Absolutely horrible. You can tell the workers just dont care about anything. Im a frequent customer because apparently my son can't live without his McDonalds. The workers are always in their regular clothes handling the food. But get this, today was son received an extra surprise in his fries today. A folded up sticker that was salted along with his fries. Absolutely disgusting. It mustve been tossed in after the fries were fried because it was oily but only full of salt. I went back to voice my concerns and they said "hold on" waited 15 mins until I had to ask what do you guys want me to wait for because it doesnt seem like anyone cares. The service was very fast, considering I ordered before hand on the app. The McMuffin was the best part of my meal. It was a little burned on the edges but that didn't ruin the flavor at all. The egg was soft, the sausage had a nice kick of spice and the cheese was so smooth it made everything go down easy. The only downside was the Cookies and Crème Pie. It was rough with each bite and the taste reminded me of the smell of play dough. The marshmallow taste inside was not the best either. Otherwise this was a pretty good breakfast. read more

Not impressed at all The ordering and customer service flow is terrible. Staff is not intent on giving any friendly service. I received my food after a long wait. My meal was COLD. Coming out of the restaurant I just missed getting hit by one of the delivery bikers. The store seems to condone their parking and riding on the sidewalk. Never will I ever eat there again. The employees are RUDE, they give you the once over and talk amongst themselves instead of doing their jobs!!!. Nobody's wearing a nametag, so I can't call them out properly. The food is subpar as well, my daughter felt ill after eating the food from there which is also pricey considering the quality and its generally not good for you anyway. I was working late and had a craving for McDonald's. I went to McDonald's there was a line of ppl already complaining about how long they had been waiting. Instead of providing the orders as they were prepped they held (10) orders and auctioned them off. I ordered my food and waited. It wasn't that long before my food was ready. I checked my order to make sure it was correct. The fries were cold and half full. I asked for a new order of fries when JOSE LOPES said, "GIVE ME THE DAMN FRIES". Ordered my meal & been waiting since 5:12 to receive it. It has not been brought to the table due to my understanding that they were waiting for the fries. This is one of the most chaotic, messy, and rude McDonald's that you will find in NYC. First off, props to young guy who works overnight. He is kind and hard working. The rest of the staff members are ... -Dirty - No one seems to wash their hands here. I even reported it to the city. You have a person working the register touching dirty money and then she turns around and touches all the food in the bags with bare hands. The staff will pick at their weaves or braids or whatever. When they aren't doing anything, they pull out their cell phones and then go back to the food. -Chaos - This location seems to be the place where the neighborhood elderly hang out, the teenage thug wanna be's are here, kids running around, homeless people begging for money. -Mess - Half of the time one or more of the order taking kiosks are broken. Do the staff do anything about it? No. Or the machine is out of paper. Do they do anything? No. Oh ya, by the way, you have to order using a kiosk, even if you are paying with cash and then walk to a register where an annoyed woman takes your money and hands you a receipt. They are slow. You can be waiting forever. On their 'order' screen your number comes and goes while you still wait. -Rude - The staff here in general act like they are doing you a favor to serve you. There are a selective few seatings along the wall & bar high counter/stools against the window. Let me preface this by saying I rarely enter McDonald's but I was really hungry this morning and I wanted a breakfast sandwich! This place is a real eyesore! Therefore I'm so disappointed in myself for staying the course to order from this establishment. But nonetheless, I did.... Between the addicts and the mentally ill people that hang out here, it really makes it hard to wait around for your order. Ooh and the wait is painstakingly long! I couldn't understand why especially since it's just breakfast food, then after I ordered I saw why... There must be a serious disconnect between the information inputted in the computer and what one sees on the screen. I ordered an egg whites and cheese on a biscuit with an iced latte with skim milk. What I received... A hot coffee with a whole eggs and cheese on a biscuit. I had to have them correct my order twice, then I have to beg for condiments. REALLY!!! Total time invested at this establishment for two items, 19 minutes. The worst part was the fact that the coffee is GROSS and had a powdery taste. As I'm leaving, one of the local addicts becomes sick and has to vomit, OH WAIT.... There's no bathroom, but she was able to make it to the garbage can outside. read more

McDonalds is my guilty pleasure. It used to be bad but after the renovation its gotten better. My biggest complaint would be that the food does take forever sometimes. I wouldnt come here expecting 5 star service either bc after all it is McDonalds. However, I do think the staff does the best they can, I have yet to find any rude cashiers (so crazy right? Lol) and there's always someone cleaning the tables and the seating area. They are also open 24/7 which is a big plus. read more

This Mcdonalds is the go to for the entire neighborhood stretching to 190 st. I have over 20 years being a customer. My mom took me when i was small, now i take my children. I love it. But i cant stand the customer service!! The girls are too busy yapping. They always forget the little things. The drinks, the toys, the ketchup, the sugar. I have to get up about 3 or 4btime while eating. And then they have the nerve to look at you like you're annoying. If they would be doing their job correctly we wouldn't be annoying. I used to like to come to this restaurant, but the food here was always extra salty even by McDonalds standards. I always wondered why that was until the other day when I visited, (during the heat wave), not only was the restaurant blazing hot, but the workers were sweating into the french fries. I couldn't see what was happening in the kitchen, but my stomach totally turned. As I was walking out one of the employees fell face first on the floor. I think she might have passed out.
