Normally this is my "local" Wendy's so it's been a go-to. It is generally pretty good. I've been disappointed when Wendy's switched to the shredded lettuce but today the lettuce was practically non-existent. The chicken was over cooked. Still tasted fine but definitely on the darker side instead of a golden color. I looked for a place to complain to corporate about the lettuce but I only was able review here. read more

I just went through Wendy's drive-through probably 1:30 PM ordered two large chilies and two singles with everything when I went to the first window the guy didn't give me my change. It wasn't much but it was still my change. I didn't say anything because it wasn't much then I went to the next window to pick up my stuff. They had two large chilies and two hamburgers in a bag together I asked for a separate bag. They gave me that with something sticky all over the side of the chili when he handed it to me to put in the bag instead of him doing it, and then when I got home and opened the sandwich sandwiches, they were just slopped on there. The bun was halfway on halfway off and way too much condiments it was a mess. I will not be going back to this Wendy's. read more

Horrible service, absolutely terrible. The employees are so rude to the customers! I've managed restaurants before and if any of my employees treated customers like how I was treated they would be reprimanded. I am always hesitant to visit this location because everytime I go the employees have horrible attitudes and it's not that they're busy because I understand if you're busy sometimes you can get frustrated and it's understandable, but as I was one of two cars in the drive through and there were probably three people inside at the time, I don't understand. This location hardly has any business and I won't be surprised if it gets shut down. The food at best is subpar, it is just slopped together and makes a sloppy mess trying to eat it and the taste is not that great, it's also usually not at a correct temperature. Always cold or at best room temperature food. My orders are always correct which I applaud them for but today part of my order was missing. The managers of this location need to coach their employees some manners and respect and while they're at it teach them to cook the food at a temperature that is acceptable. I usually try to give them a chance and every time without fail it's just not that great. Managers do better! Overall I think this is my last time visiting this location until I hear about some real changes. If possible I would give them 0/5 stars read more

I visited Wendy's on Pike St in Marietta, Ohio. I orders a baked potato and a large chili. I asked the young girl if I could have a cup of water. She rings it up and charged me $1.79 for the cup of water. When did Wendy's start charging for a cup of water? Obviously, I cancelled the $1.79 cup of water. Every time I go to this Wendy's location they always screw up my meal, they can't seem to ever listen when we put an order in, and I'm getting tired of it, they need to hire some decent employees that listen to the customers and will actually do what the customer wants They cant seem to know how to put the bacon on the side, they also don't know how to do a 50 piece with half spicy and half not spicy. read more

I dont think there has been a single time I have ordered here that they havent screwed up my order in one way or another. I ordered a double bacon burger this time with no cheese. I didnt think the girl taking my order heard part of what I said, so when I got to the window to pay, I asked if she had heard my order correctly and she said yes. When I got home, I realized I was only given a single. I would take a guess that the second burger patty had cheese on it and instead of fixing it they just pulled it off. Paid over 12$ for my order and didnt get what I asked for. Things like this are why I get mad when people start talking about fast food workers wanting 30$ an hour. 0/5 rating. read more

The food was good, the fries were hot, the staff was pleasant. I had a problem with the app. The staff worked with me, they helped. The app would not accept my order. The staff were fantastic and gave me the order at the same cost as if I had used the app. I was able to use the app's mobile pay, they figured out it was like mobile order but there was a second choice for mobile pay. They wanted to help me and they did. They are great, and are into providing the best service possible. Thank you! read more

It isn't amazing it isn't horrible, it's fast food. I went through the drive through and only ordered two honey mustard grilled chicken wraps. I hate that I don't get a choice of wheat wraps. If I could get wheat wraps it would be 5x better. The guy who took my money at the first window was polite. The guy at the second window where I received my order was polite. Spend 3 of the best years of my life going to this Wendy's every Thursday night during my college days as an undergrad. The service is quick and reliable. It had gotten to the point where they would memorize my order, just by hearing the sound of my voice! This Wendy's is one of the reasons why I truly miss Marietta. This is an example of how I defined the town, good and friendly people. Definitely worth going if you're currently a student at Marietta College or a great place to stop at if you're visiting. read more

So I went there today and ordered a large Dr Pepper. Got up to the window, and was told (while holding out my credit card) "$2.46." "But, it said $1.99 on the sign," I said. "Uhhh, $2.46." She grabbed the card from my hand as the manager behind her said, "Large Coke? Yep," and didn't even offer "is that OK?" or "do you still want it?" When done I drove around the building and the sign CLEARLY has the coke products on one line, with Sweet Tea on the line below, and large is very clearly marked at $1.99. Been going by this wendys about 1-2 times a week for a few weeks, and the quality is just awful. Tonight was the last straw, I will not be returning. Every time I go through I usually get a chicken sandwich, however they always say they dont have any chicken made so it will take 10 minutes, I am usually on my way to work and dont have quite so much time, So I change my order. The real issue is the employees and the quality of the food. Most times when I come through the drive thru, all the employees are sitting outside, and acting like its a huge chore that they have to go in to make my food. Then the entire time I am sitting at the window I am getting angry glares from half the employees. Then when I finally get my food, Its incredibly bad quality. I used to work at a wendys down the street (Years ago) and I know the difference between a single cheeseburger (Which runs a around $4 each) and a Jr Cheeseburger (Which runs at $0.99) I paid for a single, and got a Jr. Even further, the bun is like a rock, the condiments were rubbed on the outside of the bun, almost like someone is taking out a person feud with me ( However I dont know anyone in there, and I am always very polite ) 0/5 will not be returning here. read more
