Bad Daddy's is hands down my favorite restaurant in Murfreesboro. Even though it's known for burgers, I almost always order Emilio's Chicken, and it's honestly my favorite item on the menu. If you're someone who doesn't always want a burger at a burger restaurant, it's definitely worth trying. Another menu item that surprised me was the deviled eggs. They're a unique twist on a classic appetizer and not something you see at most restaurants. The food is consistently good, the menu has a lot of variety, and it's one of the few places I keep coming back to without getting tired of it. Oversalted food! The burger patty was overcooked, salty, and crumbly instead of served as a medium well. I got the buttermilk bacon for my burger and it should only be served as a side or appetizer. The half slice of bacon is breaded so it is over an inch thick and there were 4 pieces on the patty. There is no way this could fit in a normal sized mouth if you add any lettuce or other condiments. I asked for Brie and got one 1" slice. Definitely not what I expected for a $3 up charge. The sweet potato fries were inedible due to the salt they were doused with. I will, however, recommend the house fried chips with onion dip and it was a shame to have to leave it since there was so much of it. It probably would be great in place of mayo on a burger. I also observed 5-6 people wandering in and out of the back that weren't wearing uniforms but seemed to know everyone as they stood around chatting. Why??? Not very professional for food service. One young man in particular kept running his hand thru his long hair as he stood near the staff area for drinks and the pass. Ugh! There was also another guy with hair down to his waist that was pulled back but man!, that ponytail was swinging loose everywhere from the kitchen to the bar. Again, ugh! Neither of those would I want near where my food was being prepared. The menu is a fun looking and eclectic mess but we won't be back. I prefer a food be under-salted as one can always add more if needed and the hair completely turned me off. read more

This place is an ABSOLUTE MUST TRY! We were in the mood for a good burger and Bad Daddy's had some great reviews so we decided to give them a try! I love how they have signature burgers, but they also have the option to create your own burger. Wow, it was a 12 napkin meal. Burgers were juicy like a burger should be. The onion rings and fries were better than most I had in a long while. The fries look a tad funny but don't let that fool you, they are highly edible. I love the music they play and would like to know if they have a Spotify playlist. Food was good. Service was good. Beer was cold! It was a little odd that at 7:15 there was a cleaning lady with a vacuum in the middle of the restaurant who apparently works there as a server. Not ideal to listen the a nasty vacuum while trying to eat a couple tables away. I also don't understand the dress code. Our server looked like a server but the lady seating people looked like she had just rolled out of bed in dingy pink hoodie that hung down to her knees. When the staff doesn't care about their appearance it makes me question whether or not they care about the food safety. The burgers are fantastic and their sides don't disappoint. I really love the array of sauces they have to choose from, it really helps put a different spin on a favorite. It's an open setup with a nice bar and plenty of TV coverage for watching games. Parking is pretty easy and they have a nice outdoor section if you're into that. I got the bistro burger and a side of truffle fries, they were both delicious. I opted for an extra patty on my burger and added chipotle ranch to it. every time I come to bad daddies we get amazing service. I always make my own salad and get an app & drink. I usually sit at the bar & we are treated with amazing service from ordering, to drinks, to Togo boxes and even to go containers for our salad dressing/sauces. the staff is polite & we always tip over 20% (me and my husband have both worked in food & these employees go above & beyond). 10/10 always recommend this restaurant especially if you sit at the bar! read more

I was only moderately interested in a burger place for a family gathering it boy was I surprised. This place definitely elevates the hamburger experience. The staff were all friendly and the service was good. They have more than burgers, but we got burgers today and they were very good. The burgers are $12.00 to $15.00 and the sides are extra, so you will spend around $16.00 for a burger and fries.
