There were no sauce cups or medium lids, the women's bathroom looked like someone kicked the door in and stole the toilet seat; maybe the thief that nabbed the toilet seat is the same person who destroyed the condiment area. Today I went to the Wendy's in Miami Gardens on 27th Avenue and 181st Street. I ordered a double burger with fries and a strawberry Fanta. The restaurant had just opened and I was in the drive through for 12 minutes waiting on my order. The servers didn't have any sense of urgency. Once I got home I noticed the French Fries tasted like they were recooked and old. The burger seemed fresh. The burger consists of lettuce, tomato, onions, mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, cheese , bread and two burgers. The restaurant was clean on the outside. read more

Absolutely the dirtbag of all Wendy's. I drove up to the restaurant on Saturday morning just before 8.00 AM. I did not want to use the drive through so I tried to enter the dining room. I absolutely predicted what was going to happen. I knew that when I pulled the door to open it, it would be locked. So, before I did that, I checked the sign on the door which clearly stated the dining room hours on a Saturday begin at 7 AM. I confirmed and guess, what? The doors were all locked. Can you imagine, a site with normally low traffic would simply drive away Saturday morning breakfast goers by locking the doors? Who the hell manages this business and what the bloody hell is wrong with them? Do they know that their employees are blocking customers from entering by locking the doors? Also, as a place of business with employees inside, how is it legal to lock marked exits. There is no fire department in the country that allows restaurants to lock their doors when occupants are inside. Last week, I had a similar experience at the Wendy's on SR 7 in Miami Gardens, as well. I drove up to the drive through at about 7.30 AM on Saturday morning. This time, I did not want to dine in. So, I used the drive through. When I got there, I was the only person in the restaurant or in the drive through. The order taker was so busy with a conversation he was having inside that I could hear him having over the PA system, that he asked me three times to wait. So, instead, I drove away and went to Chik-Fil-A in Miami Lakes, instead. If the goal of Wendy's is to put these two Miami Gardens restaurants out of business by driving away customers, more power to them and they have the skills to accomplish this task immediately. So during Covid times it's important that we all wear mask I feel it's especially important for fast food workers to wear a mask as they are preparing the customers food. I was sadly disappointed when I pulled up and I saw at least two people not wearing their mask properly, very disgusting. I didn't want to get the employees face clearly but as you can see she's wearing her mask on her chin. Not only that, I saw someone preparing the fries with a mask on the chin as well. I'm not normally one to refer a fast food joint; standards are already pretty low. But today I was inspired! When I heard the sweet voice coming over the intercom as I pulled up, I did a double take to ensure I was where I thought I was. In Miami, friendly service at a drive-thru is about as common as people using their turn signals. And this woman was super sweet! The service was also efficient, and her coworker was lovely too. I take my hat off to these people, who work in a stressful, thankless, at times miserable job day in and day out for a day's pay that most of us piss away in a single meal. Taking pride in your job and doing whatever that is with integrity is called class, and these employees have it. My guilty pleasure (chicken sandwich) was more delicious than I remember it being. The fries were fresh but since I prefer them a little more crispy I'm leaving off a star. All of my food was half cooked, they're was these nuggets that were fried together. Anyone who works with food know those (food cooked together) are no good and if you take the nuggets apart the inside is not going to be fully cooked. This is so sad and very unpleasant, I couldn't even enjoy my lunch break, I couldn't eat that. Also the burger taste weird and I brought one to my coworker he's the one that addressed it. Let me start by expressing that Wendy's has always been known for great quality food and service. This has to be the worst location. Let's begin with the staff the manager can not control her young/ immature team. Customer piled up as simple orders went in and still incompetent to complete them. Lowdly laughing in the background even more disgusting to keep hearing the manager beg her staff to please do there job smh. I go inside because I like my food cooked fresh and I don't order four 4 Fours so I don't mind going in for what I pay for. I hate when a person act like they understand your order and then still fall short. After I left with cold fries, two sloppy Bacanators, forgot to give me my frosty! When I got home I pulled up the number and called a total of 22 times while every call someone picked up or forwarded and hung up. I am not the average customer and I will see this through. I am contacting corporate, I am returning for a full refund, I will leave reviews as many as I can, and Moving forward this location will be featured in many announcements of this distasteful service and ill mannered employees. Also when I returned to get my frosty which was told to me there wouldn't be an up charge well it was of .30 cents , why is this important? I rather spent 70 more cents for a frosty on the side and kept my order as is. However as I entered the new guest said she must have a circus in the back they don't even know how to salt fries. You get one star because the girl at the window was very nice. I ordered a Diet Coke and a Grilled chix wrap. What I got was a very strange tasting Diet Coke, a chix wrap with a stale tortilla, some sort of hamburger that was sopping wet with grease that it stained the bag -and a ramekin of nacho cheese. There were no cars in front or in back of me. I really don't know what happened here... I was starving so I ate the chix from the wrap - and threw out the rest. I ended up drinking the Diet Coke - as I was speeding towards I-95 - and not going to turn around - and it seriously was the first time I have ever eating Wendy's and felt dirty afterwards.
