Every time and I mean everytime we order carry out it always wrong or we are missing an item or items.Last time I called and spoke with a manager and she was very rude she refused to take responsibility for the order being incorrect and refused to make it right.Well that's fine guess you lost another customer but I don't mind the food here is mediocre at best I'll just frequent Texas Roadhouse more often now...Do yourself a favor and steer clear of outback the food is overpriced for the basic items you can get at Applebees,Logan's,Cheddars etc....And by the way your poppyseed or pumpernickel bread or whatever it is tastes like a week old turd. read more

We ordered delivery thru the Uber app. Guest 1 had the coconut shrimp app and said they were good but smaller than they used to be. Guest 2 said his burger and sweet potato was perfect. I had the chicken and shrimp Queensland pasta. I give it 9 out of 10, the chicken was cooked perfectly all thru but the top of it was a little tough and overcooked. Also they used to put more green onions/chives on it. The accuracy of our order was perfect. Our delivery driver followed instructions well. So would've been a 5, but the smaller shrimp in the app, the fewer chives and the charred chicken top put it at a respectable 4 and I'd eat it again. read more

Go to Texas Roadhouse in Marietta instead! I had ribeye with coconut shrimp. Steak had a lot of fat and gristle, shrimp terribly undercooked. Husbands steak the same. Potatoes had thick crust from sitting on heat for a long time. Blooming onion overcooked and brown. Only got one tiny sad piece of brown bread to split, even my salad was sad and limp. Stingy with condiments--no bottles on table. Even salad came already dressed. Not great for first ever trip there...and sadly the last. read more

The steakhouse Mac n cheese bites are sensational. Truly. Wow!!!! Our waiter let me order a blackberry daiquiri, even though it wasn't technically on the menu. They make their own whipped topping, and it's sensational. The blue cheese pecan chopped salad is good, but next time, I'll probably get the dressing on the side because it was a little too much. They do not have Stella or yuengling, so my fiance settle d for Sam Adams. I do not like the mushrooms. The ribeye steaks are not as good as Texas Roadhouse. read more

Our main reason for eating here was the steak and lobster special. Our server was very good and kept our drinks filled. Unfortunately, they were out of baked potatoes which I thought was weird since it was a Friday evening and the place wasn't full of customers. Definitely poor management to allow that to happen. A chain is a chain is a chain restaurant. These places have all of the money and none of the hospitality. I guess this Outback will get you what you expect from any Outback, nothing special. And this presentation is a joke. I would think as a GM I would be embarrassed that my store doesn't do any better than this but maybe Corporate Outback doesn't have much of a standard either. I love the Outback! We always go to the Outback for our anniversary, this year we decided to order in. Our food was delivered to our room but the driver forgot our blooming onion. I called and the manager said they would get it to me but after 45minutes it still hadn't should so I called again. Unfortunately there were no drivers available so I went to pick it up. They was very apologetic, I understand this happens sometimes. They not only gave me the blooming onion but 2 gift cards for blooming onions as well. Thank you so much! I'm in Day 2 of my business trip and another chain restaurant. My hosts took me to lunch here yesterday. A couple of them are regulars, as they were complaining about the steak that had here the last time. The waiter and the kitchen were responsive, as afterwards both proclaimed that it was one of the best steaks that they had ever had. I'm not a huge fan of Outback. However, in terms of food and service it was certainly better than yesterday's Applebee's experience. I picked at the Blooming Onion and Cheese Fries appetizers, enjoyed my wedge salad with blue cheese and thought that my quesadilla was just OK. I'm also sure that I heard my arteries screaming. The other thing to consider is that business lunches are often less about the food and more about relationship building, exchanging information, and explaining more clearly why a visitor made this long trip and thinks his work is important and useful. read more

Sometimes you've just got an Outback Steakhouse gift card that has to be used up (also, it makes for a great excuse to get a fried onion). The Blooming Onion is one of those things that they do well (though I felt a little sticker shock at the $10 price tag... but hey, gift card). I had the fish taco lunch special, and the tilapia was really good -- well seasoned and not overdone. The taco shells were not great -- sort of that awkward stage between crispy and soft. The veggies were a blah mixture of uncooked cabbage, red cabbage, and carrots. Not a terribly exciting place to visit, but the fish in the fish taco was outstanding. read more

Food was fair but not consistent, some was meat was overcooked and some hardly at all. There was dirty silverware and trash underneath the tables and the table wobbled so bad the drinks tipped over. The waitress was full of attitude and didn't want to be bothered. I still left a 26.00 tip and you could hear her in the back complaining! She didn't get enough! I doubt we will be back! read more

My husband and I went here on a Sunday early evening dinner. We checked in at 4:30pm and was immediately seated.unfortunately that is where our quick service stopped. After waiting for 20 minutes for a server to show up I contacted the front desk asking if anyone was going to at least take our drink orders. Our waiter finally appeared, he took our drink and food order. After roughly another 20 minutes our drinks came out. Then another waitress brought our appetizer and food. That same waitress was nice enough to see if we also needed a refill. We each got only 1 refill as our waiter didn't make any check ins to see if our food was okay (which was not because my steak was cooked wrong) . To get our bill after we finished our food took another 20 minute wait. Now, I would have not had anything bad to say if the place was busy, or the business was understaffed. Our waiter had 2 tables...2 and that was it. And he was too busy talking to the other staff to take care of the 2 he had. This restaurant was once a great place to eat. Our waitress, Shanna (sp?), was super! But the hostess was incredibly rude about my (elderly and hard-of-hearing) grandpa pulling his mask up all the way. If she had said, "Will you please pull your mask up, sir?" there would have been no problem! I truly do understand businesses have to keep with the local mandates, but she was incredibly rude about it. My grandpa asked her to speak up because he couldn't hear her (she was intentionally mumbling) and she said in response, "wear your mask." And then she returned to her hostess stand mumbling under her breath about us. I told the other male host that she was incredibly rude and he seemed highly unconcerned. If you're being paid to be friendly, then maybe you should be friendly. Also, we realized the staff took their masks off once they entered the kitchen. read more

The kitchen somehow lost our ticket and our food took over an hour to come out but our waitress, Izzy, and one of the managers, Ronnie, were very apologetic and accommodating! We got our meal for free. Food was pretty good! This place definitely thinks about customers first. read more

I still prefer the steaks at Texas Steak House personally but since I was a guest here goes. We did the online reserve ahead seating, I liked that feature and the hostess's were very nice and pleasant. We went on a Sunday 3/25/18. Our server Drew drove us crazy pushing us to order even after we told him twice we weren't in a hurry. The place wasn't busy at all. We ordered the new appetizer, ribs-fries-onions right away, and two Martinis up. Took awhile for that to arrive but finally did. Had to ask for three app plates to share item, should have been automatic. Meanwhile Drew came 4 times interrupting us to get entree order. We were enjoying the conversation and kept sending him away. So once ready two guest had the steak quesadilla and I hade the house salad with steak sliced on top. The quesadillas had barely any meat in them all cheese and not much of that. I hated the blue cheese house dressing that Drew recommended. Way to sweet, yuck! So. I got a regular blue cheese on the side and poured on top of it. Barely helped. So we finished up and never was asked about dessert, just dropped the check.
