Truly fast! I swung through the drive-thru today while heading south on a road trip. Despite the line of cars being a little on the long side, they kept us moving rather quickly. I placed a mobile order and my friends went and picked it up immediately and when they got there, they gave them the code and then they said they didn't get it. They also gave them my name. They tried three different times. Waited a couple minutes. Try again still they said they didn't have my food as soon as my friends leave and I get off the phone with them I call McDonald's 5 seconds later To ask what I'm supposed to do about my missing order and they say oh my order is made and ready. I usually (unfortunately) stop at this location while I'm traveling between West Virginia and Ohio. This is, by far, one of THE worst McDonald's I've ever been to. The employees are miserable and very obviously do not want to be there. No ice in the ice machine this time when I was there - and also no working water in the bathroom, so clearly your miserable employees also don't wash their hands after using the bathroom. read more

I LOVE, LOVE, LOOOOVE this location !!! The food is always on point and even when they have made mistakes they fix it right away without arguing or anything. They accommodate all their customers and they listen to everyone before finding a good solution. The only thing that sucks is they now charge for sauce but, that's corporates doing not the employees. So, let's cut them some slack. They also ADORE my puppy. I have an American Akita and every time I go there with him, he's so sweet and everyone comes over to pet him. So, if you have a fur baby, they're 10000% welcome here as long as they behave of course. They always make sure to give me the extra onions I always order there. Someone employee even recognize us with or without my puppy. When I have gone without him I kind of get scolded that I took their smiles away and they're snuggles with him which I love !!! Came through the drive thru for 2 ice cream cones. We live in Virginia and travel often. Getting ice cream through the McDonald's drive thru is a little treat we do during our travels. This was the smallest ice cream cone that I've ever seen in my entire life! They filled two cones barely above the surface of the cone. It was as if the top was cut off. I should have told them to just give me my money back and went down the road to BK or DQ. Absolutely horrible! This is not the standard size. I do realize that they've shrunk over the years, but they are always filled beyond the cone no matter how many McDonald's that I have visited across the states. What a golden rip off! read more

Absolutely the worst night for coming here, normally we never have issues but service was absolutely horrible, workers and staff were slacking off would not stop just standing there talking, should not have to wait for a 10 piece nugget and a bacon cheeseburger to take almost 25 minutes only to find out they GAVE OUR ORDER TO A PARTY OF TEENAGERS when we ordered BEFORE THEM. read more

We periodically make trips up 77 North. We always stop here for drive thru breakfast. They are nicest bunch to deal with. From the taken order to getting our food they are so polite. The food is always hot and fresh as well. read more

After paying for my order and pulling to the pick up window the order was wrong - I explained this to the employee at the window and he asked me to pull over to the designated waiting area. I proceeded to wait 23 minutes for a #3 with a coke. There were 15 cars that went through the drive thru while i was parked waiting for my lunch. The drive thru cleared out and I had to drive back to the window and to check on my order, after getting my order , it cold, The employees were rude and had a did not care attitude and stated that they deal with drive thru customers first. ???? I thought I was a drive thru customer ! The processes and priorities need reviewed first and foremost Along with the not giving a sh*t mentality of the employees. If customers are paying more money for fast food for "the convenience" try taking some pride in your job. Working in a retail setting and serving the public is trying at times but it could be a noble and rewarding job if you want it to be. This is a nice McDonald's located off of I-77. The inside of the place was clean, even the restroom. The dining area was nice, and it was kept up. There wasn't a lot of parking for a lot of cars or semis. read more

Always have a good experience when coming to this McDonalds. The staff is friendly when I come in very early in the morning. And the early morning managers are always on top of things, its usually a lady or man with the pony tail and they're usually running a few different spots all while getting the customers moving. read more

Absolutely disgusting. On 01-28-2020 I went through the drive thru and ordered several items to include french fries. As I was headed south on I 77 I began to eat my fries. In this one order of fries there was not just one hair but 3. I spit my fries out and immediately called the restaurant and spoke to the manager, Kaitlyn. I told her in a calm and polite voice that I was highly upset and explained why. Had it been one hair I would have probably just thrown away my fries and not said anything.... but it was 3. Kaitlyn said that if I came back that shed replace the fries and I told her that would not be satisfactory. Kaitlyn said that shed have the fry bin cleaned out and as she is saying this...she is laughing. She went on to say that she would have the females pull their hair back and she continued to laugh. As she went on to say that had this happened to her, that she would be mad too but she is still laughing. I replied that I was mad and that was why I was not the one laughing. I asked for her supervisors name and she said Celeste and she would be in the following day and if I spoke with Celeste that they possibly would refund my money and may give me a gift card for a free meal... which would probably come to about $16.00. The following day I took my hairy fries in to Celeste and was still fuming, not just for the disgusting food, but more for the disrespectful way I was treated. I asked Celeste if it would be possible to comp me a salad and 12 hamburgers off the dollar menu. I intended to pass on the sandwiches to unfortunate individuals in the community that are struggling and a salad for me. Obviously I was in no mood for fries. All of which would have been close to the $16.00. In addition to this I also asked for an apology from Kaitlyn and it didnt even have to be sincere but done with the respect I deserved. She said she would have to check with her supervisor. The supervisor came out and in a condescending manner basically said you really want all that for a hair in your food? Needless to say he did provide me with what I asked for. I did not think it was an unfair request since monetarily it was almost equivalent to the cost of my meal and the gift card that I had been told was a possible solution the night before. I went back to my car and got my receipt and returned and asked for a refund and the owner's telephone number. All I got was the telephone number and no refund. I contacted the owner and she said she would only be willing to refund the money and check Kaitlyn's schedule and talk to her, but she knew Kaitlyn and does not believe she intended to be laughing at me disrespectfully.... to which I replied that in this situation I dont know how someone can laugh at another persons misfortune in a respectful way. Without a doubt the most unprofessional restaurant staffing from top to bottom I have ever seen. I will never eat at this poor excuse of a restaurant again. But I will cut n paste this review on every review platform I can find. read more

I only gave it three stars because the food is junk. Got my friend a grilled artisan chicken sandwhich. They seemed to like. Another friend who isn't as health conscious got a sausage biscuit a mcchicken and a large fries. I didn't order because had eaten maybe two hours prior and just try not to eat fast food because of how bad for health. I can't go there and be health conscious. The chicken tender things don't look bad but I haven't had them yet. Still breaded and fried so idk. The people in drivethrough were friendly and food was p quick. They got the order right and it was a smooth transaction. If was going to get junk food for friends I would recommend but if trying to eat healthy and what is good for your body I would have to pass. The staff was very nice, but unfortunately, none of them (including the Manager on duty) were aware of the process of issuing gift cards. I spent probably 15 minutes trying to buy a $25 gift card for Mother's Day. I'm a very patient person, and like I said, the staff were very nice, but I don't think I'm the first person to come in and ask for a gift card. If I would have known this would be such a hassle, I probably would have tried the Gilman Avenue location, or given a different gift. read more

They are very stingy with napkins. I had a spill and needed some extra napkins and was given an attitude about it.

I went thru the drive thru earlier this week, when I got home my order was incorrect. I called the store immediately, my name was placed on a list and I was told that the next time that I was thru I would then receive the correct order. I went back on 11/6/15 told the drive thru person that my name was on a list. I was given my order, once I left the drive thru area I had to park and go back in, My order was incorrect AGAIN. I was told that they had made a mistake. I did not get a sorry or anything. I will not go back to this McDonalds location. I will continue to go to the Glendale or Walmart locations with these two I get fast, friendly service along with the correct order.
