An hour and a half here, mostly because their air conditioning was working and I needed to take one more work meeting today before I could be done with my day. This was mostly clean, mostly quiet and very comfortable. I grabbed a seat, placed my order on the Wendy's app, and got my laptop plugged in. A few minutes later, I was filling my sugar free lemonade and then biting into a Junior Cheeseburger Deluxe. Some tables needed cleaning and the floor needed a sweep. For some reason, my kids like it so I am forced to keep buying food here. I went this week and got two chilis. I asked the drive thru person handing me the food for some of the hot chili sauce which comes in a packet like the ketchup. She said it's in the bag. I knew right away it was most certainly NOT in the bag because this ain't my first rodeo with this Wendy's. I get home and guess what I got? Chili sauce for dipping nuggets, not for putting in chili. Absolutely do NOT under any circumstances leave the premises without checking your order. They get something wrong every. single. time. we go there. Also make sure to try your drinks before leaving. I went to this store a couple of weeks ago through the drive thru. When i got home with the meal there was no straw for the drink, no receipt and no crackers for the chili. After speaking with the store manager Rosa (Super nice lady) she told me to come in anytime while she was working and get a replacement meal on the house. I went back today and got the meal for free and she threw in a frosty to boot. I think Rosa is an excellent manager to take care of customers like this. I LOVE Wendy's their burgers are cooked to perfection and are always delicious ( and their not raw unlike Burger King) the fries are super good I really like the chicken nuggets but I have a fear of chicken so I don't get them that often but the chili is always super good and makes your throat feel super amazing because of how hot it is the drinks are amazing and if you want some good food I would recommend Wendy's:3 read more

Speedy service. Friendly staff. And the food was warm and freshly made!! Never had any issues with to go food from them. My fries were not soggy.....or at room temperature which I am grateful for. Definitely don't want soggy anything for breakfast before your coffee hits lol read more

I don't know what is up, but we got to Wendy's at 10:15 (they close at 11) because we had an online order that got confirmed, so we go to the drive through no answer. We waited for 5 minutes no answer still. So we go to the window. The girl is hiding and the rest of the workers are no where to be seen but there were 3 to 4 cars parked there. Then the manager is sitting in his car watching our every move so we asked are they closed and he goes uh uh yeah we close at 10 I don't know what you guys are seeing online. This place is a dump. You have to use the kiosk to order your food which was really slow. We wanted to pay in cash and went to the counter to pay. No one knew how to let us pay for our food. There were multiple flys in the food area. I would not recommend eating here. read more
