This is the only Wendy's in the area and needs a better system for doordash/uber eats orders. Delivery drivers hoard at the counter where people are supposed to pick up mobile orders and it is always a mess. Ordering through the app for "ASAP" orders is pointless as it takes 20+ minutes every time. I think if they had one section for delivery orders only, things would be a lot smoother. Besides this, it is uncomfortable to sit and actually eat in the restaurant as there are not many tables available. Horrible service! Last night in particular (11:15pm) we were treated with so much disrespect, hate and racism it was truly mind blowing. Thought we were on a hidden camera tv show, it was so absurd! Girl in a gray sweater was eating an apple over all the food in the kitchen, and when we asked for a refund, we were mocked, her and her 2 female colleagues were laughing and making cruel racist jokes while she proceeded to eat the apple defiantly. We asked for a manager and allegedly there wasn't one present. Finally did get a refund, but She should be terminated, but at minimum retrained on proper food safety and customer service training. This location goes from 2-4 stars depending on the time of day and day of week. One thing that they have yet to get down is what a jr bacon cheeseburger is when you order one online. I understand that they can get busy but every single time I order a jr bacon cheeseburger from mobile, I get a burger with onions and pickles. This is actually a pretty good Wendy's. I don't know why we have very lil here in the N.Y.C. I rather more Wendy's then most fast food spots. So they have two sections in this store, one just for cash, and one for cash and everything else. This method seems to be convenient because my line moved fast and my food very quickly. I don't normally eat fast food but those Wendy's commercials promoting the codfish fillet sandwich clearly worked on me. Since today is Good Friday and I cannot eat meat due to my Catholic guilt I decided to go to Wendy's. This location is usually pretty crowed but the line moves quickly. I ordered the codfish sandwich and I must say that it was surprisingly good. It appeared to be a real cod fillet just battered, the fish was flaky and flavorful. Wendy's fries are not too impressive but they are OK. The employees here were not the friendliest but efficient and if you're a hospital employee you get a 10% discount. I'm not planning on making this a habit, but overall satisfied with this located. read more
