When I first walked into the place, it took a couple of minutes to be helped/greeted. It was nice to see that the interior had been updated. However, they were out of many drink options on the Freestyle machine and the fries were cold. They didn't seem that busy so I'm not sure what the issue was. read more

Had i went to the Wendy on Breiel Blvd instead I would have been charged $3.60 for the two sandwiches because of the 2 for $3 breakfast sandwich deal and adding a slice of cheese for each sandwich and $2.49 for the drink. Instead my sandwiches cost me $8.18 which is more than double what I should have been charged. Attempted to contact the store a couple times before 1pm and got no answer. When I called again around 5pm I was told that the only manager that could issue a refund had been in earlier that day but would not be in again until Monday. I can't believe I'm leaving a review on a Wendy's but the service was so bad, so here I am. Came to the drive through at 4:30pm on a Thursday and was the only car in line. No one greeted me at intercom and I sat there for an embarrassingly long time. So I drove around and saw employees through the window. I figured maybe the intercom was broken so I went inside instead. There was no one at the counter so I called to the back and asked if they were open. An employee finally came up to the front to take my order, no smile, no greeting. They looked like they hated their job and couldn't care less about providing food service. The food I received was barely warm enough to be considered fresh. The soda machine was out of ice. Whoever the manager is of this place needs to step up their game. I will not be back. read more

Not only is this the worst Wendy's ever, it's probably the worst fast food restaurant of all time. The managers and staff could care less. The owners should be ashamed and either fix it or shut this place down. I ordered a $12 Asiago chicken meal through the drive thru and the sandwich I received has less than half a piece of chicken on it. You could actually see where they tore the chicken in half. Took the sandwich back in to speak with Manager and her and all the employees said they didn't make and didn't know who did. Then the manager and employees all just laughed about the situation. What we ordered was not what we got. We were 2 adults and 2 kids. I didn't get my sandwich, my granddaughter didn't get her chicken nuggets. She had ordered a big box with ghost ranch. Her fries had the ghost ranch dumped on them! We ordered 2 medium frosties and one with a kids meal. We received 3 juniors. The door was locked as the dining room was closed so if we wanted to get it right, we'd have to wait in line for the drive through again. The employees in terms of friendliness are nice but Jesus Christ the food service is AWFUL. I asked for a JBC with ONLY pickle and onion. The first time I got it was made regularly, the second time no pickle. I also asked for bacon cheese fries with no shredded cheese. I got them with a mountain of shredded cheese and burnt till black bacon. When I asked for a remake on that they said that's the bacon they have. This Wendys is so hit or miss. You can go one day and have the freshest food, go the nest and have the coldest fries and chicken sandwiches which I don't understand cause they always have a line. Dave (Thomas) must be rolling in his grave. Ever since the guy died, his previously decent fast food restaurant has gone to pot. My husband and I pulled into this one in Middletown for a quick bite while on a little road trip. My order was a disaster. I ordered a single with lettuce, tomato, onion, and mayo. When I unwrapped the sandwich there was cheese on it. I took it up to the counter and explained the error. A nice kid took the sandwich and took my order again. I waited a few minutes for my sandwich and returned to my table. I opened it up and it looked okay. After eating a while, I bit into a pickle and then found some ketchup. DO YOU RECALL MY ORDER INVOLVING PICKLES OR KETCHUP????? The pickles were okay and there wasn't enough ketchup to make me barf so I ate it. Additionally, the french fries I shared with my husband were old old old - lukewarm. I will NEVER go back to this Wendy's and probably won't go to any other one. read more

Where do I begin. The first problem was when I handed the Wendy's employee, (we will call her Jenny) Jenny, my credit card at the first window to pay for the what I thought was going to be a satisfying dinner for my loving family. Little did I know, I was gravely mistaken. Upon handing the plastic card of payment to Jenny, I waited for the process of payment to be fulfilled but gazing through the sliding glass window I witness an attack on my payment card being assaulted with multiple vigorous swipes upon the machine. I was in awe as Jenny held onto my payment card and said to me that something was wrong with my card. I responded that it was not possible as I just used my card at another vendor close by. Jenny preceded to swipe my card multiple times and suddenly my cellular device starts to ring. I checked my device as my card continued to be molested. It was an emergency alert from my financial institution relaying a message that my card has been charged countless times for a food company. I put a halt to the six minutes of suffering to my card and relayed to Jenny I would just use cash and end this madness. CHAPTER 2: THE SECOND WINDOW As I pulled forward to the second window to finally end this journey and receive my food I was greeted by a vacant window. I sat there in my motor vehicle in a state of prostration as another three minutes went by until I was finally greeted with bags that held my food. I was handed all my food hatefully and desperate to finally feed my starving kin. I arrived home with my family and we all sat down and prayed to baby Jesus for what we believed was going to be a delicious meal. I opened my bacon cheeseburger to learn that the bread could only be described by the Mohs scale of a hardness level of 2.5. Then I witnessed the gloom grey cloud of sadness engulf my family as the two apple pecan salads lacked any pecans, the main part of the name of the salad. Then I hear that the fries were not just soggy but overly salted. Not one member of my beautiful family had a good dinner tonight. I as a father am disappointed and feel that the blame has been placed upon me for this Wendy's fiasco. Wendy's has always been one of our favorite drive thru restaurants to dine at but today I am gravely upset by this locations lack of quality. I went through the drive thru for a quick dinner for the family. It was cold and i was in a hurry to get home so i didnt check the bag. But surprisingly when i got home the order was exactly what we wanted! I mean come on, how many times do drive thru restaurants forget half your order?
