This location is one of the best spots to dine in. The inside is bigger, clean and love the contemporary look. They just launched the chicken chili and I'm very excited to try it. We sat down and were waited right away by Grant. He was very down to earth and attentive. We didn't have to look at the menu and were ready to order. Ordered: For me: -Chili cheese fries w/ chicken chili -Cheese coney w/ chicken chili My Mr: -Regular 5-way w/ chicken chili and extreme habanero cheese -Cheese coney w/ regular chili and extreme habanero chili You can count on Skyline to get your food out right away. Less than 10 minutes and they were busy too! Wow! Love the chicken chili. Tasted like ground turkey but better! The flavor isn't as salty and less calories. Our plates were clean! It was that good! I'm surprised I hadn't been to this Skyline before since it's right on my way to work. Honestly, this is one of the nicest locations of the ones I've gone to so far. The building itself is pretty unique and big on the inside too. Not to mention very clean. The staff are all very friendly and welcoming too. My lady and I went on a Friday evening for dinner. Grant, our server, was excellent and very attentive. My lady ordered chili cheese fries and a cheese coney both with their new chicken chili. I ordered a 5-way with chicken chili and a cheese coney with regular chili both topped with extreme habanero cheese. Per usual, our food was ready very quickly, and everything was great. Both my lady and I enjoyed the new chicken chili. It definitely tastes leaner than the regular chili but I'm still a fan of that too. Service was terrible. We waited 20 minutes to even get someone to come over to our table, and another ten to get our food. The food was cold by the time we ate. The girl who served us was just talking with her coworkers the entire time, which I would no problem with except for the fact that we were waiting. I have never had a bad experience at skyline but this location has no idea how to actually provide good customer service. read more

Honestly this place fails to deliver every time. There are a few Skylines on Beechmont Ave. near this location and if I were you I'd go to one of them instead of this one. Soggy wraps, watery 3-5 Ways and the worst coneys in Cincy are well under my expectation. Plus don't get me started on the service. I started to eat my chili cheese fries before realizing that I had just paid $8.09 for this... Prices on everything have gone up lately, but this is a pretty sad representation of what used to be a reasonable amount of fries. Since it was to go I guess they did t consider it important. The fact that I haven't reviewed Skyline Chili as a Cincinnati native is criminal! I've been to Skyline a ton of times in my life and it never disappoints. Visiting from out of town this time was like a homecoming of sorts and it tasted just like home. This time around I got a small 5 Way, a couple of cheese coneys and smothered it all in the extreme habanero cheese. It's like a party in your mouth! Came here while on a work trip and decided that while I was in Ohio I has to see what chili on spaghetti was all about. I ordered the 4 way with onions. Now being from Texas I'm used to chili being quite savory and this chili is a bit different but still very tasty. You can taste the cinnamon and clove notes which makes for a slightly sweeter taste. This will always be my go to when I come home. If you're not from Cincinnati, aka the Nati, then you'll either love it or hate it. I won't judge because it can be an acquired taste. Let me give you a brief description of our chili. It's not like anything you have ever had. It's a Greek chili with hints of cinnamon, so it's not your typical Texas chili with or without beans. My go-to is a three way (chili, spaghetti noodles, and a heaping mound of cheese). You could also go with a four-way (chili, spaghetti, cheese, and onions or beans). A five way is - well you get the picture. I tend to do a 3-way and two cheese coneys. The coneys are miniature hotdogs and come on a light pillowy bun. The dogs are steamed then topped with chili and you guessed it - more cheese. I typically add onions, and hold the mustard. Wash it down with a sweat tea or Mountain Dew, and it's pure heaven. And don't forget about the oyster crackers. Pro-tip: I like to mash them up and at the end when eating a 3-way, so I can scoop up all the chili leftovers. Every time I go to this location it's gotten worse and worse. I'm pretty they've made a decision recently to skimp on the amount of chili. Not just this location either. Now they mix it in with the pasta to make it not as noticeable. It's almost all noodles and cheese at this point. If they keep it up, they're going to start loosing business. read more

What a great experience! After years of hearing all about Skyline Chili from locals, I finally decided to visit this location and try it, and it was superb! This particular restaurant is in a great area, and has plenty of parking, a new building with plenty of space, and clean as could be. Visited late on June 30, and had exceptional customer service from the staff. My server was just outstanding, as being a first-time customer, I had plenty of questions and debated my menu choices. She steered me to the original, and I absolutely loved it. Such a unique style of pasta with chili and oyster crackers on it. It was sensational, such a different meal, and perfectly served. Other staffers came over after my meal was over, and were so personable and professional. Got a t-shirt so i wouldn't forget, and they steered me to a local ice cream shop afterwards which was sensational. Overall, a great visit, and certainly won't be my last. read more

GO HERE. Trust me. I grew up in Chili country, but I no longer get to partake near as much as I would like to, as I live far away from that comfort. However, every so often I travel back to the chili homeland and dive in head first and Boy do I. My first 3 coneys was just a start, of course I had mustard and onion on them. Also, the only thing that I have ever had to drink at Skyline is a big glass of Mountain Dew. That combo brings great pleasure to my life and I can not imagine having to live without having taken part in it. I had a few more coneys and more Dew and was happy once more. If you haven't tried Skyline yet, you owe it to yourself to make the leap. It could change your life, the steamed dog and bun smothered in the chili with the cheese is heaven. I hate to say this as we have had many good meals here but the Buffalo chicken wrap was nearly inedible today. Drenched in a super hot Buffalo sauce, I had to quit partly through. Overpowering. Ugh. HOWEVER, every experience I've had with the drive thru ends up with missing items, incorrect items, etc. It's ridiculous how little they care in comparison to when you're inside. Probably the best skyline I've been to in Cincinnati, it's hard to say for sure because I've been to a lot of great ones! But lucky for me this one is close to home so I come here all the time and it's always on point! Very friendly staff who provide excellent service! I am a professional tournament fisherman and travel a lot, but I have one important tradition, Skyline is the last meal I have before I leave for a trip, and the first meal I have when I get back! Tried Skyline after the Saints vs Bengals game on Sunday. ALL of my friends from Cincinnati have raved about the chili. I'm not a chili fan, but I gave it a try. It was odd - but not bad. There is chocolate in their chili, which is not something I'm used to, as I am from the south. The meat reminded me of the flavor of potted meat, so that was also kind of odd to me because I definitely didn't expect to pick up on that flavor. This newly built Skyline is what modern meets rustic dreams are made of. The decor inside is perfect and home-y for a hometown eatery. Skyline is skyline. If you can't handle a good cheese coney or 4 way then see yourself to the door. However, if you're a true Cincinnatian (or a traveler with an open mind) I recommend stopping at this location. I'd never been to a Skyline like this before. It was HUGE. The dining area is just this huge open room with huge TV's throughout and an awful lot of seating. Though, even with as much seating as it had it was absolutely packed on an early Saturday afternoon. We were surprised that there wasn't a wait when we saw how many people were there. We were seated right away and greeted by a waitress almost immediately. Our waitress very nice and efficient. Our food was out in minutes exactly how we ordered it. As per usual, I order my normal cheese coney and cheese fries with melted Habanero cheese (I once again remembered to request it that way). Food was as good as it usually is. One thing that I noted though was that I bet the cheese coney's would be even better if they used a better quality hot dog. They seem to use like..cheap grocery store style ones. Imagine if they would use the quality of the hot dogs that even Sonic uses. Along with their superior chili and their superior cheese..it would be unbelievable. Nice new building lacking the food being in the bag. Visited the drive-thru to grab some dinner. Got home and they didn't put the cheese in the bag for my 4 way - extreme. What a bummer, Skyline with no cheese? Uh. Then check out the pic of those uncooked fries they passed me. So called them up and the person that answered the phone passed it to someone else. I told her that they didn't give me any cheese and uncooked fries. She replied "are you sure you're calling the right location?" I'm not sure how many Skyline's she passes on her way home, but I pass one. Just a very odd question and response. Good luck getting any cheese with that chili. read more
