1 of 3 hairs I pulled out of my mouth from their fries. Then had to deal with rude staff.
Preston P.

Absolutely disgusting. On 01-28-2020 I went through the drive thru and ordered several items to include french fries. As I was headed south on I 77 I began to eat my fries. In this one order of fries there was not just one hair but 3. I spit my fries out and immediately called the restaurant and spoke to the manager, Kaitlyn. I told her in a calm and polite voice that I was highly upset and explained why. Had it been one hair I would have probably just thrown away my fries and not said anything.... but it was 3. Kaitlyn said that if I came back that shed replace the fries and I told her that would not be satisfactory. Kaitlyn said that shed have the fry bin cleaned out and as she is saying this...she is laughing. She went on to say that she would have the females pull their hair back and she continued to laugh. As she went on to say that had this happened to her, that she would be mad too but she is still laughing. I replied that I was mad and that was why I was not the one laughing. I asked for her supervisors name and she said Celeste and she would be in the following day and if I spoke with Celeste that they possibly would refund my money and may give me a gift card for a free meal... which would probably come to about $16.00. The following day I took my hairy fries in to Celeste and was still fuming, not just for the disgusting food, but more for the disrespectful way I was treated. I asked Celeste if it would be possible to comp me a salad and 12 hamburgers off the dollar menu. I intended to pass on the sandwiches to unfortunate individuals in the community that are struggling and a salad for me. Obviously I was in no mood for fries. All of which would have been close to the $16.00. In addition to this I also asked for an apology from Kaitlyn and it didnt even have to be sincere but done with the respect I deserved. She said she would have to check with her supervisor. The supervisor came out and in a condescending manner basically said you really want all that for a hair in your food? Needless to say he did provide me with what I asked for. I did not think it was an unfair request since monetarily it was almost equivalent to the cost of my meal and the gift card that I had been told was a possible solution the night before. I went back to my car and got my receipt and returned and asked for a refund and the owner's telephone number. All I got was the telephone number and no refund. I contacted the owner and she said she would only be willing to refund the money and check Kaitlyn's schedule and talk to her, but she knew Kaitlyn and does not believe she intended to be laughing at me disrespectfully.... to which I replied that in this situation I dont know how someone can laugh at another persons misfortune in a respectful way. Without a doubt the most unprofessional restaurant staffing from top to bottom I have ever seen. I will never eat at this poor excuse of a restaurant again. But I will cut n paste this review on every review platform I can find.

Unfortunately they only care about the drive thru and literally let the people inside wait forever. 17 mins for one sausage biscuit.

They are very stingy with napkins. I had a spill and needed some extra napkins and was given an attitude about it.

I got the chef salad. Someone else got the grilled salad, someone got the ribs, and the club sandwich. The salads were decent size. They did forget the hard boiled egg and we got it later on a dish to add. The ribs were cold and so was the baked potato. Not sure if it sat for a bit. Service was ok. She had a lot of tables. We were just one. We weren't too needy. But I would have liked more water. The reviews were decent which is why we went. But everything was just slightly average. We walked into Town House and were greeted by a few local patrons and a friendly server. My colleague ordered the tomato soup and grilled cheese with fries which she stated was good. It wasn't over the top fantastic but was a good solid choice. I chose 12 traditional wings- 6 were BBQ dry rub and 6 were Cajun dry rub- I'd say they were excellent. All 12 had a good amount of meat on them. Also, the dry rub was the perfect amount. Often you get wings coated in the dry rub or you're looking for the dry rub in the basket. Overall, I'd recommend Town House if you're in the Marietta area.

Didn't love those but we did eat them! Got the meatballs, French onion soup and a side salad for a meal. All were excellent. Huge meatballs. Not heavy on the coffee flavor but really good. Service was great! Definitely go again.

When we did get our drink order in it took forever to get them, again, a water and a coke and one drink from the bar. It is 6pm on a Saturday yet they were not all that busy at all. Got the Brussel Sprouts appetizer and was highly disappointed. Charbroiled would be an understatement. They were fried to the point of being inedible. Definitely wouldn't recommend those. My husband burger was ok. He got the Honkey Tonk Burger and it didn't taste horrible but wasn't something to write home about. I got a Cesar Salad and it left me questioning what the purpose of even saying it had avocado on it with the 3 slivers on the top as a garnish. At least the bartender made a good drink. That's about as good as it got. We come here on our anniversary and on New Years Eve every year and this is by far the worst service and food we have ever had.

Parking is street parking, which is very limited, especially on the weekends. I used to go there regularly when I lived in Marietta, but it had been years since I'd eaten there, and I'd forgotten how good their food is. I ordered an appetizer for dinner (chicken and black bean quesadillas). My sons both ordered the Cuban and fries, and my son's girlfriend had an Alfredo penne pasta with grilled chicken and a salad, which looked delicious! They ordered nachos with beef for the table, which were just okay. Made a quick stop in the ladies restroom, I found it to be nicely decorated, but definitely in need of a cleaning. It wasn't terribly dirty, but they should have someone regularly checking on it, and it looked like it hadn't been checked on for a while. Service was decent. Waitress was busy, but helpful. She wasn't super friendly, but was professional. Prices are on the high end for the area, but portions are adequate. Overall, I enjoy supporting locally owned restaurants, and this one is one of the better options for the area.

It wasn't very busy, especially for a Friday night, but service still felt like an afterthought. Our bartender/server seemed much more focused on pouring herself beers and chatting than paying attention to customers. There were two people behind the bar who were also serving tables, but most of the time it felt like they were more interested in hanging out with their regulars than checking on guests. They were out of traditional wings, which was disappointing. My husband said the boneless wings weren't very good. The homemade salsa and beer cheese were actually the highlights and were both really good. The rest of the food missed the mark. My chicken Caesar wrap came with soggy chicken and tasted like it had been drenched in Italian dressing instead of Caesar. The fries were limp and soggy. We spent what felt like forever trying to get someone's attention just to ask for ranch so we could add some flavor. The beer itself was decent, and I'd probably come back for that. But based on this visit, I wouldn't come back for the food, and I definitely wouldn't go in expecting good service.

Along with Garlic Cheesecurds. Then as I had teased Gabby our severer I would follow coffee with donuts. I had the Donut Stout and my spouse had the Mexican Lager. So of course we had to have the Bavarian Petrels to go with it. Of course by this time the creative ideas start to flow so our next choice was a beer we shared a 1/4 of coffee stout and 3/4 of donut stout. Oh my! Good thing I am retired or this would my coffee choice each morning! We both loved the mix and then I talked to Zach about how I hoped both will be available in January when I am back in the area. He liked my input or talked like he did. I am so glad that we have a local brewery for when family come in but that we can stop by and say Hi. So when it comes to service it was excellent, thank you Gabby. When it it comes to the food it was awesome and the decor. I still want the lights in my home or at least may she shed if my spouse won't rewire the house.
