Wendy's I'll be back. Next time will be better. I ordered a chili, potato, and drink. The server said oh this is not good your total is $6.66. Then, I think I got the wrong potato, mine had broccoli with cheese, it was a bit dry but ok. When I went back and asked for butter a server bent over and butt dialed his mom and then apologized as she was talking thru his speaker phone haha. 2:30 p.m. on a Friday and the drive through lane is out into street traffic. I wait 15 minutes...when there are only two cars ahead of me before I get to the window... I sit for five more minutes. Now, I'm leaving without ordering. I pull out of line and drive past the pay and food windows...AND NO ONE IS AT EITHER! I look in the food windows and there were 6 employees circled up having a meeting perhaps? I honked and drove away. They need some organizational help and another drive thru lane if the cities laws allow. This was the single worst fast food experience I've had PERIOD. Come to think of it the worst restaurant service ever. If every fast food restaurant was like this I'd be 20lbs lighter. After a fifteen minute wait and repeating my order 4 times...I pulled up to the window and found out my order was COMPLETELY WRONG. They also refused to put ice in the beverages I bought. After paying the gentleman at the drive thru window refused to give me my card back without proof of I.D...despite me just handing him the card. I will never visit this location. Ordered a 5$biggie bag, the sandwich itself did not have bacon on it (which the picture shows it comes with bacon), the line at the drive thru was ridiculous and almost the same inside the store. He was shaking and kept falling out of his seat, and every time he fell and got back up he would shout "stop pushing me Alan!" Even though there was nobody within close proximity of him. Alright. So I strolled in here last week and walked up to the counter to grab some late night munchies. As I waited in line, this total impatient bitch of a woman was standing in front of me. My god was she obnoxious. So as she's complaining about a minor mistake made by one of the crew members, the employee girl at the front was apologizing and being beyond polite as this bitch was straight up berating her. She storms out, so I walk up, and said girl took my order (I think I just got a bunch of stuff off the value menu). Not even joking, probably the nicest human being I've ever met. This Wendy's is horrible; the manager is a very nice guy and is there probably seven days a week but the service is horrible; the food is good but its either always a long line, they either get your orders wrong or things like the self-serve freestyle beverage machine either is out o flavors our out of ice. Their new building is now open. I just left there without any food, because they weren't able to process credit cards. Besides being a waste of time and effort, I was upset, because they made me feel like it was my fault the cards were not working. The girl even said to call and make sure I had enough money on them! Four cards from four completely separate companies...including a bank debit card... I would think that they would at least be open to the POSSIBILITY that the problem might be on their end! I did call and verify that all my cards were in perfect working order, and even (immediately afterwards) paid for gas right down the road with one. I had to leave with no food, because I didn't have enough cash on me. I can live with that, and it's better for our health anyway! The new building is a much needed improvement from the previous building. The customer service is awful! I went through the drive through around lunch time. I placed my order, drove around, paid and sat for a normal amount of time for my order. Right before it arrived, my son texted me a reminder not to forget the small chili. Of course I had. When I received my order I asked if I can add a small chili and had the cash in hand ready to pay. I was told no and that I would have to drive around and get back in line if I wanted it. Are you kidding me? All for a small already prepared $1.29 item? It wasn't as if I wanted to add 2 more sandwich combo along with 5 frosties! To make matters worse, it appeared to be the manager (not in any type of uniform and without a name tag) who told me no. This Wendy's needs to be shut down. I've had numerous bad to marginal experiences here, and I tend to avoid it, but it's the only fast food place in the area. Yesterday, I made the mistake of going inside, since the drive through line was so long. The guy working the cash register was also filling bags and serving fries. Both with no gloves on. So right off the bat, he's handling money and fries, with no hand washing or barrier in between. Add to that the fact that he was gripping the fry container by sticking his thumb in with the fries. The last straw, was when he licked his thumb to grab a paper bag to fill an order. So this cashier is mixing saliva, dirt from money, and the oil from his own hands in with the fries and anything else he's putting in your bag. That's even ignoring the fact that the drink machine was completely out of every diet drink, and I had to have him get my drink as well. I ended up just discarding the fries, as I was too disgusted to eat them. I've previously gotten stale buns and rotten tomatoes at this restaurant; I cannot even imagine how such a cookie-cutter chain could go so wrong. I will never, ever go here again. read more
