I've eaten at this Pizza Hut many, many times. I know what you are thinking...then why only 2 stars? If it's so horrible, then why even bother returning? Well, the truth of the matter is, I really love the nostalgia of Pizza Hut for many reasons. Number 1, my late father and I would always have lunch dates at Pizza Hut when I was just a little girl in the 80s when it was a booming business. There were very few places he would dine in at, but Pizza Hut was one of them. As an adult, I made it a ritual to take my children to Pizza Hut many Friday nights. It was a treat for them. I'd give them some money for the jukebox and we'd order cheese sticks and a pitcher of icy, cold Pepsi. They loved it! We would wait anxiously for our large pan pizza with pepperoni and extra cheese. In 2006, I moved to Marietta and this one just consistently disappointed. Every once in awhile we would get lucky and have great service and amazing pizza, but more often than not, that just wasn't the case. The last time I ate there, the phone just rang and rang off the hook. There were only a couple of tables occupied, including ours, and I don't know where all the staff disappeared to, but there was no one to be found. Nobody was answering the phone...it was so disruptive that I threatened to go answer it myself. Our waitress was incognito. If I didn't know any better, I would think she was the only one working and was on her lunch break. Anyway, I haven't been back since. If you do miss the flavor of Pizza Hut, I would suggest putting in an order for pickup or delivery. I definitely would not dine in. But even then, you risk cold pizza and inaccurate orders. It's unfortunate that this Pizza Hut is so bad. It could be something great under the right management. read more

With a completely remodeled building, the atmosphere to this pizza parlor has improved 100%! Their buffet is seen only few and far between. The last time I saw the buffet was probably 5 months ago and I come here often so I was sad to see them close for a short while, but it was for a good cause. My sweet tea was great! The breadsticks could've used a little less Parmesan, but they were good. I got a bacon and sausage cracker-crust pizza. It was excellent! I also noticed some new employees since the remodeling. One of them was our waiter. He was very friendly and welcoming, but still needed to learn a few things about time management in a restaurant. Came here for lunch multiple times with classmates during our small break in-between classes during my undergrad. The lunch buffet has a good variety of pizza, salad, toppings, dressings and more. Plus, it is all at a relatively reasonable price. All I would have to say is that the cashiers need to have better mathematical skills. Not only one made fun of us, jokingly since we wore our math club t-shirts, she managed to calculate the total wrong, giving us $2.00 too much in change. And like hell I'm going to correct it, if you can't do simple math, you deserve whatever you get. read more

Pathetic. Ordered the two medium pies w/two toppings special and if there was sauce on them I couldn't find it. The other toppings were sparse but at lease they were present. Go somewhere else if you want good pizza. read more

Just brought home a meat lover's pizza and boy was it bad. Thin crust was dried out and the meat was so full of sodium it was all you could taste. It reminded me of a pizza from the freezer. Can't believe a restaurant would serve such sodium filled food in this day and age. read more

I love and I mean love pizza hut who wouldn't I always usually get delivery because there's so many choices for your pizza.

Our waiter was extremely friendly! Made us laugh,and made us feel welcome! :) if our glasses was empty he made sure they was full.

I'm giving three stars, one for the food in general, two for the one server, who's always there, and works her butt off. (usually its just her serving the entire place in the evening.) once we went there, and the buffet was ending, a half hour early, and a different server basically invited us to leave and not eat there, instead of politely offering us a menu. that being said. its pizza hut, expect your typical chain pizza restaurant experience. read more

I was not really expecting a whole lot as it is a chain pizza restaurant but I was pleasantly surprised. The food was great and came out quickly our server, I think his name was Heath?, was very inviting and made us feel right at home. We never had an empty glass and he made us laugh often.
