Couldn't even review the food because we couldn't pull the worker from their phone. Once they finally sauntered over to us, she shook her head that we were using a coupon and not using the kiosk. Don't come here if you don't want to be made to feel like an idiot for not studying the menu. Went through the drive through and I personally have never been to Wendy's. The lady was so rude and was very obviously distracted but obviously I can't see that she isn't talking to me so I was already confused. Then I asked to order a regular cheese burger and she was like you mean the Dave's whatever. Like yeah you work here I don't. Then I ordered two HAMBURGERS and she said so the same thing. I said no two without cheese she said they all come with cheese hon in literally the snarkiest tone. I was like yeah sure whatever. She was so mean and when I pulled up to the window to get my food she wasn't paying attention to me and handed me my frosty at a weird angle and it almost fell. Then I had to pull up to wait for my food and the lady that came out and handed it to me was an absolute angel. Just came by for lunch and waited 20 mins in drive thru. No big deal, I never eat out for lunch anyway so I waited. I got my food and no receipt. Which I didn't mind because I would have thrown it away anyway. I ate the sandwich in my car and waiting at a light I opened the baked potato container and found a bug- with legs and all. I drove back and walked inside. There was a young woman in the dining area and I asked her to get a manager. She looked confused, blank faced and just not responsive. She proceeded to call someone and point to me from wherever the manager was standing. The manager comes out and utters maybe two words (that was it for his appearance, he disappeared and did not come back). Another staff member appears near the register area and starts speaking with the first staff member I spoke to. They were talking in another language and laughing right in front of me. So unprofessional. The staff was not apologetic at all. They did ask if I wanted another one and I said no, just a refund- which follows with more comments and laughter. After a few minutes they came back with $1 and some change. I didn't think to ask for a refund on the whole order. Unbelievable. I wouldn't have posted anything had they been empathetic or at least acknowledged the situation. Very odd situation. I am editing this review to add that the first very unresponsive staff member stated that the potato comes like that... Mind you she hadn't even looked at it. I have never seen a potato with a head and legs. Just saying. At least he was well done. read more

There have been multiple times when Ive stopped in for a quick, light, on the go lunch. My go-to is the double stack. Value menu, quick, four bites and you can finish your day sandwich. Recently, and not the first time admittedly, I asked for a double cheeseburger. Then I get my receipt and my meal is near $6 when I was aiming for $2. They ordered me a Dave's Double which is honestly my favorite thing there but puts me in a coma. Fair. I said the wrong thing. That's not where my problem lies. My problem lies with when I told the cashier I'd made a mistake, she looked me in the face, shrugged, and said, "Well, I already sent that though..." It was SECONDS! The lady who took my order, whom I'm sure is a fantastic mother, could've just looked over her right shoulder and cancelled it. But, in a hurry to get back to work, I just nodded and got a sarcastic "Mmhrmm." This interaction just struck a wrong cord with me. Customer service should be the number one priority which I definitely didn't feel here despite being the only person in line. I'll be back of course. Won't judge the food on one poor experience. in all my years of going threw drive threw i have never experienced more horrible service then i did today. I went to wendy's today and i normally have a good experience there, but today was much more different. So i pulled up to the drive threw and it was silent. I said "Hello?" and no response then about a minute later i said "hello?" again and same think there was no response, then i said "hello" a third time and instead of nicely "hold on one second" then middle aged was being incredibly rude by saying " oh i can hear you ur on a sensor" and " do you do this to all the drive threws" and "oh just let me do my job" all in a rude tone of of voice. all i wanted was to order my food but i guess saying "hello?" when there is no one taking my order is considered according to the drive threw man. There is always some kind of games going on with the employees at night. I'm constantly told before ordering how much time something will take, random problems like not taking cash or credit cards, fries will take 5 minutes etc... all in an effort to make you go away. Ordered a salad at 8:30pm and was told "12 minutes to cook the chicken" Stop trying to close early and start accommodating normal orders!! I come during the day and it's not the fastest Wendy's but the employees aren't playing games. The owner of this particular restaurant should really look into what happens in the evening, it's not as busy as it should be because this consistently happens. Dirty restaurant with a good menu, but poor execution. Lines at lunch around the block for the drive thru, so slow. I read the menu and got excited, but nothing tasted or looked like it should. Love the baked potato, but takes so long. Prices are too high for the dirt and wait. Employees don't care, no one cares. Shakes are a little too thick for me, but a lot of people like them that way. After reading the negative reviews, I am surpised to read that I am not the first person to have a bad experience at this Wendys. On 1-11-21, I had a very unpleasant meal there. I wrote and asked for a refund the same day. On 1-12-21, Richard the DM and Vince the Asst GM wrote back apologizing and said they would issue a refund or a coupon for a free meal. Assuming the coupon would be easier I wrote back the same day and requested they send a coupon via email or to my address. On 1-24-21, I wrote again to both gentleman stating I never heard back from anyone. As of today 1-27-21, still no response and still no free meal coupon. The only positive quality I can say this Wendy's has is the attitude of their employees. They were courteous as they could be and cheerful in helping fix as many problems that we had as they could. Otherwise, this Wendy's was horrible. My first problem came right as we entered the establishment. From a quick glance, the tables were dirty and some still even have trash laying on them. The staff was nowhere to be found and we were required to wait 5 - 10 minutes just to have our order taken. Not quite the "fast" food that we were expecting. We were given no receipt and had to ask for the total price. Upon receiving our food, we noticed that they forgot to include one sandwich and instead of giving us regular chicken nuggets like we had asked for we were given spicy chicken nuggets instead. We had to wait even longer in order to get this fixed. We went to get our drinks only to find out the lemonade was completely out, half the HI-C wasn't worked, and the others tasted funky. We settled for HI-C Fruit Punch and it was alright. Nothing sat well with my fiancée stomach however and she found herself in the bathroom before we even finished eating. A phone call from my fiancé alerted me that not only was the bathrooms atrociously dirty but they had no toilet paper in them. We threw out the remainder of our food and promptly left. This Wendy's is God-awful. They are very slow, the lobby is dirty, and the food has come out cold at least on more than one occasion for me. No one there is excited or happy to serve you or to be there. The spicy chicken sandwich not spicy, and does not taste fresh. You are much better off going to five guys or chic-fil-a, especially considering their prices aren't even that much cheaper anymore. read more

Worst service I've ever had at a fast food restaurant. We had the absolute pleasure of having our order taken by Sabrina and it was honestly the worst part of our day. We ordered through the drive thru, before we were done ordering she responds by telling us the total price. We proceeded to tell her we weren't done ordering and finished telling her what we wanted. After saying our order we were met with silence and no response on her end. We asked "are we good to go?" And she rudely replies "I don't know, you tell me. Are you done ordering?". Already annoyed with her rudeness we drove up to the window where we were met with not a word from her and a blank stare that made us want to drive away. She handed us our food and before we were able to finish asking her for sauce she quickly slammed the window shut. We waited there for about 2 full minutes before we had to literally knock in the window to get her attention (there was no line behind us). She answered the same way she did before with not a word and a face that was SO bothered by our mere presence. We asked for our sauce which was followed by her rolling her eyes and then finally giving it to us. It doesn't take much to work in fast food. But this lady wasn't even doing the bare minimum. Before I retired to Naples 2.5 yrs ago I enjoyed Lunch or Dinner regularly for 20+ yrs in my Native Michigan area Wendy's without a problem until I moved here and God is this poorly executed food at this location. Even when we traveled down we stopped at Wendy's without an issue but I'd order food and it was cold and cold burgers suck until I had to stop eating here. My Asaigio Chicken Club was deep fried tooooo looong = OVERCOOKED and the damn chicken is half the thickness they were a few years ago and so they are dry as hell and often stringy and hard to chew. This is not the Chicken that was moist thick and tasty back in MI. I agree with other commentors that Wendy's should tear this down as it's in one of the dumpiest areas in Beautiful Naples and it's dated an awkward as hell to access compared to newer Five Guys, and Culvers and McD's - that aside I got frustrated and stopped eating there 18 months ago and tried it again today and damn it's not improved at all as I had to throw out my burger as it wasn't fresh and the tomato was yellow and had no taste and the Chicken was unacceptable but on par with many Eateries in Naples, the fakest Dining region in the country - the capital of Line Cook Food for Chef Prices. But come on you can't create food that equals other regions up north - Naples Wendy's (next to the Car Wash) gets an F compared to my Michigan ones or for a real Burger go to BurgerFI Chain (Cost more but Yummy!). Hay you Wendy Exec's I challenge you to make a blind visit and see for yourself just how bad the food is executed, the only good thing was a Frosty but a machine formula preps that like a DQ.
