This visit was the most horrible experience. I ordered 2 orders of Crispy Chicken Biggie Bag with a Sprite and a Coke, one chicken sandwich had no lettuce and the other had 3 chopped up pieces on it, one of the chicken nuggets had only 3 nuggets in the pack, they had no barbeque sauce and they didn't give us any straws to go with our drinks. The sandwiches tasted very horrible, I was so shocked to receive such a experience from this Wendy's because I have had to many occasions like this before. Maybe forgetting the straws or not giving me my receipt. But to bad tasting is just outright disrespectful. There are two bathrooms at this location. The one to the left of the hallway, barely spits out water from the faucet. When I say barely, I mean, just barely. It would spit out a nickel size of water and then you would have to wait a minute or so for the faucet to trigger another spurt of water. I attempted to use the other restroom, but it had been occupied at least 20 minutes. Needless to say, I was unable to properly wash my hands. Makes me wonder if employees that are forced to use that one restroom wash their hands after using the restroom. Lastly their toilet was clean but the floor was littered with wadded-up paper towels. Came here to get my usual. Dave's double combo meal. I like the consistency from Wendy's to Wendy's. The burgers are consistently tasty and the produce is always fresh. French fries were fresh and tasted good. The service was friendly and quick. No issues here. Dine in experience was okay, pan handlers are roaming around outside so you can decide if that's a good or bad thing. But there was some standing water underneath a table I was going to sit at but decided not to. The atmosphere was nice and music was not too loud. Seemed fairly clean... although the soda machines could be cleaned a little better. The touch screen and button to self dispense soda was kinda gross. Restrooms are clean and stocked. read more

We were asked to be pulled to the parking lot, however due to the way the drive-thru was built, you have to drive down the street to do a u-turn or drive around the block. After waiting for 26 minutes, I tried calling the store to see why no one has brought out our order (their lobby door was locked), but no one picked up so we went to the drive-thru. The drive-thru cashier apologized and said that someone was supposed to bring out our order, but went to lunch. She did offer a cookie or frosty for the mix-up. Note to others, if they ask you to pull to the parking-lot, it may be better to order elsewhere as you may not get your order or tell them no. If I could give no stars I would. We ordered saucy nuggets biggie bags with cheeseburgers fries and a drink as well as a chocolate frosty. First, the bread on the burgers was dry and just fell apart and the burgers were put together poorly. Then one of our saucy nuggets wasn't even in sauce at all. Another order of the saucy nuggets was drenched in oil and couldn't even be eaten and the spicy nuggets didn't even have any spicy in the sauce at all. The fries were old and flavorless. All in all the whole meal was a disappointment. The service was a complete circus you could hear the 2 guys in the back complaining about making orders and how much certain people were paying for certain orders. The cashier was rude and quiet frankly looked high. When she forgot the frosty with our order and I asked her about it she acted like she couldn't be bothered and Huff to go get it. The store itself was dirty like the worker haven't given it the proper clean up it needed. There was spilled drinks everywhere, what I assume was puddles of water by the cash register as well as soda machine. I'm just very disappointed all the way around and these workers are getting paid 20$ an hour to complain about doing their jobs and not even cleaning properly. Multiple times now I have got salads and sandwiches with spoiled produce in it. The avocado in the salad was spoiled and the lettuce was spoiled as well in multiple occasions it happens in the sandwiches as well. I went to Wendy's for the 4th time in a week. I am learning they run out of baked potatoes before 9pm often, so I have been told to call to make sure they still have them to save from getting dissapointed. When they were out of potatoes I asked them if they would cook 2 for me and I would come back. The staff is completely fine, it's the female manager you need to worry about. Completely snobby attitude with absolutely anyone that comes through. Cuts you off when you're speaking, catches an attitude when you ask for your receipt. Very odd. Completely missed something off my order. When I asked for a spoon for my chili she -once again- cut me off and said it was in the bag. Checked my bag on the way home and no surprise, absolutely no spoon or chili. That I paid for. Calling the number on the receipt or website is no help, the line is always "busy" don't recommend unless this specific manager is simply not on the clock. read more

This location was a favorite when I was a child, but since then it has regressed. The service is friendly unless you ask anything extra of them or check your order which is incorrect at least 75% of the time. When you ask for extra, they never give extra and if you call them on it, they put an amount so ridiculous that it will almost ruin the meal. Also, Wendy's has this weird habit of putting sauce on top of vegetables, so if you order any sandwich with vegetables it falls all over the place. So my suggestion is to always ask for the sauce on the side especially with vegetables. This location is right across the street from a Smart and Final and consistently runs out of tomatoes. This location will charge you for a frosty when there machine is broken and instead of offering a substitute they will instead give you a runny a** frosty. It is very difficult to mess up Wendy's food. I do not recommend coming near closing time, everyone must hate their job there because there will be a long drive through line and they will precook the fries so unless you were lucky enough to get fries when they first dropped, you are guaranteed to get cold fries. I recommend checking your order, and if you order on the app do not place it until you are in the parking lot or next up in the drive through. That way they will not prepare your order while you are waiting or before you arrive. Then, make sure you walk them through the entire order and be very specific about any extra quantity item you want. Then, do not worry about holding up the drive through. Check your order because there is a good chance that they will mess it up. If they tell you to pull in the parking lot and you have ordered fries, request fresh fries. After they stop giving practically giving away food on their app I will no longer visit this location. There is no way on God's green earth I would pay full price for all of this hassle. read more

I just left this location about 30 mins ago or so. So, the girl at the window was cool she has/had a dimple piercing. I ordered a chili and salad no dressing & water. Got my food, got to my destination opened the chili and it was a piece of what looked to be foli or a red piece of plastic ( see image) It was literally sitting right on top but a little buried in/on a piece of the melted cheese. So, yeah that messed that one up for me, I dug it out and threw it away. Got the garden salad and the lettuce was either old or the fridge they keep it in is way to cold so it makes the lettuce go bad faster. I picked around in it picking out bits and pieces. Then I found an extremely dark little piece of lettuce that I had to wuicklybdouble look at (my mind could have been playing tricks on me because I was leery about the plastic in the chili) but when I looked that 2nd time it looked like a fly. I never intended to leave a review for ordering only 2 frosty's in the drive through however the rude employee Esmerelda can be thanked for this one star! She started rude when ordering by not even greeting us ... fine no biggie but when I get to the window she opens the window and doesn't even acknowledge us just said 5.36 so I hand her a $10. She hands me a wad of napkins with one straw and one spoon. I politely asked for another spoon and she seriously wanted to argue. She rolled her eyes and said "I gave you 2 spoons and 2 straws" and looked at me crazy. Seriously does the cost of the spoon come from your paycheck or something?!? I showed her the wad of napkins with the one spoon and she practically tossed the the second spoon to me! She gave me my change and no receipt. Went thru the drive through and made an order as normal. When given the food I ask if the chili was in the bag since they always place it in another bag. She checked the bag and it was not. She took the bag back where I even heard the attendant ask, "Where is the Chili?" About 30 seconds late she came back handed me the bag and stated everything is in there. As I was leaving, I checked the bag and NO chili was in there. I pulled around however at that point I realized I never received a receipt. Went to this Wendy's the other day with my dad and mom for his birthday . I tried to take him somewhere fancier but he said this is where he wanted to go. The lady's especially Dana the manager were awesome. The food was fresh, hot and great. The lady's went above and beyond and even went across the street to the smart and final and bought him a cupcake!! That's true customer service. So THANK YOU THANK YOU u ladies made his day!! Just left there 15 minutes ago, we stopped there while heading north, so I understand why this restaurant has such horrible ratings, not only was the inside empty we made the mistake of going through the drive thru, the girl at the window was rude as all hell, didn't give our receipt and our whole entire order was WRONG, spicy chicken nugget were regular not spicy, the Asiago ranch club which is a 9 dollar meal was substituted for the 1 chicken sandwich, customer service and food was horrible!! Worst experience I've had in awhile. Made a simple order, burger no mustard, extra nuggets because there's a coupon on the app. Coupon I guess wouldn't scan, cashier doesn't let me know that though she just swipes my card and tries to "forget"to give me a receipt. I ask for a receipt knowing something was wrong but didn't check til I got home because it's only like a dollar difference, but the principle of the fact that the lazy employees would rather not be truthful to customers than take a extra 10 seconds to make it right. It wasn't even that busy and you still got the order wrong. Is it really that hard to leave the mustard off a burger? Alyssa did a great job serving us tonight, so much so that I wanted to give her a positive review for her great customer service. Very attentive employee which is rare nowadays. They had no chocolate chip cookies. I asked her if they had any even though it was late. She said, "no", but it would only take her 10-15mins to bake some.
