Have went to this location twice this week and both times my chicken sandwich has been undercooked and chewy.

Food is normally decent for fast food. However I stopped by tonight and the food was not good. I was looking forward to the chili and it was clearly old. I could almost turn it upside down and it not dump out. Gross! read more

I live in Mount Orab, and I normally love Wendy's salads and Frosties. I do not get either anymore at this restaurant. I have to drive down the road to get fresh food made consistently. Just got chili with NO MEAT in it. It's CHILI!! Took it back and the manager woman who dished it out did not acknowledge the mistake or apologize. I asked for a refund. She made no attempt to fix things. The frosties are always soupy. The salads are sometimes fresh and made correctly and other times old and not made correctly. Getting a salad with wilty greens and soft apples stained by cranberries with no blue cheese crumble is aggravating, because you cannot discover the mistakes until you get home. When they're fresh and made correctly, they're great. There's a much better Wendy's about 12-15 minutes down the road towards Cincinnati. Stop there instead. Date of visit: May 2022 read more

Well let's begin ... ordered 2 burgers with no lettuce surprise got lettuce , next ordered 2 Dave's doubles no ketchup or mayonnaise surprise got that as well ... large chili , bacon cheese baked potato no problem with those .. then they didn't have any tomatoes not a problem with that either.. all in all food was good.. If you come here from the McDonald's across the street, just go back to the McDonald's line, even if it wraps around the building. The Wendy's menu is not well-displayed, so if you have children, they will not be able to see it from the ordering speaker because it blocks half the menu. read more

Back in the day, home cooking was hard to come by and I used to eat fast food all the time. ALL THE TIME. That has changed, and I can say that I've eaten out maybe 5 times in the past 6 months. I'm not much of a fan of fast food anymore. This is your typical Wendy's restaurant. I reviewed the Bethel location previously, saying that during the day the food is hot and fresh, and late at night, it seems like it's been sitting around. I have yet to try this one late at night, but anytime that I've gotten food from here it's always been hot, fresh and delicious. But that's not the reason that I'm writing this review. A few days ago, I got a mailer from Wendy's saying that this location now serves breakfast, and it came attached with a coupon to try it for free. If anybody knows me, I won't pass up anything with the word free attached to it. The breakfast actually wasn't too bad. It came with an Artisan Egg Sandwich, sausage, egg, cheese, and hollandaise sauce on a artisan bun, served with wedge style home fries, and a drink. It's interesting to see how this will work out...the only fast food breakfast we have out here is McDonald's and Arby's. Will Wendy's deliver? read more

Went through the drive thru yesterday afternoon, car in front of me was told that she would be right with them, after what seemed like a couple minutes, the driver ask if she was ready for his order at which time she took the order, I pull up and am told she would be right with me, so I look at the clock and after a minute of waiting I ask if she was ready to take my order. In a very rude tone I was told " No Sir, you will have to wait!" I left and promise I will never return to that location again. read more

Wow, after a very disappointing visit during the summer, l decided to give this place another chance tonight. What a difference! I didnt have time to check my watch, ordered and had my correct and complete order in record time. The woman who took my order was quick and precise! The drive thru is in need of serious help... Ordered a Chicken sandwich with a side order of chili... she asked if I would like to make it a combo with adding a drink.. I replied yes, wanted a large tea... Ordered 2 orders of chicken nuggets with side order of chili's... ordered a few other things.. when I get to the window I ask him to repeat the order, the price seemed low and was afraid that they forgot something... guess what.. the chicken sandwich and chili was not on there... (the tea was) . He said chicken nuggets with no sauce.. No I wanted honey mustard... He said I ordered a mellow yellow.. no, I wanted a large diet mt dew.. ( you would think the girl taking the order would have said we have mellow yellow)... they don't have mt dew.. I said ok, then make it a diet coke... Get to the next window and checking my food, and the guy in the back ground tells the other girl I got everything that I added... rude.... I didn't add anything.. I was just trying to get everything that I had ordered.. if they would have done the order correctly, I would not have had to add anything... after I pulled away... I checked again.. I didn't get the honey mustard and I didn't get the large black coffee that I ordered.. I did get a mellow yellow AND a diet coke... didn't get a receipt. ( I would think it would be common practice to give a receipt or at least ask if you want one..) so couldn't really check to see what I was charged for.. this is not a one time thing here.. this is happening quite often.... read more
