Bad service at the drive thru and rude staff. I have been there many times when it opened and it was great. The drive thru staff can't understand what you say or chooses not to understand. I have gotten home a few times with a completely different order. They need to improve customer service. Look at Chic filet and get some pointers. read more

Came here because my sons got one of those free kids meal tickets and coming in it was very nice. The cashier to the manager was all very nice and accommodating, they explained how the tickets worked. Now to the food; it was really good. I had the chicken Caesar salad. It was very filling. Kept saying, I need to try that new burger place. The location is south of the palmetto expressway & on 57th Ave / Red Road. Guess what ? Well to my surprise, it was delicious. The walkup counter gives you a sitting bench to wait for your food or you will be notified at your table by the pager they give you, when your cooked to order food is ready. Ambiance is really clean. There is a condiment bar that add some peppers to enhance your burger. The FF were also made when your burger is made, nice hot & fresh. The double beef & cheese smash type beef burger with lots of condiments, price to burgers, beats all other local competitors. I ordered a cobb salad and all sauces were missing. I called and they did not offered any solution but to call UBER eats that is not at fault because the food comes close. In a nutshell, I paid $20 dollars to eat it during lunch time at my job and I have to wait until I get home to eat a salad that I paid for with horrible customer service. I've been hit with so many commercials for The Habit Burger Grill that I was really hoping to see their little charcoal character. The idea is that they grill their burgers with charcoal, and while they do start with fire charcoal, the burgers end up on a regular grill after just a few seconds. Unfortunately, I was not a fan of the burger itself. The patty was small and the flavors were very bland. The lettuce wasn't very fresh and was too cold for the burger. Now, the Parmesan french fries are a different story. They were amazing--perfectly crisp with fresh Parmesan that added great texture. Honestly, I think I'd come back just for the fries. I do wish they had more Parmesan in the middle of the fries, though. The service was fast, almost too fast. But with patties that thin, it makes sense. I think my order was done in about three minutes. This location has decent seating, but the layout is awkward with a lot of unused space and weird placement for drinks and condiments. Plus, I didn't like that I had to ask for mayo instead of it being available as a condiment. All in all, I likely won't be coming back here. All those happy faces in the commercials with the charcoal guy really fooled me. read more

This is a relatively new spot in my area and I always pass by it so I decided to give it a shot. Unfortunately, it was a huge disappointment and waste of time + money. I ordered 2 burgers with cheese and when I got home and bit into mine I immediately knew something was wrong. The texture was odd and the meat was very undercooked. Now, if I was at a nice restaurant and my burger came out slightly undercooked I'd probably look past it.... But at a fast food spot? I can't. It's not like I'm spending $2 at McDonald's so I expect a little more than what I got. I then had to drive all the way back and I didn't even get offered anything for the inconvenience of undercooked food and not being able to enjoy my food with my fam. With no offense to this chain, but every time I would drive by one of these I would ask myself who would eat there when you have a McDonald's or a BK in every other block, but now I get it. My husband wanted a burger but not a fast food burger and this place was the only place on sight so we went in. He ordered the Original Double Char with Parmesan Garlic fries. Now, let me just say that I was skeptical but now I'm a believer... he gave me a bite of that burger and it was delicious! Exactly how I like my burgers- juicy and sloppy but firm at the same time (if that makes sense? Yesterday after going to the mechanics I decided to go to The Habit since I've never been. I've heard about them for years and I finally went because they finally opened a location somewhat close, still far but close. I went to the drive thru, thank goodness they have one because I did not want to get out of my car. When I arrived at the drive thru, I was looking at their somewhat large menu and settled with their regular char burger w/ cheese (90¢). I didn't get any fries this time around and not to mention I got my burger well done. I took my burger home, and ate it, it was good not great. I think my mistake was taking it home and not eating it as soon as I received it because my burger got a bit cold. I would have given it a 4 star but had to give it 3 stars, they over did it with the white stuff (mayo). I do not like when my burgers/sandwich are drenched in sauce, it makes it inedible. I cannot tell you what the inside looks like, as I said before I went to the drive thru. I will visit again and try something else. Until then, Later! read more

Newish place that opened very close to my house and I've passed it numerous times omw to Chick Fil A. Sometimes we have blinders on and don't stop to look around and give another spot a chance. I decided to do that tonight and I wasn't disappointed. I ordered from the parking lot and it was ready in 8 mins, which is really fast IMO. We ordered an impossible burger, a regular burger and a kids chicken nugget meal. The kids meal sized nuggets are pretty big which to me, is a plus.. They're not tiny whatsoever. The impossible burger was great as was the regular burger according to my mom. We also ordered 2 strawberry shakes.. those were FANTASTIC!! I ordered sans the whipped cream and the shake wasn't too sweet and fake tasting. I went in with low expectations to be honest, but was very pleasantly surprised. When I walked in to the restaurant to pick up my order, I was greeted right away by a young lady with a smile on her face.. it's a rarity these days so this was refreshing. I was handed my food by, the manager I believe.. also, very nice and friendly. I'm glad that I gave Habit a shot and can add them to my list of spots close to home where we can grab a good bite when we don't feel like cooking! Great food hot and fresh. That being said seems on both occasions I have been there it's a fry issue. First time way over salted second time now wayyyy under done, flat greasy and not crispy at all. My burger #2 char burger with cheese, was very small in beef size , not my first time ordering this, and super wet and soggy leaving the bun on the bottom layer soaked with the lettuce mixture.
