They were out of change and shorted me not the store. They rang up the order as two separate orders, so I had to pay twice. When we get home with our food, we notice that there is about 1/4 of an OLD tomato and an even smaller amount of lettuce on my burger. Awful service. Awful burger. Believe the Negative Reviews - We Didn't, and We Regret It This was by far the worst fast food experience we've ever had. We ordered at around 8:30 PM via the drive-thru, keeping it simple: 10-piece sauced nuggets, a big classic bacon burger with fries, and a Coke. The ordering process was terrible; the employee seemed frustrated, and the equipment seemed outdated. We figured it was no big deal and moved on. When we reached the window, my husband was handed a Coke - only for it to be spilled all over his arm. No apology, no offer for a napkin, just silence. Then we got our food. As we checked for the straw and fork, we noticed the fries were cold. Not warm-ish - cold. But, hoping for the best, we drove off, figuring at least the burger and nuggets would be fine. That hope quickly disappeared. The fries were tough, like jerky, and the nuggets were cold to the touch - they seemed like they'd been sitting out all day, and not even under a warmer. After a couple of bites, I stopped eating out of concern for food safety. As for the burger, the only redeeming quality was that the patties were warm. But the bun and bacon were stale and cold, like everything else. My husband even joked, "If this bacon doesn't kill me, I'll be lucky." I can forgive bad service in fast food - I get it, people have bad days. But cold, stale food that makes you worry about food poisoning? That's unacceptable. When asked through the window if they were open and if they would be taking orders, I was told that I would need to put a shirt on if I want to come inside for service.... I expressed that I was in the drivethru because I don't have my shirt on right now but that the lack of service at the driver was becoming frustrating. I was given a completely wrong sandwich. The one I got the maple bacon chicken sandwich was cold the croissant hard as a rock on top and totally soggy on the bottom. This is the third Wendy's I've been to in the past couple months that has had a less than pleasant average rating on their restaurant, yet gave me a wonderful experience. Maybe I'm just lucky? Quick stop to grab some lunch went well. Ordered a Spicy Chicken Sandwich with a Small Fry and a Sweet Tea. They got my sandwich exactly how I asked for it, and these fries were arguably the best Wendy's fries I've ever had. Super fresh. I guess it helps to come right at lunch time. Sweet Tea was great, brewed just right. Tables were hit and miss on cleanliness (ours was clean) and the bathroom was clean as well with the exception of a really dusty toilet paper holder. Everything I had was delicious, though it's worth mentioning my wifes burger was woefully undercooked (raw) and had to be returned. They promptly fixed their mistake and replaced it though. read more

The drive-thru was horrible! First I was given attitude when I went to the window. For example, I asked how she was doing and was ignored, and when I said thank you I was ignored again. I had ordered a chicken sandwich with no tomato and no mayonnaise, american cheese and pickles. I got EXTRA mayonnaise and the cheese, but my pickles were nowhere to be found. I understand what it's like to work in the fast food industry, I worked at a movie theater myself for a while. But you have to at least fake like your happy otherwise you're just being rude and taking out your stress on innocent customers. I know some customers suck, I was polite at the window even when I wasn't receiving it back. Next time i'll just drive a little further to the Wendy's down the road.
