The customer service is horrible at this location. I ordered through the Wendy's app and waited in the drive thru line to receive my food only to realize that the app did not accept the large dri k I had oreded. I asked if I could pay the difference to make the drink a large instead of a small and was told that I could order a medium drink to make up the difference $3 +. Then when I got home and looked at the amount of fries in my large cartons, I might as well have ordered mediums. RIDICULOUS!!! read more

Service was horrible, I ordered ahead and it took 30 minutes. Food was pretty good all thing considered. For ambiance, there was a homeless women named Jennifer who had been here for 3 days. Very unprofessional!!!! My mom went back to let them know they gave us the wrong item. We wasn't gone 2 mins and the manager had a whole attitude about when the employees the one made the mistake. We were steady telling him to look at the receipt and still acting confused. Then gave the sandwich we ordered and talking about he apologized for that. Don't make no sense to catch attitudes with customers when they did nothing wrong and they wonder why most customers get attitudes back. Need to have employees that have better attitudes. read more

I'm only giving them 2 stars because the food was hot...I specifically asked for a single combo with no mayo, lettuce or pickles. After i get home 15 minutes away and open my food guess what I have? Absolutely the worst Wendy's I've been to. The employee working the window had his back to me the entire service and handed me my drinks while facing away. He was annoyed I asked for a drink carrier for 4 drinks. I guess I was suppose to hold them and drive. The fries were cold. I was not provided a receipt. Just absolutely horrible. I actually agree with ALL of the posted reviews. 3.14.24 I was there at 11:30....i was the only one in line, and there were about 8-10 people in the dining room. like Wendy's fries, but I hate those little packs of ketchup. I asked if they would replace the ketchup pump, and they offered me packages. I stated I really don;t like those packets, can you replace the ketchup pump (I was eating dine in).... the woman at the counter said they would not, and I told her that I was asking her to take care of her business, but she wanted to be rude to me. Then the cash register lady headed to the back, this other lady at the counter yelled out (maybe to manager) that I wanted them to stop everything they are doing to get ketchup.... The customer service here is veryyyyyyyyyy slow, and the place is dirty. Not only is the building dirty, but SOME employees too. Tell me why i saw a girl with space buns handle money with her gloves on, and then go BACK to assembling burgers, nuggets, etc. with those SAME gloves. She would also occasionally use her bare hands and touch the food when putting it in the wendy's bag. When I eventually got my food, the nuggets and fries were stale and cold, and I had to throw my burger away because that girl wanted to make it with dirty hands. Literally do not come here. This business will close their dining room just because they don't feel like taking care of dine in customers. It's rude and unprofessional. If you DoorDash from here, expect a lengthy wait and do not blame your Dasher. The store refuses to allow Dashers inside to pick up their order and refuses to bring the order out to the car, despite the order being ready. So not only will your Dasher be waiting in the drive-thru for over 25 minutes, but your food will be cold as well. This location will take advantage of DoorDash orders. I have had multiple orders messed up by this Wendy's. Todays order went like this.... My Coke was barely over half full when I got it. I ordered a Baconator with no ketchup and add pickles. I got a "Baconator" with ketchup and mayo....no bacon and no pickles. How do you forget bacon on the BACONATOR....literally says it in the name. Usually I wouldn't go out of my way for this kind of thing but this actually made me mad this time. I think these employees do not care at all. Restaurant nasty employees don't care very slow service I won't waste my time stopping their again

They have the most unbelievably bad work ethic and service! As stated in another review, we could see an employee eating at a table near the window, while all of us were WAITING to order, I say that because there was a line of cars all the way out into the road on 74... so waiting, only to be told by the car in front of us they said that they are closed!!!! They actually expected every car in line to back out of that tight squeeze without hitting the curbs? That would have been impossible!! We were stuck behind three cars still waiting to get their food. Mind you, it was only 9:00 and they are supposed to stay open for another hour. Their employees are lazy, did not want to work, and just wanted to close up and go home! The times we are in today is where people are allowed to do whatever they damn well please and there are no consequences, because they know they'll have a job in the morning, or if and when they feel like coming in!! read more

Girl tonight 10/12 at the drive thru had a major attitude problem. She gave me the wrong food and somehow it was my fault? She went off about how there were multiple orders with the same first name so I should have told her the last name initial.... I'm sorry how was I supposed to know you had multiple orders with the same name. That's your job to ask me what the last name is... anyways she continued to stay mad and talk about me to her coworkers while I was still there waiting for my order. Then she was so bothered she had someone else give me my order because she just couldn't do it. I was so embarrassed for her. I get it places are short staffed and obviously struggling... but that was just ridiculous. I went through the drive threw today while ordering food for my family and had a terrible experience. I ordered the food and everything went fine. I received my food and asked for some extra ketchup. The woman handed me the extra ketchup then I checked the bag. As I was driving away she opened the window and said, fucking bitch as I drove away. I just wanted to see why we hadn't been served (it had been 56 minutes, our name was never called & about 15 people who came in after us were seated/eating). Went to this Wendys on Sunday at 530 in the afternoon,it was very unorganized ,very dirty,parking lot was full of trash,all around unappealing. Waited in line over 5 mins while cashier was helping fix food and take money was only 3 customers there,and the other help was working in kitchen with hooded sweatshirts on, Not very professional at all. In June of 2020 I ordered a large taco salad at the drive through and upon arriving home found they had given me a half salad. I should have checked the order at pickup window, but assumed they were competent. I decided to try again in July. This time I ordered two salads (1 taco & 1 other) but placed order online & prepaid with CC to save time, at set a pick up time of 6:30 pm. I arrived promptly at 6:30 pm and at drive through speaker I advised I was picking up an online order, gave my name, and was told they did not have an order for me. I insisted they check again, and after a few minutes they found the order. I get to the pick up window and the server could not find my order. I again advised it was an online order and after another few minutes, they found my order. After all the delays and confusion, I failed to check the order at drive through and upon arriving home found they had not provided the cup of chili for the taco salad. When I tried to call the store to discuss with the manager, the phone gives an announcement that you cannot leave a message as there is no voice mail set up. Since they don't answer the phone, there is no way to complain or advise them of the errors in their performance. This particular Wendy's store consistently has incompetent staff. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THAT YOU TRY ONE OF THE MANY OTHER FAST FOOD ESTABLISHMENTS WITHIN MINUTES OF THIS LOCATION. THIS STORE DOES NOT CARE ABOUT THE PERFORMANCE QUALITY OF STAFF. read more
