And since that initial order, I've gone to them about 3-4 times! They are a "smash burger" concept. I ordered their "Bricked Single", a single patty hamburger with american cheese, satueed onions, and their signature sauce. When you first sink your teeth on that burger, you get the taste of everything! The melted american cheese, the crispiness of the edges of the smashed patty, the juiciness of the center, their delicious bun, it might be a potato bun. I am a definite fan. It is a great patty, simple, but great! It really tastes like a fresh homemade burger. You don't get that slumped feeling afterwards. I also got an order of their french fries; they taste similar to a McDonalds fry but with a different cut, and to me, that is a compliment because I love them! Sometimes you just want a little McDonald's salty french fry moment with a non-ultra processed delicious smashed burger. You can now get that combo at Bricked Burgers (lol). I will say on some occasions their French fries were over-fried and had an old oil taste, I hope they've since fixed that problem. Nonetheless, if you want a good smash burger in the Kendall area, try them out!

They serve smash burgers so the patties are thin (for those that don't like those kinds of burgers). I got to try a French Onion Soup Burger that was a burger if the month, which changes every month. That burger was delectable! They had sweet caramelized onions on it, a special sauce, and French Onion soup on the side to dunk it in. The staff there is also very nice and they helped me explore the menu a bit and recommended that burger to me. I'm not a huge fan of smash burgers but this place made me change my mind. I'm all about flavor when it comes to my food and this place didn't disappoint. Some people might say it's not worth the price but I think the taste can make them change their mind. Make sure to try their burger of the month because once it's gone it's gone!

Classic split hotdog, had awesome flavor, which they were bigger (maybe i was just too hungry). I really enjoyed hem, they were exactly what we wanted. Also ordered a side of Mac and cheese bites and i really loved the big macaronis that were inside, the cheese flavor in those was really nice and it comes with a spicy aioli on the side that turned it up a notch. I love spice so that was a great side dish for the hot dogs. These hotdogs do stand out to me in comparison with other chain Hispanic spots that offer this, i can't wait to be back and order the same thing!

Overall, if youre craving at burger and find yourself in Shoma, i guess you dont really have another option. But the service alone would stray me away from eating here. We ordered bacon burgers with fries. They also have cheeseburgers and other toppings to choose from from the menu. You can replace the burger with chicken if you want. There are two vegan options too, good call, by the way--also, tequeños and different flavored chicken wings, and fries with cheese, or onions or bacon are available to order too. In the parking lot, there are a few small tables if you want to eat there or wait for your order. We chose to sit and eat there. We were not missing the experience of people-watch in Miami! We were there for 40 minutes, and cars stopped all the time. There was even a line at some point. So, the burgers were very tasty, right-sized, nothing overdone. The fries were okay too.
