I really wanted a blue cheese salad, I decided to try Wendy's pecan and blue cheese salad. I went through the drive through, got all the way home on the other side of town to realize they forgot the blue cheese. I drove all the way back, didn't get any sorry for the inconvenience, and was given this tiny cup of blue cheese. I asked for an additional, especially to compensate for my time, and was told it would be an additional charge and "lady I don't make the rules." No one was cleaning tables, no one was refilling supplies because bless their hearts they couldn't keep up behind the counter. Gross. The food and the restaurant. We stopped in for a very late meal, about 9pm, along our road trip. There was one other couple in the restaurant, so they weren't busy. Fried foods were chewy, probably old, but it's fast food so whatever. Dining area was really dirty - somebody's leftover fries sitting on the wall between tables, napkins laying around, tables not wiped off. There was plenty of staff and not many patrons, and hours since dinner rush, plenty of time to clean. The really awful part was the bathroom we tried to use on the way out, but decided to hit the gas station down the street instead. Feces all over the toilet and the floor. Absolutely nasty. We used Clorox wipes on our shoes before getting back in our car because we likely walked in it just going in and out of the bathroom. So. Gross. read more

Holy rude. Just wanted sweet tea and burgers and a small frosty. Wellllllll they apparently don't Brew sweet tea inside the restaurant and when I asked the cashier for sugar for my unsweetened tea she said "No, don't have it." Jaws dropped in line and I laughed and she said "not up here!" The exchange continued for a few more excruciating and mind boggling minutes. I got sugar. God Bless. The saving grace is the wonderful food. The burgers were amazing and the salad was super fresh and crisp. LOVED the food. Took awhile but came out correct and although we had to ask for everything (usually you get asked if you want sauce with nuggets or whatever) and the service was so awful people actually left, it deserves more than 1 star. Went there for lunch lobby closed 5 cars in drive through waited 15 min line did not move at all and couldn't wait any longer I only have a 30min lunch so nothing like eating out of a snack machine working a 12-hour shift .You would think since the lobby is closed they would be able to accommodate the drive-thru but since they can't why are they open. The floor was sticky with grease, we had to wipe off our own table, the sandwiches had sad little half pieces of wilted lettuce, the bathrooms had no soap or paper towels, the counters were covered in month old slime, and even the doors and windows were disgusting and looked like they hadn't been cleaned in years. I've been to this Wendy's a few times and usually food and service wise it's pretty consistent with most other Wendy's. However I went there a few weeks ago and got a few things including a chili. The chili was a consistency of something that had been sitting on a heat source so long where 80% of the liquid had evaporated so it was literally like moist dog food you buy in a can. The fact that some human being would even serve that and think it was ok is even more disturbing. By the time I noticed it, I was already miles down the road on I-80 so I didn't go back. I can guarantee you I won't be going back to this Wendy's. read more

This restaurant used to run well, but for some reason it now takes 40 minutes to go through the drive thru everytime I go. After waiting so long you'd think they could remember to put everything in the bag. Employees seem to be just as frustrated as the customers. I asked my son to get me a double cheeseburger with bacon and some fries. He brought home a baconater because, he said, "they didn't know what I was talking about". The sandwich was luke warm and the fries were ICE cold. He also brought 2 double cheeseburgers that were cold. Cheese not even melted. My family loves Wendy's, but this one in particular had horrible service! They got 2 out of 3 hamburgers in our order wrong, and they were simple orders (plain just ketchup, plain just cheese). We waited forever to order even though the line wasn't long. Then we waited forever for our food once ordered. They prepared it for dining in even though we asked for it TO GO and the slip said TO GO. The line eventually snaked all the way to the door.
