My husband and I stopped in after seeing a sign that they have the #1 burger. My husband got the classic charburger and said it was good, especially the char on the bun. He also got fries, which tasted good but they weren't crispy. I got the Cobb salad with grilled chicken and ranch. The quality of the chicken and ingredients was very good and the ranch was fantastic. Tried the blue wave milkshake, but the tropical flavor was more subtle than I was hoping. After waiting a few months since opening we gave this place a whirl. Service was prompt and friendly and our food was delivered quickly and as ordered for dine in. Ordered a Char burger with cheese and the Teriyaki burger with fries. Both the burgers were messy to eat with the buns failing about halfway through. Fries were hot and delicious. Surprisingly, the store was not very clean and needed a good scrubbing. For $20 I'd rather spend my dollars for local fare. This restaurant is a habit I'll not likely develop. First time trying this place. The burger was alright. I was expecting more based on the price. I could have gotten the same quality for cheaper at another fast food place. Also, service was very slow in the drive thru. Our food wasn't ready even though we ordered ahead of time and was told via text it was ready. I'm giving this overall 3 stars as it was pretty average for an above average price. The saving grace was the milkshake as it was very good. I would come back just for the milkshakes. read more

Went thru the drive thru about an hour ago. Ordered the Santa Barbara, was not told they were out of avocado. Asked for the fries to be barely salted. Fries were so overly salted, we threw them out. We were not given a receipt for our order. Feel like that was deliberate so we would not have an order number to complain. This is not the first bad order from this location. Absolute disappointment. I waited to write this review but now I've Been here twice and both times the food was an expensive waste. This restaurant isn't even a month old and the quality is already a huge issue. This time got the Santa Barbara Cobb salad and it came with the wrong dressing, no blue cheese or egg and brown avocado. The chicken tastes like it was just defrosted from a bag of frozen chicken and the grated lettuce is more white than green. It wasn't worth $6, let alone $12. My partners burger was fine but nothing worth remembering and certainly NOT going to become a habit, especially when the best burgers in town are right across the street. If this location is going to survive, it's going to need employees who care about quality or at least a supervisor who is paying attention to what is going out the door. This is one habit you don't want to break especially when it comes to their delicious charbroiled burgers. Took my whole class to work on living skills. The staff was great to work with and so patient with special needs kids. We took over most of the table area so I felt bad, but it was all very clean. First time visiting. Saw the restaurant as a sponsored ad and it looked great. Noticed it had a 2.5 star rating with only 2 reviews for what seemed to be ridiculous things to deduct points for. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout the visit, even stopping to ask how things were and if they could get us anything. Nice music and clean environment. I chose to stick with their classic #2 double cheeseburger, fries, and a drink. The burger patty itself was cooked to perfection. A beautiful balance of being cooked completely, charred for flavor, and still juicy enough to need a handful of napkins on standby. Lettuce, Tomato, pickles, and mayo are all pretty standard, but the real treat to die for is the grilled onions. Also, just to mention, I would make a trip back JUST for the Wild Berry Acai Limeade. As far as things I didn't like, the burger was right on the edge of being too salty to eat. The incredible flavors going on in this burger are just being masked by salt but should be able to shine on their own. It was shocking to me that the bun was also cold, but it still tastes just as great. Even though there were a few things I was not fond of, overall, I had an incredible time and devoured my food. I was shocked to see that the combo was almost $16, considering that I ordered a burger, fries, and drink. I received my meal and returned home to eat it. I have been to the Monroe, NC location 6 times now. I thought I may have found my new go to place. Chicken clubs and burgers have been great. I always get a salad or 2 for later meals. They have been great...until today. On Saturday Feb 10th, I stopped by around 1pm and got a chicken club and a a Santa Barbara Cobb salad. These cost $10. There was no egg and avocado was brown. First time here and we will certainly return. We had the house char burgers, they are grilled with onions. The onion rings are excellent and served with ranch on request. The beverage choices include several fresh options we enjoyed the strawberry limeade. After reading the reviews, I will say that they definitely stepped up their game. I came here with my family and got a custom charbuger. I added avocado and bacon so it was more expensive but super worth it. I will say that the floors are super slippery in the restrooms. Seems like they were newly polished. Service was good aswell!
